Well the truth is Trinity Auto Insurance is a big scam my friend has been paying them for months for auto insurance and I was involved in an in assault & Battery in his vehicle where the other person hit me from behind three different times and flipped me and he has liability insurance and they couldn't help my friend for nothing and I also asked if he had full coverage what could they do for him and they also said they could not do nothing and I even made a report to the Bexar County Sheriff and had a case number and everything to show proof in the man still said he could not help did the insurance couldn't help them for nothing so I suggest that everybody pay a little more for real car insurance where there are real honest people and will really help you when you're in need

Excellent company to get car insurance ( Culebra location ) David was extremely helpful very understanding helped me with different types of car insurance plus the coverage that I needed to make sure I got covered today. Same day service I got my proof of Insurance by email and by message to have it ready. I have to say I like this company and plan to continue having my car insured by them . A lot of others will give you the round around and try to sell you ridiculous rates but David found very reasonable rates that fit my budget to include the lowest down payment and the monthly payment .. Let me just say, the new girl I think her name is Rebecca or becca is a blessing in disguise. She helped me and my family so patiently and was so helpful in getting us great rates. She has exceptional customer service skills that I need at my company and would hire her on the spot if I had the opportunity! She expressed how happy she was in her position!! I am literally going to tell my co workers and employees to come and or call trinity auto just for her! Best decision ever when I had such bad experiences everywhere else until I met her.

I shopped around extensively for a good rate. Trinity was hands the down the best option. On top of that, the customer service was amazing. David was very friendly and easy to talk to. He wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t try to offer me anything I didn’t need. He was genuine and flexible with regard to assisting me at a time that was convenient for me. Between completing the form online and my phone call with David, I was insured in less than an hour for a VERY affordable price. I highly recommend Trinity Insurance!

This location is amazing. The staff is there to serve you! They asked information to help you get the best deal possible. I can email or call and I get a fast response. I've been a client for more than a year and they are never rude and my questions are always answered, even if they have to find out and call me back to do so. I am soooooo glad I found this place. Got two of my vehicles insured at a very decent price. I forgot the young ladies name who helped me, but she was really nice and broke down answers about questions I had. It was like talking to someone you knew your whole life even though we've never met till that day haha. Was in and out in like 10 mins. Long as you don't have an existing plan with anyone else, ANYONE can go to this place.
