I had purchased 2 sets of bangles around 2 months back and at that time the attending staff didn't explain at all that the bangle may bend. I was looking for stiffness..After wearing a week, One bangle got bent and when visited the showroom,The staff called the manager but he didn't respond. When you go for purchasing new item,They will treat you nicely but when go with any complain,they don't care. They don't care about Customer Satisfaction.This is my last purchase from Tanishq. Wouldn't suggest anyone to buy gold from Tanishq. Kalyan is far far far better than Tanishq If you are looking for stiffness in gold.

I had an amazing experience especially because I ordered a Yellow Sapphire ring for emergency astrology use and Tanishq store gave the best services from it’s making to delivery well before time. I would like to highlight that Mr Rushil of this store went extra mile to keep me updated about all information about the ring and helped me a lot by doing all things to get the ring made & delivered before time. His sincerity is commendable and so is the promise of Tanishq.

It was really a wonderful experience of visiting Tanishq Chandkheda store we were attended by Ms Nidhi very polite and dedicated sales representative. However our visiting hrs was late in evening and during selection it was quite late but she was more than happy to attended us and stay from begging of selection to the end of billing cycle even her duty hrs ended. Such kind of dedication show her commitment and passion towards her work keep it up.
