At 9:28am Tuesday the 15th June 2021. All I can say to Superdrug today is i hope you value and give as much to your employees as much as the employees do for Superdrug. Exceptional customer service from Immanuel today. I'm sorry if I spelt you name wrong. Not just towards me but the other customers to. I hope you are planning to take him on into a higher position then he is. Head office and the customer service office is awful and unhelpful and the online chat really need to be worked on. But today Immanuel had gave me information I didn't know about my beauty cards aswell as giving me the accurate number for customer service which is not provided on the website. Please award him promote him or a pay rise as he deserves it. Calm, professional understanding and knowledgeable well done. Face to face Customer service is hard work especially when customers are hard work. Thank you for you patience and your help today

Great place to shop for affordable make up items and toiletries. I went to Boots next door to get some make up items and to get help with some colour match. I already settled in my mind for at least an £80 spend but there was one item on my list they didnt have so I thought before I commit, let me check out Boots. Actually one of the ladies working at Boots suggested I check out Superdrug for the missing item. I ended up buying everything I needed at Superdrug and was shocked to have spent less than £25. I got the Nyx foundation which was great on my skin. The shop floor assistant was probably tired from being consulted by every customer and I could sense her irritation coming through but she tried to hide it. They have loads of other bodycare and household items amongst many other products. Overall, great place to shop at.

Awful shop DO NOT GET PIERCING DONE EHERE! Lisa is rude, pushy, try’s to over charge and even pieced my ears with the wrong earrings and said she told me before which she didn’t. She slags off another reputable shop called chain reaction in the market place which have been there 35 yrs and says he has no licence to pierce ears which is totally untrue I’ve had all my kids ears done there. Horrible women complained to manager and got a refund on the piercing. Also went and told chain reaction what disgusting rumours Lisa is spreading to make more business for herself. Don’t be fooled avoid!!!!

I wanted to get my ears pierced there but the lady that was there said that 'the woman is on holiday'. My dad phoned the place and they okayed it 2 days before, he even said the woman had the same voice. Luckily there was a Claire's across the shopping centre and I managed to have my piercings done. Your staff is soooooooooo lazy.

I went in there today to just browse around with my partner and i decided to get my ear pierced. i then met this lovely woman called Lisa who talked me through it and helped me throughout the whole process and it made my whole experience a 10/10 so i just want to say thank you Lisa you really made mine and my partners day.

I rarely visit this branch anymore as the customer service is usually quite poor. Visited over the weekend to find nothing has changed, if anything it’s got worse. The manager is rude and disinterested and the staff could do with some further customer service training. Will be sticking to Boots going forward.

the staff in this shop are very pressurising. i understand it’s sales assistants job to upsell products but one staff member who served me didn’t not take no for an answer and what i felt pressurised me for a very long time. I ended up running out of the shop and having a panic attack.

There is plenty of product choice. However, watch out for the terrible customer service at some of their tills. The stock is well displayed, making it easy to see the products, the ailes are relatively wide so easy to navigate if you have a wheel chair.

Went into this store this morning asked an assistant if they had a certain face cream and showed her a picture of the product she said ask someone else she didn't speak English GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!! won't be going there again

Busy store especially on weekend. Offers aren't that good on mothers day saturday. Staff always going for up selling. Comparison to boots its cheaper and staff availability for help

There are 2 different lines, with neither having a "click and collect" sign. So, you queue up in one, wait till it's your turn, to then be told can you go to the other line. Great.

Lisa and Abby are so helpful when I got my piercing today I was so scared but they was so helpful and I would definitely come again for my next piercing
