Vehicle damage is reported in a handful of reviews if you take a scroll through. Unfortunately, I had the same experience. The tunnel sounds far more violent than any other car wash I've ever been through. On the drive home I noticed three faint horizontal marks on the windshield from the center toward the passenger side, when I arrived in my driveway and checked, sure enough they were scratches. I unloaded the car and drove back to let the workers know. The manager on duty was friendly and came out to look at the car. I let him know that I didn't have any way to verify the claim, but I looked out that windshield for 18 of the past 48 hours on a road trip and those were definitely new after the wash. He felt one of the scratches and said it wasn't consistent with anything that happens in the tunnel. I'm not an expert but I'd guess it has something to do with one of the many brushes that spin and rub against the vehicle. I didn't ask for compensation or a refund, just let them know it was something they probably wanted to be aware of. The dryers at the end also dislodged a piece of trim on the top of the car. I popped it back into place, not a big issue but consistent with other complaints in the reviews that machines in the wash are probably tuned too aggressively. The rear passenger windows were also a bit splotchy still (also consistent with reviews that cars aren't clean after use), but I definitely wasn't taking the car back through that wash. It's definitely not worth risking your vehicle here when there are other options everywhere in the area.

Super friendly and helpful staff! First time there and they offered me a free carwash for my first time. They were very patient helping me find the code on my phone and waiting until the internet connection was better. The wash itself was perfect and love the vacuum!! I have my dog in the car quite often who sheds and the vacuums are powerful, got the hair out quickly and easily! Keep employing great, friendly and helpful staff like you have, appreciate that! Best car wash experience ever and nice that I was able to try it for free! Will be back as a paying customer for sure.

More like the best car wash! The price is right, you get way more than you do at other car washes for the same price. The exterior gets clean and it’s convenient to clean your interior with the towel exchange (unlimited moist microfiber towels for $3), vacuum plaza, and two mat washing stations (one for the carpet floor mats and one for rubber). The staff is helpful and kind. I used to never clean my car and now I do regularly because it’s so easy.

Worst wash I have been to. My cars has never had any damage and is inspected every year at the dealership for damage and issues. we went through the wash and the spinning towels took off the drivers side mirror. The store denied responsibility by stating that there is previous damage to the vehicle when there is obviously not. I took pictures right after it happened.

An absolutely sheet of black ice when you pull out of the wash. My car slid right into the curb because I couldn’t stop. Told the manager and he just laughed at me and told me to be more careful. Terrible costumer service, terrible set up, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The place is OK, I thought it would wash better but all the glass was not as clean as I thought, you could still see some dirt on the glass. The vacuums were sort of difficult to figure out at first, but got it figured out, just in case you will need too pull out on the hose.

Paid 25 bucks for the wash.. the rear of my car is not even clean… they don’t have towels to use afterwards for interior or exterior for free… it’s a 3 dollar up charge. I would recommend to go to Go Car wash near north oak. They have better service.

Their dryers blew my louver off of my car and they claimed it wasn’t the fault of their machines because the “age of the car” and “that adhesive doesn’t last forever”. Keep in mind these same dryers blew off the windshield wipers of the car
