UPDATE: JULY 26, 2021 - Home Depot called me and said they would replace my stove. They delivered the replacement today July 27 with no damage at all thankfully. I really appreciate what Home Depot did and for taking ownership on what happened. I’m happy and very thankful Home Depot. Just because of what happened doesn’t mean I will stop buying things here. Been a customer for years and will continue to be one. Thank you Home Depot for this very great service. I purchased a LG Stove around February and was delivered May 20. We waited a long time for this stove to replace our faulty stove. When the stove was delivered, we noticed the drawer on the bottom part of the stove has a defect and it wouldn’t open the drawer itself. I called Home Depot on the same day it was delivered and no one was answering at the Leila location, also reported it on their support via SMS. I didn’t get a response not until the next day. I was told that the complaint would be passed on the manufacturer for a replacement and was told it would take 10 days for it to be approved. Then weeks have passed and it’s already been a month (June 20) and I still kept calling Home Depot for updates cos no one is contacting me about the replacement. I talked to someone yesterday on the phone and was told it’s still waiting to be approved. I called again today and was told the same thing. I just don’t get what’s the problem here. I’m already being billed for the stove that I can’t use yet. The stove is just sitting in our living room right now, waiting for it to be replaced. It’s just very frustrating that it’s been a month and we’re still waiting for the approval? How long would it take? Whenever I ask Home Depot, they just tell me everytime to wait. I’ve been waiting for weeks. We bought our other appliances and home stuffs before at this Home Depot location and never had this problem. So after around a month, I called Home Depot again and finally told me that they can’t do anything about it and I was directed to LG and since the stove is still under warranty, Home Depot told me LG should take care of it and will send a Technician to fix it. So I called the LG number they gave me and LG filed an escalation for investigation. Then LG called me back after a few days and said because the stove was damaged during delivery, it’s not covered by warranty. They could send a Tech to fix it but I have to pay $250+ taxes (labor and parts). I declined as this is not my fault and I shouldn’t be paying that much for something I did not do myself. So now I’m stucked with this brand new LG stove with deformed/dented drawer. Home Depot did not even issue an apology nor showed sympathy and gave some compensation for all the inconvenience I experienced, from receiving damaged product through delivery to countless calls to them and not getting clear answer. Overall experience with this purchase was just very frustrating and horrible. I can’t imagine a business could do something like this to a loyal Home Depot customer. This is VERY bad customer service.

Extremely disappointed with Home Depot and their third party delivery service, Canada Cartage. I do not recommend purchasing appliances in-store and online from Home Depot primarily due to Canada Cartage. We bought an electric range they currently had in-stock in the store and could be delivered within 3 days to our home. We were told that Canada Cartage would call us prior to the delivery date to notify us when they would arrive. 3 days passed and I didn't receive any call and we definitely did not receive our electric range. I tried calling multiple times to check on the status of our order, but it's almost impossible to speak to anyone other than the automated message, and when you do get to speak to someone, they transfer you to another department where no one answers. I decided my best bet would be to drive all the way to the store instead. When I was finally able to get someone to help me, they tell me that Canada Cartage hasn't even picked up my order yet but that it's sitting in the store ready to be delivered. She 'solves' my problem by rescheduling the delivery and promises me that it would arrive in 2 days. It does not and I repeat the same steps again, only to be told the same thing and have the same 'solution' done, our order expected to arrive in another 3 days. Our order does not arrive. We do receive a call from Home Depot though, and they tell us that it turns out our electric range was somehow damaged from when it was being transferred from the sales floor to their warehouse and they had to put off sending it to us hoping that a new one would come in. When a week past by and a new model didn't arrive, they finally decided to call us. They tell us that they're willing to have it (the DAMAGED electric range) delivered still, but it would depend on when Canada Cartage's schedule would allow. At this point, we've already wasted so much time, gas and patience on this whole situation, only for them to offer us a defected product that we would have to move our schedule around for (again). I go back to the store to cancel and get refunded, and the first associate we speak to was pretty rude about it, and even passed me onto another employee. We bought the original in-stock range because we needed it ASAP since our current one is broken. Personally, I feel it was very unprofessional of Home Depot and Canada Cartage to not update us on what was going on with our order. If we had known about the damage earlier, we would have cancelled sooner and bought elsewhere. Even worse, it seems we weren't the only customers with this issue. There's is a recent review here with a similar situation, and even in store, many of the customers in line at customer service were there wondering why their orders from weeks ago hadn't been delivered. So if you're looking for appliances, I highly recommend avoiding Home Depot and any business that deals with Canada Cartage. Both lack any customer service and communication skills.

Worst online ordering experience ever! Ordered 8 items that were graco, I got half in 2 different packages - one being from graco. Yet 4 items were missing, and online states the store some of said items in stock. When they didn’t show up on the last expected delivery day I inquired online. They told me they hadn’t been shipped yet but would that day. Nothing happened. No tracking number, nothing. 2 days go by & I called this time. They couldn’t tell me when they would ship, if they had shipped or what. During that 2 week period they charged & refunded my account numerous times, pretty much anytime they sent something. Yet they did it again the first time I inquired but nothing was sent. So with having to track down items that they didn’t/couldn’t send or get graco to send, and combing my transactions to see what was happening - I ended up telling them to refund me. This experience was incredibly painful when I’m a contractor who though shipping to home would be easier, and less of a hassle. Boy, how wrong was I. I could have gotten them items myself from another store within 2 hours & that would involve driving to the city almost an hour away. They got so many issues with their website & app it really doesn’t surprise me but I would figure after a 2 year pandemic thing would have been much smoother than what I went through. So much time & effort wasted. The agent I spoke with did her best but I feel I should be boycotting Home Depot after this one, even after the agent gave me a $50 gift card. It’s only worth shopping in person & that’s even a bit of a stretch. Considering the items in stock at this store weren’t shipped, at least according to their inventory, which most likely isn’t accurate either as others have complained about that one too, and the issues with the website & app - yet nothing seems to change. I’d leave 0 stars if that were possible. The items I needed were to be used for a job & I’m extremely busy as it is. Either way I feel people should be aware because it’s complete bs ordering online. I was told to order online & pick it up which defeats the entire purpose of having shipping. I’d rather just go get everything myself if I have to go pick it up already. What’s 20 more mins, when it could take an hour struggling with their website issues.

I wanted to buy a bulk order of insulation through a rebate program. I checked out HD's website, they offer the rebate and also carry the insulation I want. Ok. I go to the store during an early afternoon week day (more likely to talk to a long term employee) and ask about the rebate. Nobody knows about the rebate although signs about it are posted at the desk. The employee ends up handing me an application slip claiming I need to fill it out to apply for the rebate. I check out the rebate online and find out the slip is not the correct application form. I return to the store another day and manage to get the correct application form. Still, no one knows anything about the rebate or how they process it. K, whatever. All the info is online anyway. Now I want to buy or order the insulation. On HD's website with the proper store selected it says no stock on the insulation, but its avail for order in store. I call the store to ask about it and a robot answers. I have to navigate that before going through a few transfers over to the proper department, I don't end up talking to anyone. I head to the store to try and place an order. I talk to the department and they say there's no stock and they don't know the availability. I get them to ask a manager and they also have no idea. They end up saying that they can't order that for me. K... So I call their competitor across the street. A clerk immediately answers and transfers me to "Joe" who says "we don't have that in stock and I have no idea on the availability. Give me a minute to call the manufacturer." He calls me back and says he can have an order delivered in a week. So I ordered through them, and it took me less than 10 minutes, and delivery/unit cost was also cheaper than home depot. The point of this story is don't try purchasing anything other than what is on the shelf at this store. Don't try any service/rebate/order with these guys or you are going to have a bad time.

Horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful staff!!!! (Appliance department) I want to start by saying I have been a long time customer of Home Depot and have always been satisfied with their service, however, I came in yesterday looking for a deal on kitchen appliances, I spoke to a representative who was unable to answer my questions, he assured me that he was new and did not know the answers I was looking for, he told me to come back tomorrow and someone who knows more than him will be here. I came in today and see the same person working there, still not able to give me a clear answer. He called over another worker who proceeded to not only not be able to answer my questions but started talking with his coworker in front of me, in a foreign language I was not familiar with! I had already explained the situation to the other coworker and explained what I was looking for, after saying this, they disregarded me and started speaking in their own language, with me standing right there. I was outraged by the disrespect! Home Depot need to do a better job of training their employees, I was very unsatisfied with your service and therefore have purchased everything I was looking for at a different store with people who were able to clearly answer my questions and didn’t make me feel disrespected in the process.

Ordered a basement window that was to be made by Jeld-Wen Window. It came in 5 weeks later. We were told window would be delivered Monday between 8 am to 8 pm.. stayed home 12 hours no delivery. Tues called Home Depot. Four hours on the phone. We were told definately we would receive a call that Tues night to book a dely appt for Wed. Today is Wed no call, no dely appt.. We had a install arranged Wed at noon. Totally useless customer service. Everyone doesn’t take responsibility and transfers you. Nobody answers the phone. I called Jeld-Wen Wed morning to ask if the delivery trucks go to there facility? The employee said no the window was at Home Depots Warehouse on Haggart Ave. He said it has nothing to do with them. They make the windows thats it. The conversation I had with Home Depot they said they had no control over delivery? Yet its there Warehouse? So I called again and spoke with a Manager. I told her if the window isn’t delivered by noon Wed to credit us and they can keep the custom made window. The Manager called me back and said it would be delivered Wed by noon. Its noon and no window. Carpenter is here waiting. Do not order windows from Home Depot on Leila Ave. Two and a half days having to stay home waiting and 4 hours on the phone trying to get this order delivered.

Interesting that all 1 star reviews (and complaints) have a "cut and paste" response to contact the manager on Twitter or "privately". I doubt any issues/complaints are resolved in this manner. My issue is with Home Depot's alliance with Canada Cartage. Absolutely horrible customer service from Canada Cartage, poor communication, lying to me about not being home when delivery attempted, finally contacting me with a "robo-call" (3 times on 3 different occasions) to arrange a delivery time.....only to be snubbed again (no call from driver, or from warehouse, no follow up) Calling the warehouse manager MULTIPLE TIMES...only to NOT get a call back or follow up with our appliance delivery. Appliances have been in the city (Canada Cartage Warehouse) for 2 weeks. Delivery is scheduled for today....I am not holding my breath. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. And NO, I WILL NOT reach out to you on Twitter to discuss my experience. I just explained it. If you want to reach out to me, my order# is 604492604. We ordered quite a few appliances from the Leila store in past years, we were regular customers.....never again. If we don't get our appliances today, we will cancel our order and go somewhere else. VERY frustrating experience.

Ok. If you are at Home Depot, you are already in trouble. I admit the error of my ways by dumping my truck my for a Mustang for it has placed me a position of vulnerability when it comes to getting materials. Home Depot allegedly rent Vans, and have some damp, warped scraps of lumber, so I made my way through typical Winnipeg garbage streets to Home Depot. Spend a very frustrating hour working around the idle Home Depot Employees who are, oh so more important than lowly pleebs like us customers, load up ~$2k worth of 2x6's, etc. and go to rent a Van. . . . Literally, five people in line at Rentals with three Employees working the shop. Of course, the two least capable are struggling with equipment they have no business even trying to lift, while the most capable fumbles their way through some process to get a rental out the door. I leave. Nothing has change din the five years since I kicked Home Depot to the curb. Regret wasting half a day trying to give them money. Pro Tip => If your Contractor is spotted at Home Depot, get another Contractor. They are having financial difficulties and most likely a scrub operation to begin with. Seriously.

An absolute nightmare. Horrendous service. I ordered a fridge in August and it vanished from the warehouse without a trace. Couldn't get a refund until December after they investigated. God knows what. Ordered a replacement for the missing fridge January 1st delivery was horrendous. Every time u call they give you a new number who give you a new number, etc. No one knows what they are doing or return your calls and the service guy from appliances was laughing at me as I'm trying to ask what's going on and figure stuff out. When the darned thing finally arrived it was way too big. They are trying to gaslight me into thinking it's my fault when they placed the order in store and that's the whole reason I went in store to have everything measured and picked out. My entire kitchen Reno is ruined. Can't wait for this disaster story to go viral on Tiktok

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience at this store. Bought a storm door and was told that an installer would phone me within 72 hours. Never got a call at all. Week later I phoned them and they told me they had no one to install the door. I bought the door with the agreement that they would be having someone installing it. Phoned 3 different times and got nowhere. Excuse after excuse. Finally just took the door back and went with a different company. Bought a new door and got install date from a different company who appreciates their customers. Will never buy anything from Home Depot again. Definitely lost me as a customer. Would recommend everyone to go to a different store that treats their customers right. Very disappointed in Home Depot and how they operate. Never again.

Terible customer service, i wanted to paint small area of my wall after doing my new floor , bring the old can of paint for them to match but end up buying the more expensive that does not match. Tried to bring it back and they said i should return and buy 1 gallon one to paint my whole wall ( that is not really make sense at all ) why do i have to spent more money and my time that is not my mistake . Came back the other time to see manager and they tell me to go to Home depot in polo park that there was still 2 can left it would be match and i can return there as well , but nothing left there and they dont event accept my return in Home Depot in Polo park , so disappointed and very angry , very bad experience for me event though i am a long time home depot customer .

I ordered wood posts for our fence on Wednesday, June 21st to be delivered on Saturday, the 24th. Fast forward to around 4pm, there were still no signs or calls regarding the delivery. I had my fence set to be done the following week so I inquired and was told at that time my order was canceled as there wasn't any more stocks left. I did not get any email or any notifications to let me know they miscounted the actual number remaining on the website so I can actually look for posts with the other stores. Mind you, the order was placed Wednesday. They had 3 days to let me know there wasn't any left, especially with the shortage they're experiencing. Had I not called, we would've been waiting the whole day with no posts to deliver. This is really unprofessional.

I have purchased major appliances from home depot. First was a washer in dryer. I had issues with the delivery of both the washer and dryer. Then I purchased a frigid and stove from home depot. Again had issues with the delivery , Stove was okay upon delivery, but fridge was damaged, sent it back. Now, after a month my purchase, I'm still waiting for my fridge. Their delivery service sucks. They apparently have told me they have changed delivery service. I would advise anybody purchasing from home depot to go somewhere else. I have and will advise any of my family not to purchase from them. And from my friends not to purchase from them until they fix their delivery service and their customer service.

It started as a joke. We found this paper gift card that had 74.43 written on it. We go in, check balance. Yep thats correct. I went shopping. At the self check out this young girl shows me how to use her pointer. I told her she is training me for free for her to loose her job. My shopping partner decided not to get the soap. So a supervisor came voided everything and quickly rescanned it all. Two more employees were called to secure my plant I bought. Leaving very happy my fellow shopper said dont worry, self checkout took 4 people to do what is expected from one cashier. Were making jobs. Store was tidy, staff were knowledgable and questions were answered. Great times.

Had an emergency sewage situation at nine pm. Went to home doper tool rental Center on Leila ave, rented an electrical snake, later discovered it was bent in the beginning of it pretty much which made things really difficult. Couldn't get through long enough. Luckily, not a blocked stick was the problem but a sewage back flow. Came back the next day to return the tool and figured that since I rented it an hour before closing, the four hour rental extended naturally to the next day which is a fantastic practice. Anyway, I, somewhat hoped for money return as of faulty tool, but no luck with that but did get a second rental for free. Which is not bad at all.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience at this store TWICE!!!! Appliance never delivered on time and I can never get hold of customer service. They got my phone number wrong 3 times from the 2 terrible terrible shopping experience. Delivery company doesn’t know how to get their job done properly, there’s no communication between delivery and their customer. Will never buy any appliance from Home Depot again. Definitely lost me as a customer. Would recommend everyone to go to a different store that treats their customers right. Very disappointed in Home Depot and how they operate. Never again.

  • Dinah Mae Mayol

Extremely disappointed with Home Depot. Placed an order for an appliances way back in July and every month they kept on delaying it. I have been passed around.. we started paying for it already .. and now never even receive any update so have to call them and waited on the line and was told someone will just call me back! Home Depot where is my order? I will never recommend ordering from them especially for a large order :-( I have been very patient for months already but I am just now extremely disappointed and frustrated..

  • William Alip

Can't find any employee always hiding I guess... follow up on my comment last week I went there looking for oring? Don't know the right word anyways as I was looking I saw one person stacking items busy as he is a minority ask an item to my surprise he( the staff) helped him find the item and even told him it's much cheaper at their rival company . To that person I give him 5 stars but to other personnel working there maybe they can consider customers to help instead of just talking about what shifts they will be working on

  • Ron Ligsay

False Advertising. Photo attached. Went into the store and saw a promotion for when buying a Milwaukee kit you get a free tool. The promotion sign indicated when purchasing an M18 Brushless kit you could choose from 3 different tools for free. I called an employee over to help purchase the items, but she then lead me to the non brushless kit. I mentioned the sign indicated it was supposed to be brushless, but she said it wasn't the right item and didn't package. I left upset that I was mislead.

  • Dustin Smith

Absolutely pathetic. As others have mentioned, their curbside pick up might as well be non-existent. An hour later I walked in to the store to just grab it myself. Customer service couldn't even find the order based on order number, until I suggested they put a '0' in front of the number on their system. Prior to walking into the store I had also waited on hold twice for 15 minutes each, both were eventually answered and hung up. Service is pure result of training and guidance received.

  • Daniel Park

I tried phoning the lumber department and customer service at least 5 times today. The phone rang there about 20 times each time I phoned. Customer service finally answered and paged the lumber department and I waited again and after being on the phone holding for at least 8 minutes each time again no one answered. Very poor customer relations. I have never experienced anything like this at other stores other than Home Depot. I have tried contacting in the past also but to no avail.

  • Callista Acoby

I ordered a window and the computer crashed the next day , my order got lost ,after 3 months I still don’t have my window , the supervisor and manager agreed that I would pay 43 dollars for the window for the inconvenience regular price 225.00 , then when I went back they changed their story and we’re gonna sell me a more expensive window at 50 dollars off , which would have cost over 300 dollars , I think they just strung me along thinking I would not come back again, Rona it is .

  • Al Leighton

Can't complain about the customer service because there isn't any. I was in the store looking for a smart thermostat and had a few questions, luckily there was an employee working right in front of the units. I proceeded to ask him a question he looked at me and then went and talked with two other staff members. The other staff members were as surprised as me and said "aren't you going to answer this gentleman's question"? No response, so I said thank you and walked out.

  • Rick Webster

Terrible customer service and experience went to look for a part was sent to over fi e different emoyees and they never helped I just told them not to worry about it. Then when I picked up the chainsaw I rented they had issues starting it then finally got it to run it stalled and they said ok it's good and sent me on my way got it home it would not start after trying for a hour I packed it up and sent it vack what a total waste of time and inexperienced employees

  • Tiana McRedmond

This shout out goes to Maria O. in customer service. I purchased a leaf blower and when I got it home and opened the box it was missing the battery and battery charger. I was a little irritated that I had to come back to the store since I was coming from out of town but Maria O. did her best and even though I had to drive extra she adjusted the price of my leaf blower and rectified the situation. What a sweetheart she was to deal with. Good job and thanks again!

  • Bradley Allport

I dont think I have ever been in a home depot or any store for that matter where so many staff were on their cellphones, from customer service desk staff, to cashiers, to staff wandering the aisles. 80% of staff I saw were on their phones...even cashiers waiting for customers. Either the manager/owner was away or that manager doesn't have a good handle on this staffing issue The one person that was working like mad was the Woman working in the paint department.

  • Teresa Figley

This is our go to store for our home renovations. Finding staff available to help is a bit hit and miss, but if you happen to find Ken, you're in luck. He went up on the ladder to pull down more stock for us, then asked if there was anything else we needed. He made intelligent suggestions based on what we already had in our cart (for electrical wiring) and offered to go into an aisle that was closed off to grab the items that we needed. 5 Stars to Ken!

  • Paul Cheema

Nothing really bad to say about this place. Employees are nice. Always helpful when you ask questions. Price matched few items when I was flipping a house, saving me a trip to Lowe’s. I’m general their prices I’ve noticed are slightly more than Lowe’s. Otherwise it’d be a 5 star writing for me. But like I said they did price match things. Would be nice if I didn’t have to ask for that and was automatically adjusted to market.

  • Curtis ATVPRO

Bar none one of the best stores to shop at for materials, household ect. I’ve dealt with pro desk there for over 10 years. Such good in store PR I know the names of majority of the staff there. Always eager to help. From paint dept....flooring.... plumbing....appliance.....windows and doors. Just an absolute pleasure to go there when I need an item. Return policy and price matching has never once been and issue.

  • Annett Gordon

Had as great experience when I purchased a microwave on November 7 this year. Sales associate Jasmine was very helpful and kind. However, I'm yet to receive my microwave after getting two delivery dates. I called the store and Rick in appliance was very rude. He should certainly not be in customer services. If my appliance is not delivered today I'll just cancel and shop where my business is more appreciated.

  • Dave orca

There were no cashiers open during my visit. There were however 2 associates helping at the self checkout! Since Home Depot does not pay me to checkout my own goods I refuse to take someone else’s job. I dropped my goods on the floor and left! Instead of having 2 associates at self checkout why not have one of them at the cash register so I am not forced to either use self checkout or shop elsewhere!

  • lotimo

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lazy workers. Bowling ball was a rude moose. Not willing to walk to show me anything. Surprised she didn't have a oxygen tank on her back. Hahaha avoid this location at all cost. Oh yeah cashiers light was on. I asked if I could pay there..and she walked away. Wow truly horrible. If you don't like your job..GET A NEW ONE!!!

  • Pamela Orr

The paint department employees are the best! Stopped in on a Sunday morning at 11:30am to pick up a gallon of paint. Had narrowed my selections to 6 and Nancy was extremely helpful to determine which colour would have the tones that I was looking for. We quickly narrowed it down to “The One”. Nancy’s colleagues checked in to assist as well, it was excellent service.

  • Cari Mell

Hardly any staff to be found. Had a question about a lock set. Had to go to the employee in contractor section and ask him to find someone to help. He asked for help and said it would be a 20 minute wait. Thankfully another employee was able to look up the item on a computer and answer my question. More staff needed in a hardware store. We are not experts.

  • Ross & Della Apperly

I picked up a web order. There was damage on one of the items so I wanted a better one. And I wanted to exchange one of the items for a different size. And I wanted to buy another item. Chad helped me and he was FANTASTIC. Chad did everything I needed, and more, with a smile on his face. Chad deserves a raise! Terrific guy to deal with.

  • Winnie the Pooh

Went for a simple job and got it done, with great service from alert staff at around 5 pm.. Girl at the counter (probably intensively student) was very friendly and asked if I matched my duplicate key to check. She didn't have to, but this 2 min chat nowadays goes a long way in establishing good custody service. Good job, hiring team

  • Angry Eyes

My bf and I waited over 45 minutes for staff to cut 38 x 38 inches of plywood for us. Like the staff waited around/ avoiding the 3 minute task , expecting the other staff member to do it. I left early cause they were taking too long cause we have kids, when my bf got home he said they didn't do it till he finally got mad.

  • J.W. S

My shopping at Home Depot, was perfect! Staff quickly pointed me towards the items I was looking for. Then there were deals on multiple types, of one of my items. I was in and out, in a very short time, with everything I planned to get. That's what I'm looking for, everywhere I shop. Like I said....,. perfect!

  • Dee Bodman

They were out of stock of almost everything I needed! 2 different colours/sizes of blinds, a lamp, and certain size of deck screws. Was definitely disappointed in my visit. I was assisted by an older gentleman in millwork and he was very nice and helpful with assisting me find replacement screen.

  • melody hines

This is the worst place for customers service. Another associate was paging no one came. I said to bad my time is valuable and I will go somewhere else to purchase my fridge. 2nd bad experience at this home depot I don't think I'll shop there again. For the associate that are good thank you.

  • Ashley Romain

Curbside pick up here is horrible - minimum 15 minute wait and more in a lot of cases. One time we were waiting for the order for more than half an hour and had to step into the store eventually and another time the "ready for pick up" email didn't come at all - really poor management

  • Maria Tavares

I love home Depot But I find the prices are very high. If we want to continue to survival of the stores we need lower prices to attract more consumers . Lumber prices have soared due to US controversy. Canada has it's own lumber why are we paying so much How can our builders survive.

Was not as crowded as usual. Some items at home depot are really dusty, I understand that it's more of a "workplace" store, but still, if they can at least keep it cleaner would be great. Tough to buy things you need for summer gardening, some are out of stock already.

Did a online order that went super smooth other than one product. So happy there. The reason for a 4 start is the curbside pick up wasn't working or was down and way backed up 4 cars waited 30 minuted and we ended up going in our self to customer service for pick up

Best place for work tools and other construction or renovation stuff. Always the best prices, they price match too. Good customer service and best return policy. My second favorite store after Costco. Always better products and services than Canadian tire or rona

Checked-in for tile flooring which was listed as in stock but no stock available. Today the customer service at the check out area was just horrible. The cashier wouldn't even hand me my merchandise. Also no stock on the items I needed in the electrical section

One store i always look forward to shopping at. They have friendly employees a great selection of product and its very easy to navigate your way around the store isles are clear of clutter so you can access all the product whithout pallets blocking it off

I visited here many times.. everyone is very helpful there.. but when I visited today at closing time , I think they forgot that how to give a customer service. I saw a person with different behaviour with different people. That is what I feel today.

Needed help to gather some heavy doors. Couldn’t find anyone to help. Finally found an employee. Didn’t listen to my request and then was told to find my own cart and help. Walked out and will not go back to this location. Will order online.

It's home depot in Canada we no longer seem to have a Canadian company like this with the buying power to keep prices lower. I wish I was wealthy enough to support only local companies but alas I don't so Home Depot is the spot.

We had a great experience with Brittany our kitchen designer. She was great help with everything for us, even things that didn't have to do with kitchen design. She was always quick to answer our questions. Thank you Brittany!

My go to for renovation material. Lumber can be a little poorer quality these days when looking for oak but at least they will discount it because they know its warped as heck. Very friendly staff and fairly knowledgeable.

  • Chelsea Martin

It's pretty clear by the way employees literally ignore customers that they don't treat their staff well. A few people hating their job is normal, an entire store of miserable and jaded employees is not.

  • Scott S

Staff are friendly and helpful, although sometimes harder to come across. Store is very large, big assortment with all my home improvement needs (and more). Conveniently located nearby me which is great.

I was looking for electrical stuff to shift my laundry. Ken and Samandeep helped me all to find everything I wanted and saved my time. Really super guys with great knowledge.

Excellent experience . I called ahead and the gentleman from Plumbing dept held a product for me with my name on it. Ran in. Ran out. Great service at cashier too. Tysm 5/5

Just another visit to homedepot to be honest. But our cashier, Suhkpreet, wow customer service was amazing. I was blown away. She gets 11 of 10 star rating.

Building supplies. They have most everything I am looking for. Watch the prices though, I found more than a few items priced better at various competitors.

  • Bryan Kowch

Very helpful and greatful for the help to make my dying project safer and easier so I will give them my business and recommendations any time …

If you need to buy tools and renovate your house, this store is a good choose. And then it’s near by Canadian Tire, that is a good store as well.
