The first time I walked into this store on October 2016, I was immediately greeted by one of the attentive staff members. The shopping experience does not compare to any other store in this mall because from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and by the time you leave the store you have a connection with the staff member who assisted you. I love the selection of clothing this store offers because they have everything from creating a nice outfit for just an outing on the town to a formal dress for any occasion. The quality of the clothes are worth the price; I still own the shirts I bought on my first trip to this store. Overall, I love Talbots, and I love the professionalism of the friendly attentive staff.

I've been shopping at Talbots over 20 years and remember when they sold men's/children's clothing! Since shopping this long - it's become my favorite store, especially, the North Star Talbots specifically. Maria and team, especially Azul and Yolanda are always so genuinely friendly and helpful with me. They know me by name and know exactly my style and what I will like from a new collection. They follow up on the items I'm looking for by calling me or texting me - that is customer service that all of the other Talbot stores in the area could learn from! Thank you Maria and team!

The North Star Team is a fabulous asset to Talbot's. The manager Maria has an incredible team from her representatives like Yolanda, Azul, Deanna, and others. The ladies are helpful in ensuring that I get the styles necessary for my wardrobe. I am a busy lady and, when I come into the store, I usually know what I want. I enjoy this team of fabulous ladies! It is always a pleasure to walk into Talbot's! Thank you!

I love the clothes here, they stock a wide variety of sizes and styles. Everything I've ever bought from them has lasted beautifully. Talbot's is somewhat pricey on some things but it's quality that will last and worth the money. The employees have always been so nice but never pushy.

My first operations manager job, I love the team here, the staff is pretty knowledgeable and dedicated to their customer base. What's retailer is definitely dedicated to the quality of the product and service that they provide.

Fabulous client service! Clothing has the best quality ever. I have had pieces from them for years and they still look brand new. I recommend ONLY going to North star location. They are the nicest and most knowledgeable.

Pretty nice and quaint :) I purchased a cashmere sweater it was 91 bucks. Nice styles throughout the store. And the lady at the cash register was very helpful in folding and wrapping the sweater into a gift box.
