What a fantastic honest technician I highly recommend Kiran. I cannot thank him enough for repairing the fridge I recently purchased from a 2nd hand dealer (who refused to follow up on their 1mth warranty). I contacted THAPA and Kiran came out to repair the fridge. The reasonable price he quoted was the price I paid. Kiran communicated with me throughout the repair, the fridge had more problems than just freezing/icing up, he replaced the fan, heater, and adjusted the doors. The fridge works perfectly now (I'm so sorry I didn't purchase a fridge from THAPA in the beginning). I even received a follow up call to check that the fridge was working well, such a rarity. As a technician Kiran has incredible work ethic, professional, knowledgeable and polite and I have no hesitation at all in recommending THAPA Appliances for appliance repair or purchasing.

This place will always be my go to whenever I need great quality second-hand appliances. They have excellent quality, amazing prices added with fantastic customer service, there's only positive experience coming from this place. when there's problem coming from my washing machine, he immediately came to check and offer a solution straight away. Very friendly and good service, the owner is really good in person, he didn't work only for profit, he try to help costumer as much as he can, my washing machine was broken, I call them to get new one, but he recommend to repair if possible, he come to me try to fix it, but the washing machine has big issues he didn't charge me for comming to my house, so I bought washing machine from him, he didn't charge for any installation delevery and fee he gave me a student discount, very good service highly recommended, and month ago I have some issues with my refrigerator, I call him to get me a new one but he just fix it via phone call

Kiran at Thapa home appliances gave me a great deal on basically all the white goods in my flat inc fridge, washing machine, drying machine, microwave, dishwasher back in 2015 and now in 2021 he's still providing great after purchase care. He offers an initial warranty, but really goes above and beyond, even helping to fit extention hoses for the washer/dryer and dishwater when I moved house this year. Highly recommend this buainess!

Brilliant service from start to finish. A year back, I ordered a freezer in the evening and the freezer arrived early the next morning, well packaged and no damage. I was kept informed right through with delivery times etc. It works perfectly till date. Very good quality second hand fridges and washing machine. When the fridge was playing up after more than 5 years since I got it second hand from him, he offered to come over to check and fix at a small cost instead of pushing us to buy a replacement. His idea of not creating garbage by replacing a good condition item deserves my respect.

Found a great little second hand white goods shop tucked away on Brighton Street , Campsie. The service was excellent, he explained to me why my fridge was not working and came to my house 3 days later to fix it. Call out fee was a lot less then what others charge.
