Well where I can start. So we haven't been there since last year. Anyways I'm just going to make this short lol. Unprofessional, they make you wait in line and they say is because covid restrictions but it looks more like it's to make their job easier. No much to choose from. I think manager should have a talk with the little kids they have working there about acting more professional and respecting people around them. There is tons of people who are bilingual and understand the things they say.

The owner Linda refuse to give me that product liability insurance carriers name. I contacted her regarding a defective product that resulted in an injury. Instead of being cooperative and understanding, she became confrontational. I was hoping to avoid the bureaucratic red tape, but I'm left with no choice, unless her brother Dick intervenes.

Nice security guards, this store is located im a high theft area. There is nothing more offensive to me then workers who stalk you, acting like they can't wait for you to steal. These guys can do great loss prevention by being friendly and recommending great deals. Awesome prj es on jewlery that i cant find one thing wdong with.

Not much stock, many empty shelves. The most loss prevention people I've seen in a store, any brand of store. I mean hard to go up and down the aisles there were so many. Does this combo mean someone staged a pillaging raid? Seems unlikely, I mean Ross is ok, but not exactly piles of gold and jewels...

I've stopped in there a few times in the past month looking for different items. This particular store has a very unfriendly staff, borderline rude. You get the feeling they don't like their jobs and don't like customers. They smile, laugh and talk with one another and ignore the customers.

Went in to look for induction ready single pots/pans 6 months ago, nothing but 1 entry level box set. Went in today and found several open/individual nice pot/pans, at great prices. Induction ready. I will only have an inducuion range for the rest my life. Boils water faster than microwave.

Are you low on cash and looking for a place with faulty security cameras? Are you looking for fellow welfare state employees and the smell of despair? I was too I couldnt recommend this place more for inspiration to leave the good old u s of a.

Okay, the customer service is good, however, not much of a choice of things to choose from in their their story is usually packed full of lots of items but it seems to me that there wasn't a whole bunch there especially for the women's lotion

This ain't a club so why are you making customers stop to wait for nothing? I get it 82nd is awful for theft but maybe have your chad do his job? Im sure it will close like that walmart, avoid this one

I love the clothes and it's the best place to shop. The employees are extremely nice and welcoming everytime I come to shop. And always makes sure I leave happy

Gross! Hardly any merchandise and it was super disorganized. 8 security to 6 to 8 customers gave me very creepy vibe. Nothing super about it, except super bad.

Not like it used to be and it took forever to get through the line. The cashiers were talking among themselves about how they can't wait for everyone to leave

Lots of good finds for last min xmas shopping definitely friendly staff and the late hours were great for our last min shopping .

Workers were personable. Store was in Christmas shopping conditions. Overall a good shopping experience.
