This is the most dishonest place I have ever been to. The Auto Gallery staff approached me on my private car sale ad and convinced me to sell my car through their dealership. Due to my busy work schedule, I thought it will be easier for me, I read the reviews online and was convinced that my car will be in good hands and will be sold at a good price. We agreed on a sale price and the salesman was confident my car will be sold at the agreed price and within few days. Few weeks went by and I received a call from the owner stating my car has a buyer who is willing to buy a car for 5k less than the agreed price. I was overwhelmed knowing the price is too low comparing to the fired-up market these days. The owner took advantage of my urgency to sell the car and lied to me about the sale price of the car. I was suspicious of the sale so I visited their showroom and one of their staff members unknowingly showed me the receipt of sale with a price 10k more than the price mentioned to me. The owner fraudulently retained the difference of actual sale price and the price they showed me in their forged receipts. I have taken the matter to the authorities and have tried contacting the showroom multiple times with no luck. This place is a disgrace to the private car sale industry and the reason people do not care about the local businesses My experience is a lesson for all future buyers to refrain dealing with these people as they will rip you off in every way possible. Shame!!!

Be really careful if you consider buying a car here. They will promise you many things to get you to make a deposit. After you sign the deal, they won't care anymore and if you didn't get everything I writing, good luck. We bought our Cherokee here 6 months ago. Beautiful car, reasonable price, and they offered us 3 months rego, 1 year warranty, new tyres. We got precisely none of it. Our deal was closed on a Friday night, and everyone including us were in a bit of a rush. I didn't check the rego and didn't get the warranty contract. Next week I call Shaun to get my rego. He redirects me to Sunny who will take care of it for me. Sunny asks me to renew the rego myself and they will refund. They never do. I called every week for months, sent email, sent receipts, exchanged texts, always being lied to. Sunny would tell me there was some confusion on the finance department, things like that. I still didn't get my rego covered. It's not a lot of money, but when you sum up all the lies (the car had a punctured tyre that they refused to exchange), it's all really upsetting. We still love our car, but I'd never do business or recommend this place to anyone. BE CAREFUL!

Worst car dealership i have ever been too. We were intrigued by the prices displayed on their cars only to find out that cheap things are priced that way for a reason. We were forced to put down a deposit on a CLA 200 (which is still parked there till today) because the salesman claimed he had people lined up for it and said if we dont put a deposit now we wont gurantee the car. To our stupidity we believed him and put down a deposit knowing it was refundable, this was 3 months ago if not more and till today we have not been given our $2000 deposit back. Dont shop here plenty of better places, if they are not willing to give $2000 back to you then you can only imagine what the quality of their cars will be like. 3 months and the car hasnt even moved of their floor. UPDATE - it has been over a year now and my friend is yet to receive his $2000 back. Be very careful when dealing with this place, if they would rather keep $2000 and lose business where the cheapest car would be in excess of $30,000 you can imagine what is wrong with their cars.

This place is absolutely appalling! DO NOT COME HERE! They do not care about customers once they've received money. This has been the worst car dealer experience to date for me. I bought a car 2 months ago and was promised a full tank of petrol. When I picked it up they didn't have the logbooks for it and its tank was half full. I was told I'd get mailed my logbooks AND a $50 fuel card. I received the logbooks only yesterday and NO fuel card. Its been 2 whole months!! On top of this after I picked the car up I received a toll notice saying the car had been driven on a motorway the day BEFORE I picked it up. I forwarded this onto the Auto gallery a month ago to pay for it and no one has paid it either. Shop for your car ELSEWHERE because having to go through this experience is jst not worth it. Edit: The Auto Gallery has replied to this review saying they would contact me but no one has - so again, don't come here.

I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing a car from this dealership. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car. All items included in the contract of purchase had to be followed up by me for months and to date, 4 months later, there is still an outstanding part for the car. Each staff member I've spoken to over the 4 months provides a different answer and only 1 staff member actually calls back when advised they will. The Manager/Owner and main Sales person are dishonest and unprofessional. I have lodged a complaint with the Dept of Fair Trading as it seems my only option to ensure this dealership will honour the contract. I HIGHLY recommend NOT to purchase a car from this business. The Auto Gallery, don't even bother to reply to this review here, I'm done with the smooth talk and dishonesty. You'll be hearing from NSW Fair Trading.

Unfortunately, Google doesn't allow negative reviews. Purchased a car from this dealer a few months ago. The absolute worst experience ever. 1. Apparently the car had a red book inspection. On the day of the pickup I was told the inspection didn't exist. 2. After full payment has been made, I had to follow up multiple times to get my deposit back. 3. Dealer never completed the registration transfer. We had to go to NSW Transport to complete the transfer. 4. I was promised two keys and was written in to the contract. Never got the second key. When escalated to the General Manager, I was told too bad. His behaviour was appalling. 5. The car was meant to be detailed and wheel repaired before the pick up. That didn't happen either. We had to work with the wheel repairman to sort it out. Such a punish dealing with these guys. Save your money. Run away!

Alert alert alert one of the worst dealer company please do not go here. There might be a good review but we had the worst experience. At first they will be nice and polite later on they try to rip you off if you don’t want the car they will threaten you and say you need to pay 10% you have signed the contract at that time they didn’t say anything verbally about that and that is not fair you should tell your customers your procedure and policy.If customers don’t want the car they have the rights to not buy it. Very hard to get deposit back. They also said they will get their lawyer because we breached the policy which was never said to us. One of the worst experience we had. We had to contact NSW fair trading. Please don’t go here.

I bought a Camaro from Shaun at Auto Gallery and he has gone out of his way to help me achieve my purchase, he has definitely gone the extra yards so I received this vehicle. The vehicle is everything he said it was and more. I can only praise Shaun for his commitment and follow through for every thing to get done as simply as possible. What i haven't said is that I live in SA and could not go to see the vehicle in NSW due to Covid 19 so it was not your typical sale. I needed a car very urgently - as my old car broke suddenly - and without any spare time to visit dealerships, I was lucky enough to find The Auto Gallery. Shaun had exactly what I wanted, a Mazda 3 Neo Sport, sedan with manual transmission. He took care of everything in a blink of an eye. I bought the car without seeing it in person, trusted Shaun and The AG team and just got my car delivered today. Purchased a late model used car 2 weeks ago. Repeatedly questioned a suspect tyre on the car and was told it would be replaced before purchase. Tyre was not replaced when car was due to be picked up (they made excuses), so small amount was deducted from price. Tyre lasted 1 week (less than 100km) before leaving me stranded on the side of the road completey flat with a big hole in it. I've had better experiences buying used cars elsewhere.

Amazing experience and an absolute pleasure working with Jax. I remember just walking in randomly one day looking for a specific vehicle. While they didn’t have it on the floor, i was amazed that they brought it in for me the next week from their warehouse which has more than 300 vehicles!! Awesome prices/ service. And no stress if you dont know much about cars. Jax will look after you end to end. Will definitely be coming back for more.

Recently bought a food Ranger from The Auto Gallery a d I could t be happier with the professionalism, good price, honesty and the amazing after service they provided. After two months of buying the Ute , there was a mechanical issue with the car which was fixed and dealt with by Jax and his wonderful team promptly! They really went out of their way with their after sales service which I really appreciate! Thank you.

I sold my Mercedes through Auto Gallery and have to say they made it much easier than a private sale. I was paid top dollar better than selling to normal dealers and didn't need to deal with time wasters. The only feedback I may have for business is the communication that was sometimes very slow with delays about updates etc. but that's OK as long as they deliver which they did in my case.

Dealing with Jax and his team at The Auto Gallery has been wonderful experience. We found a second hand car they had online but couldn't immediately get to the lot to inspect. The salesperson (Neeraj), talked us through the presentation of the car, and arranged for us to be able to hold the car until we could inspect in person at the weekend. Great communication and accommodating staff.

Don't buy a car from here guys, sales rap Jax just pressure you to buy this car and don't give you time to think even when you are not ready and if you told him ill decide and come he'll get upset and talk to you very rudely that's not the really proficient way. Think and take your time before buying a car.

Shady shady…..conflicting stories, vague explanations about missing books and the car being or otherwise already on hold. Car had been 12 weeks on site and couldn’t get a straight answer about it. Then unwilling anyway to allow test drive. Didn’t inspire any trust in the whole set up. Safer to walk away!

Excellent service by GM Jax and Jacob and they have excellent shmik cars. They say don't just buy car from us , buy our services. I had a minor issue just after I bought the car and Jacob got it sorted out with no hiccups.. They look after their customers. Definitely recommend.
