The Lock Shop provided me with a second RFID key, same day. Anytime I need a key, they will be the first place I go. Quick service, good prices. I needed a second key for my 2015 Honda CR-V. It is a push to start, so it has no physical key for the ignition or doors. I started my search on amazon, but the soonest I could get a new key was a few days out, and I realized I would need to go to a locksmith to program the RFID key anyway, so I started looking locally. I called a few locksmiths that pop up first on google and I was directed to a call center who knows where. They couldn’t tell me if my replacement key was in stock or how soon they would be able to get it. They also said they needed to schedule an appt to program a replacement key. I called The Lock Shop, and I was immediately on the phone with someone in town who could actually answer my questions. Very helpful. They had the key I needed in stock and they were able to program it once I arrived, so I had everything I needed within minutes.

Called to have a 2010 Ford Fusion key made they came and my vehicle battery was dead, Daniel was able to cut the key but not program it. I had to have them come back the next day. Needless to say, the employee that drives the white Hummer, (you do not want him working on any of your vehicles), when programming the key that Daniel cut he set off the security on my vehicle that locked everything up. I am now having to pay 600.00 to have Ford re-program my vehicle. They did not finish the job and asked if I could get a refund they blocked my number. I have left numerous messages and no one has called me back!! Very rude and unprofessional.

Called this company on 10/4 and spoke with Leon, let him know I had an older front doorknob that wasn't working. I really wanted to keep it because its original to my house and he said he could try to fix it first, if not replace with something similar. He asked me to send him pictures, which I did, same day. He assured me he would call me after looking at the pictures but never heard back. I texted him to follow up on 10/10 and still no reply. I finally called today, 10/11, and was basically told they could come tomorrow to just replace it after having no comunication with me or attempt to fix it first. Poor customer service.

Absolutely fabulous locksmith. Wonderful family run business! I went in today to have an unusual key made and they had no problem making it. They have an enormous inventory including car fobs. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately my vehicle died (totally unrelated) when I arrived and they were kind enough to take time out of their day to jump start my vehicle. This will be my locksmith from now on.

This morning my ignition decided to finally die and no longer turn with my key. Called The Lock Shop and explained my situation, they dispatched to my location and took a look at my situation. Had the old one out and new one in on a matter of minutes, I was back on the road way faster than I expected, probably an hour for this particular situation. Friendly and prof experience with them, would definitely recommend.

My car had a worn ignition cylinder. I called to get it fixed. I expected them to replace/refit the worn tumblers. All they did was pull the tumblers out without replacing them. Felt like I was overcharged ($215) considering this was a bandaid fix and no locksmith work was done.

Very quick and nice service. Super nice even when I didn’t know they exact model of the car or the actual address, just the cross streets. Arrived quickly. I’m planing on getting some spare keys made at their shop too! Also much better price than other pop a lock services!

Poor customer service. Never call back, then don't pick up the phone. Needed first to make a copy of the car, did that at another place eventually. Then I asked for programming the fob, they said to call back the next day. Called back, never pick up the phone. Gave up.
