Nathan is a gem! We have visited the Sutton Sports Village on the 16th July during the heatwave. My son took his socks off and lost them somewhere in the soft play. He went back to look for them, but, naturally, he could not find them. We had a long journey home ahead of us, with 1h bus ride and then 20min walk home. It was an incredibly hot day, and I was worried that my son will get blisters. So on our way out of the building, we stopped at the reception and asked if anybody handed in his socks. Nathan, the gentleman at the desk, was one of the most professional, polite and enthusiastic staff members I have ever seen. He couldnt find my son's socks, but quickly offered us a pair of free socks to take with us. One may say that it's only socks, but I have worked in customer service for many, many years, and I have trained hundreds of people on how to serve customers. I can recognise a genuine kindness and helpful attitude within seconds. This seemingly small act of kindness saved my son days of being uncomfortable and in pain. I can not speak highly enough of this gentleman's level of professionalism. Serving customers on a hot day like that, with hundreds of kids running around and screaming is very difficult, and he was keen on going an extra mile for someone. I have since recommended this place to dozens of people. Great job, Nathan. Thank you for helping us out!

I have been to the fairly new soft play several times now and this is a review of this part of the Sports Village only. It is reasonably big, has got a seating area upstairs and downstairs, where they also sell a limited range of food (which is quite reasonably priced if I remember correctly). It is a cashless soft play (you can pay for entry either on line or on the spot by card). Right next to it there is a trampoline park that looks very nice but I have not used it. There are always some staff members around and the ones I have met look like they do want to help and are happy to be there. As the soft play is new, it is clean and in very good condition. I really like the fact that as a parent I can sit upstairs and watch the children play. Upstairs there are also a few rooms to host birthday parties in. There is a time limit of 2 hours and the entry costs £7.45 for children over 1. There is a regular and an overflow car park outside. The most important thing for me is that I don’t think there has been a single instance where my children were pushed or picked on, even at busy times. I saw a staff member react when a child needed help and it just feels like quite a safe place. Of course I appreciate the fact that anything may happen but I think it’s less likely there than in some other soft plays that I have seen.

Attended with children for them to jump. Due to the formatting on their website I couldn’t see that under 8s need an adult present in the jump areas. This was in the description choosing the session. This was never mentioned again during the process just Covid rules and attendance policy of 5-7 years - 10:1 (not that adult has to pay). Daughter just shy of 8 and because I couldn’t prove Trampolining would aggravate a back issue (not all disabilities are debilitating). So had to pay £11 for trampoline socks to supervise. You’re not allowed a refund on your tickets either. Had to get other parent to cancel their plans to join kids. Though it turns out you can pop out to the cafe or toilet and leave your child unsupervised. Or sit along the side and not see them when they are out of view. Ridiculous. Car parking a nightmare and section was muddy and underwater. Plus if you are concerned about Covid that the moment this place is a Covid trap. Large warehouse building with hundreds of people. About half the staff members facing public were wearing face masks. Virtually no visitors in cafe area (not eating/drinking) wearing them either. Kids enjoyed the trampolining but I’ll be taking them to Oxygen next time where they can be supervised for free and better age requirements.

There is no negative star but my experience with Sutton Sports Village has really been bad. In my opinion they are a fraud organisation and l have no idea why they are allowed to operate in the way they do. I am counting my days to see common sense or justice prevail. I booked 2 trampoline slots for my sons birthday party, I mean booked through a party link later discovered that it is just playing so l asked if I could top up for a party they said they didn't have a slot yet on their website it persistently showed available slots. Then I asked for a refund to my shock they said they can't refund anything . This is significant amount of money that included my son and aĺl his friends. I then wrote them an email they didn't even bother replying to me. This was also 3 weeks before time.. They can't give me a voucher to use at a later stage Shocking!!! Isnt this a broad day light stealing from customers? The moment you press buy you lose your money and with these covid issues they expect people to be there with covid or else they loose their Please I want my money back.

We came from far away and we had the worse experience ever !!! The soft play was good but the staff is not friendly, and not helpful and not cooperative at all . I was asking for the manger but few different supervisors would turn up unnecessary drama ! the manger ( CLARE ) is the worse woman I met I don’t usually write any reviews but but this had to be done she doesn’t have no managing skills at all no patience to listen, but just hearing someone who’s loud ! Accusing us of shouting rather then listening to what happened and then also threatened us to call the police on us in-front of our children very unprofessional . A Child who just turned 8 wasn’t not allowed to go in the soft play even doe he was crying we didn’t even get a refund !!! we even offered to pay then they are all about money ! Very greedy people In there due to the staff being young and untrained , unprofessional I will never come here !!!!!!!! Disgusting

I called up the number given on the Sutton sports village webpage in the morning two days ago (Thursday) to check up whether I can buy tickets on the venue, but was told emphatically by the person who answered that I can buy tickets. When I reached the venue in Sutton with kids in the evening, they said all booking must be done online and that the guys at the call centre did not know properly since the call centre is based 'far away'. That was pathetic. Instead of apologising the lady kept saying as if it was 'not our fault'. They should train their call centre staff not to misguide their customers. Overall I think the employees need some training in providing good service. The prices of trampoline was relatively high and even for soft play, they charge a high price for adults for merely accompanying the kids.

Poor experience today. Booked 3 children into the trampoline park. Two 8 year olds and one 6 year old (all who have been in numerous time before to the trampoline park). Was told at check-in one adult must attend with my 6 year old due to insurance (which we were happy to do), to be then told there is no availability for the extra adult- therefore my 6 year old couldn’t enter whatsoever. He was obviously is flood of tears! Also, complete lack of empathy from the staff while my son was crying while the other 2 8 year olds could enter. Asked for a refund if not allowing the 6 year old in- staff said no refunds! I asked to speak to the Manager who then said okay and let an adult in so my 6 year old could in fact go in…. Nice to finally see a smile on my boys face but nightmare !!!

  • Jules

Terrible customer service and poor information available! They have lost touch with their public if they think 7.50 per child is acceptable to charge! Asking the staff members to speak to the manager as they said we could only have until 11am to play even though we arrived at 10.10am on the website it states the session charges for the trampolines not the soft play. I assumed as anyone would that the 2 hour session would start from the time we pay! I asked for s compromise to charge for 1 child so that would be a little more reasonable for 45 minutes play! The supervisor happened to be yet another person with very little experience or customer service skills at all! Who at least provided an email address of the area manager!

The Sutton Sports Village Is A Terrible Place To Go To! Very Over Charged Concidering We Payed For A 7 aside Football For My Sons Birthday In The Winter Term However The Courts Are Too Close To The Roofs Beside The Football Court That The Fencing Was Not High Enough To Keep The Football Where Its Ment To Stay And 2 Footballs Ended Up On The Roof... They Had Taken 2 Months Too Get Someone In To Collect The Footballs And Then Emailed Me To Say They Are Missing, Also Can Not Be Compensated In Any Kind And Didnt Care That My Son Has A Learning Disorder of DLD And Has No Interest Of Fixing This Situation!! I Recommend Not To Pay To Use The Football Court!! Very Disappointed

The only think I would recommend to the management is to educate the sauna “male” users to take shower before going into the sauna. All of your customers that I see when using the sauna are coming from the gym straight to the sauna without taking shower. They just take out the short and the T-shirt and straight in. It stinks , it is disrespectful. Some of them are even putting their shirts or shorts to dry out by putting them next to the stone heater. Please place a sign that demands a shower before they use the sauna, also none of them are wearing flip flops. Few times I had to cut my sauna session early because of other customers body smell

New socks, new socks? They made us purchase identical trampolining socks to what we already have, some rubbish about the soles being different, it's a con - you tell me the difference between these socks in the photos, I bet you can't tell the difference. Better is supposed to be a community business, not much community in buying new socks each time, with the other 3 pairs now redundant. Waste of resources and money. And staff were useless, just a bunch of teenagers standing around drinking coffee in the trampoline area. I'm very glad Better has lost most of its concessions around us and we don't need to give them any more money.

Soft play - I mean great price for an hour. We went on an empty day in the week so pretty much had the place to our selfs. First time coming here and no one showed me or talked me through anything. Glow room could do with a bit more sensory bits to make it more of a sensory experience. The lights on the wall need to be fixed properly instead of just taped over. Very dusty and dirty soft play though. Defo needs a good clean, makes me wonder if they clean the balls in the ball pit. Staff just stand around and chat about their weekends. Guess you get what you pay for. Highly doubt il be coming back here again!!

My son has been attending tennis courses for the last couple of months. The venue is overall not so bad. The cleanness is good. The parking area is sometimes overcrowded. I had to cancel my son's memship due to disrespectfulness of the staff. According to my son, his tennis couch used an insulting word for him. I've asked his manager about the situation and waiting for a proper response. But, the thing makes me think about it is why on earth a couch will use that word for a kid. I don't know what he was thinking at that moment. It is unacceptable for me and I cancelled our membership immediately.

  • Catherine Yang

I never know this place until today. How could I have missed such a good kids play! You have a whole range of facilities in the play park, from slides to ball of ocean to crawling area to obstacles, EVEN small TRAMPOLINE beds to jump on! We had great fun. £3 for a kid ticket, this ticket will give you access to the kid and ONE companion adult. We paid for an additional adult £5 because we’d like to all go in together. However, you can switch with your partner to accompany the kid if want to avoid paying for an additional adult.

  • Lynsie Patient

I've only visited the trampoline and soft play area, so can't vouch for the rest, but this is great. Still relatively new, so everything still is in a good condition. Plenty to keep my two busy - a large ball pit, the mini trampolines, a large softplay area with a couple of slides, a baby area and games bit. Not the cheapest if you have several children over 1, especially as you're limited to two hours, although that's probably enough for most adults! It's definitely one of our favourite soft plays in the area, so worth it.

  • Sa Ste

Use the sports centre for the kids soft play. Equipment is in good nick and is always relatively clean. There's definitely an issue with managing flow of people out, when it is busy it can feel quite overcrowded due to people overstaying their timeslot; this is not policed. Staff presence within the soft play area would be great as some rough children are allowed to run riot so flagging that up to parents not watching their children would be safer. The staff are friendly enough and there's a big car park.

  • L B

We came here for the amazing-looking soft play area. It has a trampoline section off to one side, and a young-baby area in the centre. When we came, it was super busy and a little chaotic. My main critique would be that some sections of the soft play are a little steep/scary for younger children - our toddler tried to slide down one section, got her foot caught and ended up tumbling down and wasn't happy. The cafe's selection was quite small - would be nice to see more kid-friendly drinks and snacks.

The review here is for the Trampoline & play park. The supervisor today kissed her teeth at a customer who asked a question. The other staff placed the wrong coloured stamp on our daughters hand & told her she could no longer play. The floors were filthy, the tables had not been wiped at all & the prices are a joke. You have a long way to go to compete with other jump places. My first ever negative review I've done...but needed doing due to Poor staff attitude.

  • Katy Huyerman

We had my son’s 5th birthday here yesterday and he loved it! The staff were very helpful, we were allocated a prty organiser who looked after us really well, took everything to our room and checked in on how things were going. All of the kids had a great time and it was easy from our perspective. Parking can be a bit tricky especially at changeover times for parties, so either bus it or get there early, but otherwise I’d highly recommend for a party.

  • Tom Nagaoka

It is not about the Sports village but a small cafe beside the facility. I do not know if they are still there but when I ordered a burger after speaking to a woman over the counter, I received a normal burger which had a meat in it. I told her I am a vegetarian and she said she would be able to make a veggie burger for me. I took it back to her and complained but what she said was that I had to buy another one which do not have a meat. Ridiculous!!

We highly recommend Sutton the Trampoline Park for Birthday parties. On Saturday 18th March, Nathan and Tia made my Daughter's 4th Birthday an absolute dream. Nothing was too much for them. The booking to process was simple and followed up with emails clearly instructing of what to do to make the day go smoothly. My daughter and all the guest had only good things to say. Thank you and well done to all at Sutton Sports Village.

For the frist time I went to use the gym in this branch, it was my worst experience, girl at the reception was unhelpful, inexperienced and funny enough didn't be bothered to ask someone else, kept me waiting over 70 minutes at the door, then someone else came and problem was sorted in 1 minute, I don't understand what's the point of staying at reception, I wont go there ever egain , rather to driver to a normal gym

  • A A

Trampoline park was boring and expensive. Adults are required to be with under 9 years old kids all the time as per their guidelines but no one was bothered if the kids are with ot without adults. It was the hottest day and there was no air conditioning (which is fine) but atleast fans could have been arranged. It was so hot and kids dididn't enjoy the experience at all. It was hard to spend an hour there.

  • Hannah Vasquez

Visited the soft play area with my 7 month old and despite it being the school holidays, it wasn’t too busy. The area was in general pretty clean and tidy and the cafe area was nice. It was full but not excessively so and extra seating was available on a mezzanine area upstairs. The price for the baby session was reasonable and we will definitely return, probably during term time

  • Ollie Vantini

The softplay is great for my 4 year old daughter and she had loads of fun. Despite the signage requesting masks to be worn, none of the other parents were wearing masks and it wasn't being enforced however I do understand the difficulty with all of the kids there. The ball pit was also closed unfortunately but again due to Covid restrictions. Will definitely go again.

  • Vicki Andrews

My son had his birthday in the trampoline park, and I couldn't fault it. It was so well organised and everything was taken care of, even small things like providing a large box for all the children's shoes and a large bag to put all the coats in. The party room was lovely, and the food served straight away when the children got in there. Would highly recommend.

  • Sal C

A little pricey but was a great place for the little ones to run around in. We went first thing in the morning on a weekend when it wasn't busy so was lovely to spent the morning there in softplay side for the kiddies. Ball pit was something different but highlight for my little one. Cafe is card only, we have chocolate muffin and coffee which was not cheap.

  • Marc Wall

would give this no stars if I could.... absolute rip off. Unlike other trampoline parks this one requires an adult to pay full price for themselves as well as the price for the child. They also require you to purchase and wear trampoline socks regardless of whether you are able to use the trampolines. So great if you don't mind paying near on £20 for an hour

  • Hayley R

Wow!! Couldn't find staff anywhere apart from occasionally on reception. Toilets were disgusting, no one checking them at all I am sure - No soap or paper in over an hour! This place is great from the kids POV as they can run around in the large soft play, but my goodness, there is a capacity which I am sure they ignored! Wouldn't go back if you paid me!

  • Marce Vella

We had a party here for my daughter's 7th birthday at the Trampoline park. The kids absolutely loved it. Our host was super helpful and anything we needed, he helped with. I found the party enjoyable, stress free and that's all I want! My daughter had a blast and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to other mums and dads! Thank you guys.

  • Peter Scoffham

My son attended a trampoline birthday party this afternoon and asked a member of staff where the toilets were. The answer he got was “There are none”….so he wet himself. I am so angry and disgusted at this. I don’t recommend this place at all, I will never go there again and will recommend that all of our friends & family avoid it too.

  • Fay McBride

Took the kids to the Trampoline park where they had an absolute ball. Would have liked to have been able to book a 2hr session (preferably at a discounted rate ) but online only allowed an hour. Had a few issues with the online booking but got there in the end. Definitely worth a visit and reasonably priced as well. …

  • Lauren Rosher

Great soft play that you can book online with prices from £2 for an adult and under 2. Soft play has access to a small trampoline area that’s included in price. Good for babies as it has a separate area and a huge area for bigger kids. There’s also lots of free parking, a children’s playground and a cafe next to that.

  • Valerie Tull

more visibility on front desk, phone could be answered sometimes, instead of left to ring & hear the numerous adverts.Good pilates classes. Gym well fitted out. Car parking can be a problem when children off school including week-ends. Otherwise good sport center. Staff could be more visible to answer queries.

  • Matt Hobbs

Visited the new trampoline and soft play. The facilities are good but the parking on site is not adequate for this change in use so get there much earlier than planned. They also need to control access to the soft play area as people were not leaving after their allotted time and so it felt overcrowded.

  • Colibri

Good gym, ridiculously overpriced but they don't seem to need to be competitive because the tennis appears to pay their bills. You can get a £29.99 class only membership but there's no classes on a Friday evening or all weekend, how do they get away with that? Better you could do a whole lot better

  • Kayco

The staff at the trampoline park especially leighanne are very rude. The staff left children under the age of 5 unattended in the trampoline park without the parents. The children ended up getting lost and injured. They also refuse to take accountability and they are dishonest. Avoid at all cost.

  • Susan Dreyer

Not post covid safe, overcrowded and unclean. Mismanaged and reckless not keeping check of how many people indoors. If you're part of a party don't expect to have the place to yourself. Party rooms are small and stuffy. Car park was very full on Saturday and some of it is full of pot holes.

  • Narthana Soman

Very nice facility. Highlight was the cafe where we could have lunch when kids were at a party. And the food at cafe was superb too. Big portions and yummy! Parking is a bit of luck though. There are lots of parking slots. But it was almost jam packed when we went. But we did get a space.

  • Rob M

Seriously cool venue. lots of different activities from the kids to do from trampolining to gymnastics to Softplay to their big interactive arena with buttons that you have to press. All greag fun Foam pit, slides, and a bouncy castle. Well worth visiting.

  • Idyli Kamaterou

My son's birthday party at the Trampoline Park was great! Beau was the person who looked after us during the party. He was always there to provide any support, answer any questions and make sure we had a good time - he was really kind and approachable.

  • R G

Massive soft play & trampoline park! My daughter loves it here! It’s reasonably cheap with a good cafe inside and outside too! This is our go to for a rainy day! It does get super packed sometimes though especially with kids parties

  • D Ahmed

Nice place for children. But be aware from supervisor named Nathan, Over clever, will try to charge you for extra services. Chirping mouth. Manager was the nice guy, but this chick even won't let him to deal with the matter.

  • Aurimas Ramanauskas

Booked kids softplay for 2 hours, wanted to get my kid to trampolines but wasn't allowed to buy a ticket on the door. They have card machine but saying that must book online? Most absurd thing I've ever seen

  • Vicky Gooders-Graham

Great soft play for the little ones. They absolutely love it. It's a huge adventure for them. The cafe area has loads of tables both down stairs and up stairs but the menu is limited. It's pricey but fun.

  • Ashley Jezella

They dont take cash??? The place is an absolute tip, Its filthy! I assume the staff dont have uniforms as they seem to walk around in their own clothes. The pics i added are after the cleaner went round

  • jeff davila

  • Sandra Shilling

We booked a kids trampoline party, Sam our host from sports Village was the best. She was really helpful and took her time to help with the party room as I had to jump with the kids. Thank you Sam

  • Valentina Vladimirova

This is a great sports center for children's entertainment with trampolines, soft play, cafe. Outside there is a playground and a scooter park. The atmosphere is great! I strongly recommend it!

  • Plamen Voynov

My daughter loves the place. Nothing else to say. Only downside for me is the coffee shop super slow and food is not good. But overall worth the my time and mone the the soft play

  • john heath

Great place to spend my off peak time with the Evergreens group doing a multitude of sports with like minded people, Friendly staff who are always cheerful & helpful John Heath

  • Smithy Smith

Had my little ones birthday party here and all the kids loved it. Nathan the host was excellent. From greeting us at the start to us leaving we couldn't fault him.

  • Hary

We are here with few families and kids. It is nice. Kids had lot of fun. Saira helped and took care. Nice and sensible . Thank you Saira. Will come every weekend

  • A A

Guys you need a new hoover please. Clumps of clotted dust found on stairs and floor from stairs leading to trampoline and ball pit and also floor visual area.

  • Bobbie Samuels (Bobbie)

Lovely soft play and trampoline park, took my baby who's just started crawling and she loved it. Great price for under 2s £3.50 for 1hr was brilliant

  • Shanice Summers

Kids absolutely love it. £8 for a child & adult and you can see you child playing if you’re in the seating area which is always a worry.

  • Johann Wee

Great place for kids but weekends are nuts. Get in early, book in advance. Parking is limited given the number of parents and kids.

  • Arvind Kumar (Daagur)

Badminton- Low ceiling, multiple marking lines on the courts will confuse you. Lighting is very poor. 8 courts in total is a +ve.

  • Luiz Lima

Excellent soft play area for the children. Difficult to park when busy.

  • Onereviewatatime

Such a great soft play for the kids! Clean, well kept and fun.
