Be VERY CAREFUL when being served on the Tills by a woman called SANAE. She tried to steal money from my mum today when she was paying. My mum was there with a 6 year old who the woman could have seen as a distraction to my mum and thought that she could distract her by talking about different offers they have behind the till, while giving the change. My mum knew exactly how much money she gave the woman but she tried to give her a lot less change than she was owed. She lied saying they had no £10 notes in the till and tried to give her the change in small loose change. Then a guy who was working there came over and took out multiple £10 notes and gave my mum the right change which this woman was not capable of doing. If she isn’t capable of simple maths and working a till then this is clearly not the right work place for her!

Unfriendly service and poor value. I went into the shop with the intention to buy 2 bottles of £3.99 hair colour/dye. I went there a week before and everything was fine but when I went today the prices at the till did not match the prices on the shelves and they charged me £5.99 each. I would have been fine with it, but at the till they asked me for £13.40??? We tried to protest but they were very closed minded and ignorant. Surely £5.99 x 2 does not equal £13.40?!

Like many other superdrug stores, it's also a good one. You can find good variety of cosmetics and related items there. There is also occasional sale items. You can find some good sale on fragrances also. Depends upon your luck. Cons is that the fragrances are located behind the till. So you can't freely move and see fragrances by yourself. And if you have a valid student identity, enjoy student discount also :) A preferred pharmacy.

Literally the worse eyebrow threading ever. The woman that did my eyebrows on the morning of christmas eve 2018 does not know what she is doing and ruined my brows. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.Another woman also complained about the poor service she received while I was there. This may seem like good value at it £5 very very poorly spent. If I could choose less than one star I would. NEVER AGAIN.

Superdrug North Finchley is a great store with lots of amazing discounts on a lot of cosmetic products you like ranging from your face wash, to your body wash, perfumes and make-up products. Don't forget to get a discount card, so you save up and get points you can always use when next you go shopping at Superdrug.

Hi ,absolutely rubbish store, I buy hair colour from there and when I painted half my hair not done only one half and when I'm going there with my recipe the say not my responsibility and not refund than I go to the boots by another one that's is perfect.

Reasonably good drug store and there prices are very good compared to other high street drug stores that sell similar or the same items. Also the staff are very helpful in the North Finchley branch which is where I tend to shop most.

A terrible shop , the aisles are so narrow, they allow kids to run up & down the aisles with no regard for people who are trying to shop. One boy nearly knocked over an old age pensioner. Disgusting shopping experience!

Went to buy a perfume..I understand it getting near to closing time. .assistant mentioned it, cashier wanted to sell perfume on promtion, as they have targets to reach.

One person serving and told to promote products when customer gets to checkout Meanwhile huge queue builds up,not socially distanced staff don't wear masks. Felt unsafe.

This shop should be open at 9am, always opens at 9.15, 9.20… Staff is very rude, unprofessional. They are giving wrong change (!) and taking ages to use the till.

Has the best eco friendly and cruelty free products as great prices. Lots of range and usually friendly helpful staff I always advice over other cosmetic stores.

Cheaper (or equal) than Boots and they have eyebrow threading at the back. Checkout are a faff because not enough people and they clearly have sales targets too

I went to have my eyebrows threaded last week, and the lady did a bad job. I was definitely not happy, and I will not be going there to thread again.

If you like drugs, it's super. They also sell other stuff, so a bit misleading. Also, all the drugs are legal, just if you worried.
