Dear Tampa General Hospital, I am writing to address concerns arising from the care I received on the night of November 9th during my recent surgical procedure at your facility on November 8th. The surgery involved the removal of 2 large mass from my stomach and the stitching of my gallbladder that ruptured during the surgery. I want to express my gratitude for Dr. Rutherford and his team's exceptional performance during the surgery. However, my recent interactions with tonight's staff has left me dissatisfied. Navigating the second night post-surgery, I encountered challenges in pain management. Despite communicating the severity of my discomfort to the nurse, I was informed that the next dose of pain medication would only be available in another 4 hours. As an individual with lupus, I recognize the critical nature of effective pain management, and the dosage I received was notably lower than what I am accustomed to at my home hospital. Moreover, when attempting to discuss my pain management concerns with the doctor, I sensed judgment rather than understanding. Experiencing a lack of empathy and reluctance to consider my unique situation was disheartening. With 44 years of living with lupus, I believe I possess a profound understanding of my body and its responses to medical procedures. I strongly urge your staff to invest time in thoroughly reviewing patient charts and adopting an individualized care approach. Relying solely on textbook knowledge may not be suitable, particularly for patients with chronic conditions like lupus, where each case is unique. In addition, the suggestion to leave the hospital while still experiencing discomfort and physical difficulty walking post-surgery surprised me. This request felt unreasonable and added undue stress to an already challenging situation. The lack of consideration and empathy displayed by the night staff has left me disappointed, leading me to file a formal complaint against both the nurse and doctor involved in my care on this particular night. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and sincerely hope that corrective steps will be taken to improve communication and understanding between medical professionals and patients in the future. Xtavia Bailey

Overall, I think this hospital isn't great, or even good. I wouldn't go here if I had a choice. Unfortunately, my surgeon works out of this facility, so I'm stuck here. The ER has nightmare reviews, but aside from that I've been here several times and it’s just not a clean or welcoming place. The staff is extremely unprofessional. There are constantly personal conversations going on in the halls and even at their desk, which includes a lot of profanity. There is always a lot of construction and make-shift waiting areas, it’s hard to sort out where to go, it’s very crowed and messy. They also allow so many people/family members into waiting areas which doesn't help with the overcrowding. I'm not sure why your entire extended family needs to escort you to your procedure, why the hospital allows it? It’s also probably why there is absolutely no parking available. You will circle the parking garage over and over just to see people sitting in their car waiting. It’s terribly unorganized. The only thing this hospital has going for them is the wonderful pre-op nurses. I can't shout their praises enough; I've been here for two procedures thus far and they have been wonderful. When going in and coming out of surgery they have been amazing. Kind, comforting, and just amazing. However, if you do get admitted and must stay, be prepared to get treated as if you're a burden. The nursing staff on the floors are not kind. It’s clear they don't like their job and will leave you unattended for hours, meanwhile they are huddled together (hidden away) chatting, but will make you feel as though they are too busy to help you with anything. I hated being there. It felt like my pain was being ignored, they just kept shoving Tylenol at me. When I was discharged, I was missing a very important medication. Just avoid this location, I think there are great doctors in this network/hospital who probably have little control over the issues happening with this hospital.

I always go to TGH anytime I need to go to the hospital. I have had all of my children there. They are one of the leading hospitals in the state in many fields. I personally have been in their ER, labor & delivery, and neurology department. The hospital is great but honestly their ER is packed most of the time! They do try to do as much as they can to accommodate you though. They have free valet parking for the ER which is great when you just need to get in and get help and not worry about finding a parking spot. I will say as for their labor and delivery department is amazing! The nurses are usually very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very helpful in regard to breastfeeding. Most of their mother suites are amazing feels like giving birth and staying at a hotel. The best thing about them is they alway keep your baby with you. They do have a program where they will take the baby of you need them to give you a break but if you're like me I loved being with my little one the whole time! They provide you with everything you will need to get started with your baby and help get all programs started for you if you need any extra help! I recently stayed on the 9th floor A unit for a neurological issue and everyone was amazing! Special shout out to my nurse Michael, he was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, made sure to check on me constantly but also gave me time to rest. He was very caring, personable and made me feel right at home! Also shout out to the dietary specialist Ayonna she was AMAZING! BEST food service I've ever had and she took her time to make sure I was happy and knew all my options. I hate being in the hospital but TGH and their staff make it a memorable and less stressful experience!

My children's favorite place lmao I adore that cafeteria they have the best food for the low-low. I just put y'all up on the game!! Lol, I used to leave my work just to go to TJ's cafeteria and eat. My oldest was also born here. We had a doctor's appointment at 17 Davis across the street but it got canceled and I took them to go eat then it ended up in a whole mess of me chasing them. Update!!! I would never ever come here again!!! I had the worst experience from From a PCT called Odette!! The worst experience ive ever had in my life coming to a hospital. This woman came yelling at me after i told her i just wanted to be discharged. The screamed in my face saying "you black woman always wanna act up". Then she tried to cut my hand band and i told her ill wait. Then she said (no, you said you want to go) i started crying and she decided to wheel me to the front and tell security to (get me out of here). The security (clearly her friend) shoved my wheelchair and told me (its always the people in wheelchairs who needs the most help, that does the most. I was totally confused. What did i do to deserves such disrespect all while with a broken bone waiting for an ibuprofen for over an hour and half. And while Ms odette decided to be mistreating me, one of her other patients fell on the floor and hit there head. I tried to take a picture of myself and she went to security and lied saying im taking pictures of people. A hospital worker!! Blatantly lied and then security decided to wheel my chair and turned me facing the wall like a child. I would never encourage anyone with any sense to come here. You will only get mistreated

Currently in the hospital. The nicest thing about this place are the workers. I've waited almost 3 days for an IBUPROFEN! I get doctors being busy but I don't feel like I'm being cared for at all. Constantly being woken up for no results but explanations from doctors about what "could be." They say they'll get me something for sleep or anxiety? Nothing. Breakfast is served 10am, lunch at 230pm, and dinner at 730pm. That isn't acceptable. I'm in a CUBICLE, not even a room, surrounded by others. No real privacy. No TV. They don't have juice or food in the night. The fluorescent lights on until 230AM. Honestly at this point, I'll just have my mom bring me some from home cause this is crazy having to wait on a doctor who isn't laying in a hospital bed. They ask my pain level at 10am I said a 3. Why are you waiting until my pain is at an 8 to give me something that works for a 3. Now I'm stuck with anxiety and constant headaches/ pain because I gotta wait for the doctor to say "Sure she can have an OTC ibuprofen." Or I keep getting forgotten. Thanks doc for waiting almost 3 days for that. Food is horrible and I can't wait to not be here or go to a hospital that actually provides for their patients. I mean when I arrived to their er, I laid cold and unattended for 2 hours before I had to ask what the heck was going on. I'm not satisfied with "the best hospital" Can't even sleep cause the lights in this place. That light is coming into my room. It isn't my light. Thankfully the nurses, and MRI guys and pcts are great. Some doctors sure but mine currently, we aren't on good terms. Edit: THIS HOSPITAL IS PATHETIC!

ER on 26 December in Pediatrics was by far my worst experience. My son, 19, was involved in a horrific car accident. He was transported by ambulance from Balm to Tampa. When I arrived, his mother, there are 3 women there. A lot going on while he’s in a neck brace, shaking, and bloody. The female, who doesn’t identify herself, asks “girlfriend?” And I say no his mother…her response is cold and the 2 nurses continue to help my son and get him undressed. This female, a doctor, I finally find out…is very cold and short with my son and me the whole time. We are in there from 5pm until midnight…we waited for a nurse to get his urine and even check on him, nothing not unless I push the button, the doctor comes back and jokingly says it’s been a very busy night and sorry but your son should have been taking to CT hours ago. WHAT? Again, patience is virtue and as a military medic I get it. Then the female that comes to take his insurance info is about the rudest person I’ve met. I tell the Dr and nurse of my evaluation of their work. NOTHING. CT scan comes at 1130 to get my son and makes him walk (with a neck brace) and only his underwear on. Cold, hurt, and alone. Then to top it off the 4th nurse at midnight says we can go…forgets his IV is there…forgot his clothes, forgot his paperwork and medicine. This is ridiculous and absolutely not what an ER should be. Please know there were a few outstanding personnel (X-ray technician and paramedics) but everyone else needs to learn that these people are in the most traumatic times of their lives. Take a moment to be human.

I delivered twins here back in January and it was a complete nightmare. Because I was “high risk” I was with the maternal fetal medicine department, so I didn’t know which doctor was going to deliver my babies till the day of. It was an older women and from the get go it was all things negative. She had not one positive thing to say and was trying to persuade me to get a c-section. After I got my epidural, (which didn’t work by the way) she checked me and said I was at 5cm. She was walking out the door when I was like no no no something is happening and she comes and looks, gets on the phone, then informs me I’m complete. As to how someone could get from 5cm to 10cm is beyond me. She obviously just had no clue what she was doing. As they are wheeling me to the OR they didn’t even get half way before I deliver one baby out in the hallway. A completely humiliating experience because there were so many people in it and they all got a great view of what was going on. I had no privacy. There is probably a video of me somewhere out on the internet. They continued after I delivered my first and then as I got through the door I delivered my second. My children didn’t get to receive the benefits of delayed cord clamping all because of an ignorant woman. She had no empathy for the pain I told her I was experiencing when she was doing my after birth care. After all was said and done she laughed and said well look at that, nothing went wrong. I never saw her again after that.

I was admitted Saturday night. I don't have an issue being on a bed in a hallway because it was busy, or not having a TV to watch because I listened to a podcast. One of my issues is that in Triage I made it clear I am a recovering addict (18 years) and that I can not take Opiates or Benzos. I had to get a n MRI and the doctor prescribed me a Benzo. If I hadn't been paying attention I would have been given it and that would most likely sent me back to active addiction. I have R.A. which isn't the reason I was there but hadn't taken my anti-inflammatory meds that day because I was in the hospital, but the first thing prescribed was exactly what I was addicted to. That took away any trust I had , then after the MRI I was starting to get a panic attack which was made worse by a woman screaming "No, no, no Don't go. No, No" and other things of the like. I felt as if the building was closing in on me and I couldn't breathe. I told that multiple times that I needed to go out side and get a hold of myself. The way I was talked to and being told the only way I could was to leave AMA made me feel trapped and made my panic worse. This was repeated even after I told the nurses that I didn't want to leave AMA, I just needed to be to outside of the building to feel safe and pull myself together. Everything they did and said Made me feel unsafe and trapped. I was already scared being in the Hospital over night and because of the reason I was in there in the first place. I

I was transferred to TGH for my delivery and despite it not being what I wanted for my birth plan. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at my experience at TGH. All of the nurses were kind, supportive and empathetic to my situation. The CNMW in L&D were amazing and encouraging, I specifically had a great experience with CNMW Alice & Lyla (spelling may be incorrect, I hope not bc this woman is amazing) I was completely out of it during contractions and all I wanted was my hair up, and Lyla gave me her hair tie and tied my hair back for me. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable when I was in incredible pain and I won’t forget that. All of the midwives spoke to me about my options, made me feel in control, educated and informed every step of the way. They also respected and updated my home midwife & doula every step of the way which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, Dr. O Shea was fantastic for my emergency c section. He explained the process and procedure to my husband and I. We felt informed in such a whirlwind moment. We’re incredibly grateful to him & his team for the prompt safe delivery of our son. The ante partum unit nurses & NICU nurses also were incredibly kind and supportive. It felt like everyone we came into contact with was happy to be working there and genuinely wanted to help, care and support us in any way possible.

Tampa General is a great specialty hospital. I have been both inpatient and out in the kidney transplant program since 2013. They have top notch physicians and equipment and their nurses are amazing. There have been a few issues over the years going to the ER but I'm fortunate enough to say TGH and its staff saved my life. I am 6 years post transplant and was there for a nephrectomy (native kidney). I arrived Thursday 6am and was home on Friday afternoon. Everything went well. They are not short staffed like Pinellas County hospitals and their care is unlike anywhere else. I've had everything from dialysis catheters and a parathyroidectomy to a transplant with my daughter as my donor. From the beginning I was confident in their experience and knowledge. Finally after 3.5 years of dialysis my prayers were answered and my transplant happened. Every experience as a TGH inpatient is different but my health was always the priority. There are staff that could do better but overall I highly recommend TGH for all things surgical and there world renowned physicians. I love having access to MyChart where everything is available from appointments to medication lists. Driving to TGH could be a hassle with traffic but it's worth it for your overall health. I won't go anywhere else.

I went Nov Saturday 18? 2023 to emergency room but the funny part was a got really sick while I was in the hospital with my daughter who was going to give birth. While I was there I almost fainted I feel really bad, the nurses and doctors at the 4floor take great care of mee but in the emergency room not at all the doctor in charge everytime he is asking me what's wrong he receive a call and he goes out of the room he comeback and again his phone ring and he goes out of the room again. I had fever a lot of coughing I was a mess but I was need to be there for my daughter. Anyway at the end They discharge me with a pill for nauseas, FOR NAUSEAS can you believe it they never came back to tell me what's wrong and the papers from the hospital said that I was dehydrated insane. We can't trust in hospital anymore or doctors. I loosing faith completely in them. Now I'm waiting for the bill. OH AND i forgot they ask me to pee in a cup for lab and after I pee in the room because they have a toilet in front of the bed my husband notice is a camera in the room so I'm wondering who see my naked butt. I'm so disappointed they didn't treat me as a human being and I had insurance they are going to bill.

I was hit by a bat in the face and had to visit to Tampa General Emergency room, I was told by three people I would receive a portion of the medication in the face, the person who administered the shot told me no that's not true (I stopped him and told him what the other three said before), after leaving the emergency room I received a call saying I had to return because the medication was not administered to the correct location. I had to return to the emergency room, this started my wait time all over again and eventually received the correct shot. I later received a bill for all of the medication, I feel that this is very unfair because the medication was not correctly placed on the first emergency room, these are supposed to be professionals and the bill wasn't cheap, over $1000 of the bill (my portion- after insurance) was because of the second medication. I disputed the bill with the hospital but of course they didn't agree and the only thing I received for disputing the bill was an additional bill from Inphynet the provider on the second visit because she doesn't actually work for the hospital, she's contracted.

I was treated like I was unimportant and like I was drug seeking. Went in Monday night with a hole in my back that has the whole side of my back in pain. I could barely walk. I spent 12 hours in the waiting room after I came in on an ambulance. Then I was told that I was put in under low acuity. And nobody in that hospital knows why anything happens the way it does. They just work there. I had sepsis before. So I know what sepsis feels like. And I know I was very close. I was stuck with needles over and over and they kept blowing up my veins. They blew 7 veins that were hard to get. And I begged them to not stick me anymore but they did. I begged for TYLENOL. And was told I couldn’t be given any medicine by mouth. I feel like I was completely disregarded as a human. I was put in a drug observation wing. They kept saying vascular. But there were cameras and when the lady took to long in the bathroom that was sharing a room with me the nurses berated her. It’s so sad that you treat people the way you do.

I used to be the biggest fan of this hospital. I was born here in the 80s and my ENTIRE family prefers them over any other. My last experience here was not only life threatening, but pathetic. Although everyone is super nice, they are negligent. I was just diagnosed as a diabetic. It's been a battle just to get them to send my insulin and supplies to the right pharmacy. I need insulin to live and yet, I still don't have it after being discharged yesterday. Not to mention my discharge paperwork was from a visit I had in 2019 when I was pregnant. The level of incompetence is astounding. I called patient relations and was told I'd be receiving a call with some answers and I'm still waiting. You guys need to get it together and stop playing with people lives. Plus, I work in Healthcare so your hippa violations wowed me too. I liked hearing that my roommate was gonna die and all of her other medical business. Keep up the shifty work.

The reason why I'm giving this hospital with only 3 stars because when my husband got his surgery, He had to wait at the recovery room for over 7 hours after his procedure because they didn't have a room for him I don't understand why he don't have a room as they scheduled his surgery for over a month.Watching him laying in the small wheeled stretcher was painful. To be honest I started to get personal, Made me think maybe because he is a black man or maybe our insurance don't pay enough for a room in the hospital as He was the only person that was still there when I asked why the lady told me they are still cleaning the room and one of them told me I'm lucky that he is going to have a room for the night or else he would stay in the hallway.... I can't believed what she said to me. It's crazy! The Doctors and Nurses are Excellent. They are for sure 5 stars. I Thank them all for everything that they do.

I’ve never thought in a million years that a surgeon, would disrespect a concerning mother of her baby. Therefore, my son was having a procedure done and I wanted to ask questions since I was not fully understanding due to the lack of communication. In addition, he proceeded to get a very aggressive with me. Which I answered back to and stated glad you feel the need to speak to someone like that having concerns for her child. It’s part of the job to do so and answer questions and concerns before a surgery. Moreover, no one spoke to you in that way. Lastly, he said child protective services will be speaking you. (comical) . Seriously think he needs to go back to the basics of bed side manner, and not deal with pediatrics. I don’t recommend Dr. Watson at all. I will never apologize for being a mom and worrying about my babies nor do I think any other parent would either.

Tampa General is run by a gaggle of circus clowns with Erin in Patient Advocacy as the bright red bulb nose. What kind of hospital starves a nursing mother who is only 2 weeks post partum for over 48 hours, constantly move her back on the schedule to get her surgery done, and deny her sufficient pain management for an infection? You guessed it! That is TGIH. Even in the Trauma center, you will likely wait hours before being given relief. Don't bother with patient advocacy, you're going to leave voice mail or e-mail that they may or may not ever actually get to. When we were here a few weeks ago to deliver our kiddo, we needed their assistance that never came. Five days, three phone calls and two e-mail attempts to reach them. nothing. For such a "highly rated" hospital, they sure are bad at the basics. In summary, if you need emergency help go almost anywhere else.

  • Jack E Rausch

Insurance verification poor at best. Having two insurances did Not help at all. "Your surgery is covered." Turned out to NOT be the total truth. Just adding the comment regarding checking my deductible, AND that the anesthesiology was OUT OF NETWORK, would have given me an accurate cost. So dissatisfied and disappointed to get several bills with different ammounts that I just won't recommend this hospital to anyone with limited income. This is unacceptable. Insurance verification should have been accurate so the total outcome of the surgery would not have caused anxiety and distress. DO NOT USE TGH .If you must, be sure to do the insurance coverage and cost assessment YOURSELF. Nevertheless, you still might be hit with hidden costs.

  • Michael PENNINGTON

Went to the ER for my wife. She arrived at 1335. I arrived at 1440. It is now 2140 and still waiting on test results the monitor she should be on is just dinging away for the 4th time today. I will not ask again to reconnect her like I did before. I had to chase down a nurse to get a bed pan because she can’t stand. Yes I took care of that myself. She has been visited by a doctor 2 times since I’ve been here for a total of 5 minutes and the nurses are just as bad. We live in Orlando but she works in Tampa so that is why we are here she went down at work and was transported here by Hillsboro fire. I would not recommend this hospital at all. Worst I have ever been to. Oh, by the way we’re sitting in a hallway!! Still.

  • Carie Aguilar

I just wanna say how great the team is there with labor and delivery. How much patience they had. I went into labor and delivery er for bleeding but then started having blood pressure issues. All the nurses was very nice and understanding. The doctor and the high risk team was great too . Then once I got moved to another floor those nurses was great. My only complaint and it’s not even about the nurses . You get whatever they give you for the food. But then they was out of Milk and they lady tried to push soy milk on you . But besides that I was thankful for the team and for helping keep baby boy in longer

  • Brett Smart

If I could do less than one star I would. My family found my uncles IV out from 11am-10Pm, found him not hooked up to any IV in awful pain and basically helpless. They’re “not sure how the ball got dropped” but if his infection doesn’t get treated, he will lose the arm or it’ll continue to spread So no IV is shocking in this situation, meaning nobody had been checking on him. this is a Level 1 trauma center, and the duration that he has been there the infection has yet to improve… that will happen when you’re not receiving antibiotics for a life threatening infection. Unacceptable.

  • robert torino

These people that work here do not get enough credit. They are by far the best hospital on earth. If you are in need of a hospital this place will make you feel like you are part of their family. You can see it in their faces that they care! In 2023 it is hard to find anyone who cares about anything. During my 3 day visit I couldn’t find a single person who didn’t care about any of the patients. These people work around the clock to make sure every patient is taken care of properly. If there was more stars I would rate them the highest on earth. THANK YOU TGH, I will never forget.

  • Indhira Hernandez

Got here at 11 PM with a shattered ankle. Didn’t get taken back for x-ray until almost 4 in the morning no pain no IV. Nothing was given at all complete disregard for how much pain or anything nothing was offered. This is the most unorganized disgusting hospital I’ve ever seen there was food trash everywhere. The rooms aren’t even clean up. The trash cans are overflowing from peoples items like fluids that are supposed to be thrown away they’re just spreading infection in the hospital. . Please don’t come here. You could be dying and they wouldn’t care.

  • Daniel Kleinberg

Just had a parathyroidectomy there and honestly I was a bit concerned about the hospital after seeing it doesn't have a great rating, but I have to say that my experience there was excellent, all interactions with the people there, starting with the guard, nurses, receptionists and doctors were extremely friendly, everyone was super nice, and even though the place is huge, it felt super clean. I drove over 4 hours from Miami to go there and I'm very glad I did! Hope I don't have to, but would drive again if needed :-)

My dad is at Tampa General and has been for 13 days. Tampa General saved my dad's life. The staff is top notch!!!! All of the nurses are amazing but you will always have a few that just leave a huge impact on your life.. I have to give a big shout out to Jo Ann, Niqua, Brooke, Shelby, and the whole Neuroscience ICU team. Thank you for the loving care you've shown my father!!!!! You truly are amazing!!!! Thank you for all you do!!! We truly appreciate it!!!

  • Jennifer Greene

They truly do not care if you die waiting. The waiting. Room cleared out twice and was told they take people back that they can get in and out quicker. Been here 4 hours and still waiting. Sent here by urgent care for abnormal EKG. I have told them three times I am having pain and still waiting. Each person says your next 20 minutes. I believe that’s what they are told to say. This is bad for the hospital administrator. Maybe get a new one.

There will never be enough words to express my gratitude to every single individual involved in saving my son’s life TWICE after a motorcycle accident. Every single one selflessly went above and beyond their normal duties and expectations and if even one of them had been removed from the equation, my son would not have survived. This hospital was absolutely incredible in the emergency room and ICU. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

  • Tiffany Steinke

Tampa General Hospital saved my life! I was hospitalized over a month and everyone I met from doctors, nurses, patient care techs, environmental to dietary were more than professional, courteous and outstandingly caring! I can’t express my gratitude and immense satisfaction with the care I received and continue to receive here. There is no hospital better if you have a serious problem! Thank you TGH for my second chance at life!

  • C J

I have had my third successful labor and delivery at this hospital. I really love this hospital and it’s staff I always end up with the best of the best top tier nurses and staff who take pride in their job and goes above and beyond to make sure my baby and I are safe and healthy I will always choose this hospital as my number one choice when it comes to emergencies and anything that requires me to go to the hospital .

  • Christine Rosa

Staff seems overwhelmed and unorganized. Doctors don't listen or call you unless you harass them. There are a few great people, but the majority of my mom's health care team the last 8 months have not been great, to put it nicely. The level of advocacy I've had to use in regards to my mom's health has been frustrating and exhausting. If you have a loved one with ongoing, chronic issues, I would go somewhere else.

  • Raymond Herradura

For now I feel this is what they get. The drs. Are mostly great. It who is running it. I was just told I was going to be discharged today. Then they told me I was going to stay. Then the nurse just told me I had to leave because the bed was already counted empty so I have to leave now. A lady told me because I’m on Medicare I could chose to stay if I felt I wasn’t ready to go. Well I guess I have no choice now.

  • Trece

This hospital should be a20 star across the board. The doctors, nurses and staff are top notch. You do wait along time in the waiting room , but it’s well worth it cause the doctors here will find out the root of your problem. You don’t just see an Er doctor you see multiple doctors and specialists around the clock and if you need a Cat Scan at 1am you will sure to have it! I highly recommend!

  • J Maynor

My wife was given drugs without her consent while she was lucid and with stable vital signs during a normal birth. She was not offered options and was callously ignored when she tried to advocate for herself. Cats in veterinary offices are given more respect. The people are kind but their protocols are clearly for the hospital’s liability and not the patient health. Beware.

  • Bruce Wand

The phone system is the worst I have ever experienced! If I could leave negative stars I would. You cannot get in touch with anyone. The people that work there cannot even get in touch with their colleagues. Despite this, the hospital and staff are wonderful and provide the best of care.

No Stars if possible. Every time I've been to this hospital I've had the SECURITY GUARDS act very unprofessional and treated certain people like criminals. I just left TGH and went to St Josephs because the Security at the ER entrance tried

I delivered my baby here last week & had a great experience. When I found out I was pregnant I felt overwhelmed when picking what hospital I wanted to go to, but seeing that TGH boasted their low c section rates made me choose them as that

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT go to this hospital for pregnancy if you are in your second trimester but still less than the 20 weeks mark. Unfortunately If you are not 20 weeks or over yet, you have to go through the ER part and these people

11/16/23: I came with my brother who is a cancer patient. Walked in to this hospital and you feel like you walking into a hospital prison. You walk thru a metal detector, then the guards gotta check your bag and scan
