Took my bike here to get it repaired I took it in on a Wednesday and said I needed it back for Saturday the chap there took a quick look and said it was just a spring in the gear lever as my bike wouldn't change gear so I said great give mea call when it's done well I never got my bike back Saturday and as there closed Sunday and Monday I had no contact and couldn't contact them I had a call Tuesday to say it was fixed so I went to pick it up when I got the invoice it was huge I was told it wasn't a spring all the gear levers had gone why did he not spot that when he looked at it I had to pay the invoice so I could get my bike back as I had a race on Wednesday don't let the same thing happen to you don't get ripped of like me go elsewhere as I will next time they had my number so he should have phoned me to tell me what was wrong with it before he went ahead and fixed it

I had a problem with my bike on a ride and called in to ask Paul for help. He was able to fix it straight away. Whenever we book our bikes in they are repaired on time and his charges are reasonable. He has serviced and fixed our bikes for the past 2 to 3 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazing and fast mechanic for what they did with my uncles bike but they have had my bike since the 4th of April and I still haven't had it back because they have ordered the part but one person tells me it will be done by a certain day and then another guy tells me it won't
