12/2/23 (about 6.30 - 7 pm) - An employee named Azira was super rude to the customers. She got angry when the customer in front of me asked for a plastic. She said it in an annoying tone and loud enough for that customer (and me) to hear - "dah tanya banyak kali dah nak plastic ke taknak, taknak dengar, sekarang tiba tiba cakap nak plastic pulak (ive asked you so many times if you need plastic or not, suddenly now u said u need plastic). And after that customer left, she badmouth about that custoner in front of me and other customers behind me by saying that she was annoyed because that custoner didnt hear her. Management please do something about her.

Some items are delicious, all items look great! Very nice place I loved it. But Some of the baked goods are really tasty, I noticed KL is full of great bakery shops, with magnificent looking pastries!! Really all goods look delicious and very attractive! But most of it, not tasty, I think the presentation and appearance of breads here are better than the taste and real quality. Anyway it is delightful to shop here and better know which items are really good looking and also during eating, also prices are steep.

Egg tarts were fabulous. Medium sizes but egg fillings were right to the rim. Creamy and just the right sweetness. Base pastry was soft with the right texture too. The 3 coloured steamy sponge cakes were like local 'huat kueh'...soft and not too sweet. Christmas buns were beautifully shaped and decorated. Wanted to try the Premium Strawberry Maritozzo (like a gigantic cream puff) but was sold out. Service was great.

I bought two puffs from this shop as I felt super tiring after my work and was crave for these puffs, but guess what, the staff purposely gave my the scorched puffs when I’m talking with my friends I only realised it when I back home!! Take note of this staff! Slim chinese girl who wearing glasses !!

They have really good choice of bread here . And their service is good . What I love the most is their chocolate donut and sandwiches. They are so fresh and yummy . Staff are friendly and helpful . But here always long queue and they only have 2 cashiers . This place is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended !

Found two weird things (beards?) in my steamed cheese cake. Please do quality check properly. It felt disgusting and I couldn’t finish my breakfast. Also I couldn’t find your customer support or company info for me to lodge a complaint.

If you love bread like I do this place is awesome. My cousin is here every week and I am a willing company - the aroma, the wide range of choices and the freshness of all kind of bread drew me in all the time. The softness and the delicious taste is incomparable, only at this location.

Awesome bakery, their breads and pastries are good and freshly baked. The staff are friendly and helpful. If I am not mistaken this used to be located on Level 3 but now at Concourse level in Isetan food center. It's always very busy here.

You should absolutely try their baguette when they bake it freshly in the morning. This is my favourite bakery in Malaysia. Everything they bake is absolutely the best. Good job guys!

yesterday bought a pack of raisin ball, this morning found mold on it, the expire date is 26/7/19, but there is no bake date. Pls improve the way you handle the baking process.

Wow !! This cinnamon roll is fabulous !! Soft and fluffy Well balance of cinnamon taste and sugar glaze on its top ! Pair with a cup of latte or americano ~ Yummy ~~~

The prices of the choux here is incredibly cheap and tasty(price included in the pictures I posted). Recommend. The store is located inside parkson in the lowest floor .

Great bakery. Pricey as one can expect it is at KLCC. But I have been buying all sorts of bread & pastries here and never disappointed.

Had to walk over to KLCC from Bukit Bintang as Sun Moulin is no longer at the Lot10 Isetan, only at Isetan KLCC
