I didn't get the employees name but she was a young pretty blonde lady. She had very high customer service skills that I am very impressed with. Made my mom and I very welcomed to come shop there. She was also very patient while we where picking out jewelry.. she also saved us alot of money by introducing us to the suzy card which gave us 20% off. Any other lady wouldn't have saved us money and would've just paid and left. I can tell she was very kind hearted and sincerely cared about her shoppers. A must keep employee. I will definitely be returning not only for the fashionable dresses and blouses but the caring and friendly staff. Well done!

Came in on a Saturday at 5:40. Picked a few items and was ready to try on at 5:50. We were all at the change rooms and both of the staff were completely ignoring me. I asked for a room and they told me they close the change rooms 15 minutes before close and couldn't let me in. Are you serious? Like what did they think I was picking up clothes for? This has never happened to me. If you dont want to work until closing then shut your doors at 5:45. They could at least communicate to customers when they walk in the store that the rooms are not open anymore instead of ignoring them.

Linda at the St. Vital location in Winnipeg is so personable and efficient! The store was a bit busy when I was shopping but she gave every single person direct attention where possible. She was also multi-tasking at cash and the fitting rooms. Every few minutes, I can hear her checking on the people in the fitting room asking if they need anything. Not only this, she also talked about the rewards card and discount text codes with each and every customer. Linda provides the full service experience! Thank you so much!

I was so disappointed what they have done for me. On Tuesday morning, the sellers seemed to be unenjoyable since I and my friends came. I bought 2 same gray sweaters and another was a light pink sweater. However, when I received the receipt, they chose the cheapest one (it was a light pink sweater) to sale 50% for the second one. They also forgot to take out the security tag from one of gray sweaters!

I was at this time location about a few weeks, and I must say- that I was very pleased with the customer service. I was helped by an African-Canadian lady, who took time to listen to what I was looking for, and made a few suggestions that went well with the look I was going for. Great team and good atmosphere.

I was at the store this morning and was approached by a young lady and I am really impressed by her customer service. She asked me if I am a member and I said no and she offered me a prestige card that will give me a discount. Thank you, I asked for her name but I forgot what her name was.

Suzy shier is one of my favourite places to shop, In love with their blazer and jacket collection, i always shop my office wears here. they carry all weather clothings and nice dresses and tops even in winter, Linda at the st vital location is just amazing, she is always happy to help

The girls at this Suzy Shier really took the time to answer questions I had and even came to check on me a couple times while I was trying on clothes to make sure they fit properly. They even offered a couple style opinions which are always very much appreciated!

Love shopping at this store. All the staff are so friendly and professional. The personal shopping help they provide is excellent. I always know they will pick what is appropriate for my shape and size.
