  • "Many low rated reviews here for this location are based on facts! Will shop online from now on because my mother(senior 78 year old Asian lady)and I were followed by your security staff(African American Male)and another floor staff when we shopped at this usual location today"

"I used to shop at least once a week before going to work because they really have new things every week and good prices! Previously all the workers were super friendly, even the lady who is in the fitting room was a super good person and speaks Spanish! Just today in the Jewelry department she asked them to show me something but previously I had already seen that the lady spoke Spanish so I decided to speak Spanish to her and she told me I don't speak Spanish and she always answers me in English! I don't know what the problem is that according to her she didn't want to speak Spanish as if it were a crime!! Not to mention the cashier, she didn't even say good morning to me or clean the area where I put the merchandise, since currently all the cashiers do that after covid! I bought a little glass box that, because she wasn't careful, got scratched and I had to go get another one to change it and she still looked upset!! I really don't understand if it's her job and they pay her because they don't serve with a better attitude! Now I understand why many people choose to buy online to avoid these unpleasantries"

"The store is located right next to Trader Joes which is perfectly convenient for shopping and a grocery store run"

"Love the variety they have in this store but the long lines aren’t worth it"

    "My daughter found nice sandals"

Many low rated reviews here for this location are based on facts! Will shop online from now on because my mother(senior 78 year old Asian lady)and I were followed by your security staff(African American Male)and another floor staff when we shopped at this usual location today. Blatantly following your handicapped(I use a walker)and senior women customers around for no apparent reasons is beyond racist, disgusting, pathetic, and simply idiotic. I’m glad my mother cancelled your TJ Maxx store BS credit card last year. Last time we will visit this disorganised, poorly run store. Would be better off going to that 6th Avenue & 19th-20th street older location! Last annoying note, one Indian looking woman cashier, you need to learn basic human manners & customers interactions as well. Horrendous attitude when I’ve told her my mom is better off with cancelling that store credit card last year due to budget reasons! My mom is a pensioner on fixed income and tend to overspend so less cards and finance charge the better duh! Cashier woman is quite thick in her head trying to persuade my mother to get a store credit card. Corporate office needs to be noted of this horrible TJ Maxx branch!

The store is located right next to Trader Joes which is perfectly convenient for shopping and a grocery store run. There is an upstairs and downstairs portion. All of the purses, beauty products are upstairs and everything else is downstairs. The employees are wonderful, they are helpful and hardworking. I will be returning and it is officially my fave. My flat irons were $19.99. They go up to 450 degrees.

Love the variety they have in this store but the long lines aren’t worth it. They put one poor cashier on the register to deal with a line wrapping around while other workers stand around talking, it’s honestly ridiculous like can you get on a register or something? Maybe do your job? Instead they all have attitudes and seem miserable, the pay can’t be that good just get a new job at that point…

My daughter found nice sandals. But the man in the shoe section was extremely rude. He threw shoes on the floor next to us and said we had put them in the wrong size section. I told him those weren’t ours. I calmly put the shoes back. But he did the same a SECOND TIME for absolutely no reason. This man clearly cannot work in a customer service environment. It was a very unpleasant experience.

My belt had snapped and i had been walking around with a botch job belt, so I desperately needed a new one. Downstairs in the men’s section, i found the belts and found one that seemed perfect. It was a nice Leather bel and very well priced, so i napped it up. This is a good little store with friendly, if somewhat distant, staff.

I mean it's my local TJ Maxx. Located right next to Trader Joe's so you can feed and clothe yourself for a reasonable amount on a single trip. I've recently discovered the home goods section of the store and it's solid as well. Gotta get myself some of those humongous cushions.

This pretty T.J.Maxx under the bridge was well organized and had a nice selection in each department also two floors area . The prices is decent but some item of frenzy’s . Very friendly stuff and helpful. The it's right beside Trader Joe's…with great location!

Ironically came to this TJ Maxx because I wanted more variety for a baby shower gift and found the store lacking in their options. It was not very organized. Items were damaged and/or missing the full complement of stuff! Overall just disappointed in the haul.

Admittedly good choices with many real bargains...that is, if you're willing to wait on line to cash out. Irrespective of when you visit, the lines here are exceedingly long and slow. Another detractor: The two armed guards somehow give off a menacing feel.

Love when i get a good sale. The prices are reasonable on most stuff i go to get, some items are still a bit too pricey. A few of the employees are very kind, generous, welcoming, and have personality, a few dont. But its a lovely place to shop. I love it

They have everything. It’s fun to just take a chance and see what you can score. It’s like a treasure hunt. I found this adorable carry on by juicy couture I love that I get tons of compliments on and some fun new sneakers.

Never imagined I could actually find items I liked and fit from the online platform, but I did. And, the dresses were exactly as represented. Best part, I liked them all and they fit perfectly,!!

Nice selection of things. I bought an exercise band and a scarf you wet to keep cool. There's a small garden through the beck of TJMaxx that had this beautiful mosaic dedicated to municipal art.

This TJ Maxx was pretty clean and had a huge selection in the lower level. Definitely one of the better ones in the city!! I bought a dress and a top there.

I was shopping for shoes and Richard was very friendly and helpful. I really like this stores location, right next to Trader Joe’s!

Fun and convenient store. Toys, jewelery , Coats , T-shirts, and novelty snacks. Great for European students and visitors.

You can finde multiple brands there in a reasonable price sometimes, but, you have to be patient while searching.
