I bought a gold ring today from the store and encountered the worst service provided in the nearby area. The designs were good, the price was as expected from the TATA product, the trust of TATA group was there. But I was highly disappointed by the service the store provided, I wasn’t guided by the sales person, the person was so unwelcoming that I got hesitant to ask questions that I had in mind. I was very dissatisfied by the service that I did not even want to buy from the store, it was only and only because of the design that I bought the ring. If the service of the whole staff is like this, then I would never want to visit any store of Tanishq ever again. The reason why I am not naming the person as I don’t want his career to be impacted.

have been buying from this Tanishq showroom for many years now. But recent purchase, harvest redemption & billing was pathetic level. Customer Care Executive/Supervisor are not bothered to inquire why a customer is waiting for half hour/hour. Will surely continue buying from Tanishq due to Trust of TATAS but not from Shivranjani showroom. Felt like i was buying for free from them! TIP: if you have harvest redemption, exchange-- pls pls make sure to ask execute who is desperate to sell product to you- that how much time billing would take even if counter is vacant.

Dont have complain book over store 3. The diamond bracelets fell apart from here within 3 months. Yes they are certified diamonds. But the product was not secure. The hinges broke quickly. We bought 3 sets of diamond brackets. About $40K dollar value. All broke on the hinge. The showroom is lovely for NRIs. But a local soni could have done much better.
