DO NOT DEAL WITH BEVAN!! Dealership - 5 Stars Cars - 5 Stars Sales Team - Symon (5 Stars) Bevan (Not worth rating) If you are looking for cars in an incredible condition! Then this dealership is for you. I was in the process of purchasing a 2018 Golf R and I have not seen a better taken care of 1 on the market in the last 3 months! The only issues were the brake pads being depeleted, rims were buckled and damaged and needed to be completely redone and they did everything. Nee brakes, fixed the rims and resprayed and that car was faultless. A dream come true experience so far. Here comes the dark horse. Other reviews have warned about dealing with Bevan, but he seemed nice enough until the sale was all but through. They set the incorrect time expectation, i called to follow up. 4 times he interupted me and told me "to be quiet, he is speaking" after allowing numerous times for him to finally finish and waiting more than 10seconds of silence, the moment i would try and address my concern, he would cut me right off again and speak over me and tell me to keep quiet once i wanted to speak again. His tone was arrogant, condescending and dismissive. I refuse to deal with such people if your paying 600K+ for a vehicle.

We had a bad experience with The Auto Agents at the end of 2021. We dealt with Bevan and were interested in an Audi that was listed as pristine; and it was! However, when taking delivery of the vehicle, it was obvious that the roof and roof rack had been damaged by something hitting it from above - we suspect a boom. This damage was not there when we test drove the car. Initially, Bevan seemed accommodating in taking responsibility for damage done to the car after we had viewed it and secured payment. The damage on the roof was repaired by TAA, but the roof rack remained damaged. We were told that they could fix it, but that it would probably still be visible. We were also told that they could order a replacement roof rack, but it would be for our account - so we would have to pay to fix damage caused by TAA àfter we viewed the car and secured payment. Bevan promised to get back to us in January 2022 - by June 2022 we had not heard back from him. We have now sold the car.

I manage major businesses and one of the most important aspects thereof is customer service. When I found the advert for my purchase it didn't indicate a particular sales person, naturally I then went and checked Google reviews and picked the name which appeared frequently with best reviews. The name I picked was Kirin, and from my experience with him it would be an understatement to say he did a great job - he was excellent from beginning to end. The transaction went through smoothly, I had constant feedback, quick responses to my queries, and left as a future returning happy customer. All our expectations were exceeded, and it's only fitting that I return to where it all started and give him his well deserved review. Well done!

I bought a Golf 7 GTI from Symon at “The Auto Agents”. I have to say it’s not often you have such a well rounded experience. Symon was extremely diligent and helped with all my questions. He was not pushy for the sale at all and my experience with him has been exceptional this far. I have never had so much car trouble in my life since I bought this car. Very disappointed! WONDERFUL AMAZING service from Rayhaan. He went above and beyond and nothing was too much. Simon was super helpful with the sale. However, I was told that the vehicle had not been in an accident. After further inspection while vinyl wrapping the vehicle we saw that the one tail light had been replaced and some panel work had been done - a poor job at that as well.
