WOW what can I say. Tanner were the second agents during my 4 years renting a property. There were so many issues with the house, that were reported every single inspection, photos taken by both RE Agents every single inspection. Issues were reported back to owner and rarely got rectified. When Tanner took over the property I had Sally (who sadly no longer works there) and after almost 2 years she'd had enough of dealing with the owners and issues not getting fixed. Stuart was then appointed property manager and all issues reported to him and history with Sally and prior RE discussed. Upon vacating the property, Stuart went in to bat for me with the owners trying to claim for damages to the property that were not fair or within reason. I left the property late June and the back and forth has only just finished today! Stuart never gave up and fights for the rights of the tenant... I highly recommend Tanner for all sides of real estate, renting, buying etc..... Ask for Stuart, he's fantastic and very professional!! I was a tenant with Tanner for three years and I really *really* appreciate their kindness and professionalism!
