A cinema that has 5 screens with options of VIP and VVIP where you have bigger inclined chairs and refrigerated cup holders. The cinema also has options of private screenings. The popcorn and drinks are expensive but the ticket prices after the opening weekend drop to 50% so that makes up for the expensive food stuff. The cinema is on the top floor of the mall and sometimes the escalator is not working so this can be a huge issue for the elderly and people who need wheelchair assistance. Horrible management !! I called to book for a hindi movie Gentleman for GOLD CLASS. The Indian man answered n told me there are screening for 5:00pm 8:00pm 10:30pm. I called again to tell him ill be 10mins late then he tells me theres no gentleman its for bandshaho gold class. I go there i ask for my booking he tells me all gold class is taken i ask for the 10pm one that to is fully taken. HOPELESS MANAGEMENT. Such a disappointment!

Ooooooweeeee! I do not even have a words to say, but to honestly whenever I'm tired or suffer with daily life stress, Suncrest Cineplex is the place where I'm going to refresh, the place comfortable, I use to watch new movies constantly with cheaper price, no mess there, the movie schedule is as good as you need, the ministers are friends and kind as well. I really enjoy seeing the Suncrest Cineplex film.

I have had the worst experience of my life at Cineplex’s a very rude staff very poor customer service and when I went to complaint to the manager he instead of understanding my pain and rage becos of the humiliation I felt ,he told me if I Wish not to come to the cinema next time it’s fine and left me wonder what kind of customer service is that .from my side I wnt ever step there

Very dissapointed by the service. We went for the movie all the way there and the girl on the counter said they weren't playing the movie because we were just 2 of us and when she told us that at least if there were 4 people they would consider playing the show we told her we would buy 4 tickets but still refused.

I would say the best theater for a lone film or couple watch especially in Thursdays when the place is quite empty. The cinema boasts one of the best sound systems for an amazing experience! Bare with the seats though as I found them slightly uncomfortable but surely worth the experience

AFFORDABLE cinema in Dar especially weekdays. It’s bit outside the city. Airport route. Best quality, movie sound, but box office don't stay too long on their schedules. I love to experience big soccer matches on their big screen in HD it's very amazing. Snacks are kinda expensive

It's different from the century cinemax, ots very affordable and their space is great, they offer coffe also and everything a cinemax will need. It's after Tazara the high bridge. It is inside the quality city mall. They show a lot of Indian movies tho. But catch any movie.

Seat no N4 in gold class is not working. Even A/C was set at freezing temperature in screen No.1 gold class. Also there was some very bad smell. For the first time I had this bad experience otherwise cineplex quality center is my favourite cinema halls in Dar es salaam.

I really enjoyed it, but there was one guy who had his phone ringing loudly and speaks loudly .I think there a rules when you get in TV shows,cinema or theater like Disney such behavior are well observed

This is the most underrated cinema in dar. I find it very nice, good service, many screens (many options of movies) and cheaper than other places. I'd highly recommend this cinema
