There so many good things I can talk about this company. These guys are top notch professionals. The workmanship of these workers are second to none. The looks of my new roof is beautiful. These guys were fast. The installation and cuts were done in a straight and precise manner. They do not cut corners to save material and I would add that they installed extra material to make the roof more waterproofed which they didn’t have to. It does demonstrate the kind of integrity that Tailored Home Improvements possess. They also added complimentary water deflectors so that when water runs down the roof where roof and wall meets at the bottom, the water will be deflected away from the house instead of running on the house walls. Very thoughtful and appreciated.

Tailored Home Improvements and Roofing are highly skilled, thorough, professionals. Alan is very active with on-site visits throughout the project with clear communication. His expert/reliable team ensured ALL windows and patios were protected before starting to remove any shingles, worked hard all day, ensured ALL shingles, nails and debris were cleaned up before leaving at the end of each night. From the moment I asked for a quote through to the end of the job, our experience with Tailored Home Improvements (THI) has been excellent, professional, and completely seamless. Al took the time to answer all questions, provide recommendations, and walk me through the process of having our roof re-shingled. I booked THI in autumn 2022 to have our roof done spring 2023: Al sent a team to winterize our old roof and kept in contact with me during the winter to go through my preferences for the new roof. In the spring his team arrived prepared and worked efficiently, safely, and neatly to get the job done. I felt very looked after!

I was very pleased with the quality and workmanship. The owner was on site and very responsive upon booking. His crew was incredibly friendly, quiet, conscientious, and clean. They covered my neighbours windows. They protected my hot tub and my metal gazebo and wrapped all my outside furniture in moving blankets. I was very impressed with the teams Personal interaction. If you need your roof done this is the only company to go with. I have a very challenging roofline - super high- turrets. They treated it like it was their own home. Kept me informed at every step.
