I bought books online, returned one in the Artane store on Aug 12. It's Sep 1 now. Nobody is picking up the phone (Artane store or bookhaven.ie) and nobody is answering my emails. This is unacceptable. I haven't seen the money being returned either. I expect my money back and I will not buy books off this store ever again. Edit Sep8. Still no money back and nobody is answering the phone.

I was given the wrong book by mistake by the staff and I hadn’t realised till my son brought it to school and wrote his name on it (on the back page which I covered with a white sticker). They wouldn’t give me a refund but that wasn’t the issue, the manager was so rude and dismissive of the issue. Really disappointed as I’ve been a customer here for years.

I bought some school books last month and just today when I open the bag to cover them I noticed they gave me the wrong book (for 2nd class instead of 4th class). I went back to the shop and despite their mistake they refused to change it because I didn't have the receipt (but I paid by card and they could have found my transaction).

Myself and my daughter went here today to get all her school supplies and books. The staff are great, we were served immediately and had all school shopping done in 5 minutes. Great shop for other books too, with some bargains.

I ordered my childs school books online for click and collect 4 weeks ago. Stupidly I thought this would be a quicker option. My son starts school tomorrow and still has no school books. Very disappointed customer

All books needed were in stock. Nice to use these smaller suppliers these days. Keeps the money flowing. Pleasant staff so I will be back! TY

I like how I was treated by the person there. Plenty of information about the books from the sales person.
