I like the focus on skin care here as opposed to the great smelling products at Bath and Body Works. Not having grown up with this store, I was surprised by the ethically sourced materials and good reviews from skin care authorities. During covid, only a certain number of customers are allowed in the store, touching is prohibited, and masks are necessary, but I was not put off at all by their safety precautions. I was able to try several products easily. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about their products, but made no skin care promises. I think we will be coming back.

Check out the combos, it's almost as if you're getting extra products for the price of only one product. It's a great deal, you just need to notice it. I absolutely love the coconut body butter, it makes my skin super soft and smooth. I like the body mist as well, which is like perfume but less intense. Less impressed with the scrub, seems too rough for face, probably okay for other parts of the body. You can get reward card for free and you get a point for every dollar. At 100 you get 10$ voucher.

The lovely people at The Body Shop in UTC are so kind and helpful! I wanted to find a nice, hydrating moisturizer for my face, and they walked me through several different products, how they worked, when to use them, etc. I ended up taking some of the Vitamin E night Cream home, and it is by far the best moisturizer I've gotten in a LONG time. They are so welcoming, and are so well educated on their products, and are more than willing to help you understand!

Like their Christmas collections and deals. Notably this year they are handling the COVID situation very nicely - following a no touch policy, strictly monitoring a 'maximum 4 customers at a time' policy inside the store and maintaining social distance and mask rules diligently. Very impressive and I think other stores should follow them in this regard!

The manager in there was awesome, omgoodness! She went through everything with me and answered all of my questions, I am a loyal customer of the body shop, but trust me when I say, I initiated my sister on the spot, we went together, this is the one in the la Jolla mall, utc mall, I strongly encourage everyone to visit this store.

They have a very vast and wide collection. Everything there is organic and complete set is available. Shop is easily identifiable. Response is also too good. I loved Aloe Vera products. Vitamin E products are also good. Himalayan Charcoal products are there and variety is more. I bought an Aloe Vera Night Cream. It was good.

All the staff was SO FRIENDLY and helpful! The genius Shauna did a perfect foundation color match on both me and my mom and gave us great tips for makeup application. They advised us on what products would be good for us but didn't push anything we didn't want or need. Great experience. Shauna for president!

I have been a member of the body shop for over 25 years starting in Santa Barbara, and never, ever have I been treated so poorly at the at shop at the UTC center this afternoon August 22, 2023. Horrible experience rude employee, condescending, not helpful at all! Felt like I was an inconvenience

First time Covid shopping here. Very different experience overall, but had a super helpful gal that helped me get together the items I needed (you're not allowed to touch anything). Irritated about Covid, happy with the staff! Super friendly too. Love their products …

I'm glad that this location remained open. The site in fashion valley closed, now the Horton Plaza location closed. Hopefully they don't close here anytime soon.

Just like every other Body Shop really! It's a bit small, but they showcase lots of product. They often have some things on sale though!

Good selection of high-quality products. Scents are top-notch. They even have a refill bar so you can re-use your containers.
