We had a beautiful green cheek we rescued from the humane society our family loved her very much she was the sweetest animal we ever had and so smart and a tragic accident took her from us we were devastated and it left a big hole in our hearts so when we were ready to try and fill the hole with another conour we went to this store and we were a little worried when we saw the store and I called the guy ahead of time when we got there he tried to give us a bird he was playing with in his hands instead of picking our own my wife said no she wanted to pick we found one at the very end of a wall full of cages all alone and pressing its beak into the bars so hard and long it has two lines inprinted in its beak so we said that one he tried very hard to persuade us to take the one in his hands saying he only plays with one at a time then sells it and then play with the next he was afraid to get the bird my wife just reached in and got it he said are you not afraid of getting bitten my wife said no he said I am so that was weird but we felt like we were rescuing it my wife said can you clip its wings big mistake he butchered the poor things wings and I said do you know what your doing he replied yes I really didn't know any different cause our other bird that passed away was not clipped but to avoid any accidents my wife thought she was doing the right thing now the poor thing drops like a stone when it trys to fly so we made lots of play area for cheeky my son named him and cheeky is afraid of hands now understandably but he is giving kisses and will cuddle into your neck so knowing what we know now I would recommend that these birds get rescued from this basement breeder and close them down our new baby will recover but others may not please someone shut these guys down

I came here for the first time to look for birds. As soon as you walk in, the store is humid inside (maybe due to the hot weather), plus there is mould on the walls, and the store itself looks damaged. Don't know how the pets even breathe here, bugs flying, etc. The lady who works here doesn't even acknowledge there is a customer... no hi or hello, she was cleaning and giving birds water and continued to do so while I was trying to get her attention, so I could find out about the birds, prices, etc. The lady didn't say a word (like i'm supposed to guide myself into buying birds).

I called ahead to see if they had parrotlets, and the gentleman that answered the call was very polite and helpful. He was at the shop when I arrived later in the afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with buying the correct type of seeds and a suitably -sized cage. The pair that he helped us pick out are friendly and active. So happy with them. Generous people. Fantastic service. I will definitely go back when we are ready for another larger bird to add to our family.

DO NOT BUY AT THIS PET STORE! THE BIRDS ARE ALL SICK! I called and spoke to a guy that will change the bird for me and when I came in the lady said I cannot take back or change the bird, people do not buy from here they do NOT care about you or their pets! Worst customer service. I should have read all the bad reviews about there sick birds as I regret it. Also birds are not tagged as they should be because all there birds are old !

I went here today since I’ve been interested in getting a bird. The place is small but nice, they have the birds in separate cages and they aren’t cramped. The birds seemed to be in good condition and they even had a bigger parrot out of its cage. The staff were nice and helpful. I’d definitely consider buying my bird here when the time comes. (Prices are also reasonable)

I just bought a beautiful Meyers Parrot from here; Truman. 3 months! Old! He’s been home two days. I can tell he is well adjusted and was much loved. A baby boy who is friendly and already calling when he wants to come down, to be with us. Tim and Lisa were excellent to deal with. We are so excited about the new member of our family! Thank you!!!

Once again another place that only cares about the autonomy of some animals deemed “cool” enough to not be abused, and will lie to your face to say it’s not. A nice collection of birds found at TT Pets. Went to check on African Grey parrot that they had. Had other species like the Amazon, Quakers and Indian Ring necks. Tim was very helpful and informative. Seemed to have a good variety of fish also. Overall a good experience during the visit.

I was referred to this pet shop by many, they had a good variety of specialized bird seed formulas for different kinds of birds. Some of this stuff you won't find at you local pet stores. It was worth the drive! The owner is polite and has a good knowledge of his products.

If you're lover of small birds or fish, this is the best shop, its a must go. I've been visiting here for over 3 years to buy budgies, cage, food and vitamins for budgies. He is knowledgeable and kind he even is helpful on how to care for budgies.

We got an African grey 4 months ago. Recently we find out the bird has seizure quite often. Every time seizure comes, we feel so bad for the bird. Inbreeding is potentially one of the causes.

The store owner was very friendly and honest. We bought our African grey when she was 6 months old . Now my african grey is very active and talkative. Highly recommended this store!!
