Very disappointing experience. I’ll start with the single highlight, which was the vet herself (Nina I believe) - she was very caring and sympathetic, we appreciated her help and consultation during the difficult time. Now the bad - the staff seem uncaring and incompetent. I called circa 6pm on a Sunday evening needing emergency vet services when I found my cat lying in the backyard howling and unable to move either of his hind legs. The receptionist put me on hold several times, was suggesting I try other clinics (as opposed to the London Animal Hospital which was the closest open). Finally she agreed to put me through after stating the vet couldn’t see me and my cat until 7pm and I’d be charged out of hours fees (for future reference, this is irrelevant to those calling you on a Sunday evening when their pet is having an emergency). They then insisted on taking some details over the phone, despite me having to sit in a waiting room until the vet could see my cat at 7pm. Lo and behold when I arrived at the clinic they wanted the same details again! Very efficient and sympathetic. As it turns out, nothing could be done to save my 9 year old cat and we had to have him euthanised. I choose to pay the premium cost for individual cremation so I could have his ashes and scatter them at home where he belongs. Cut to two weeks later - not a word from the London Animal Hospital, so I call them enquiring about the ashes. Turns out they’ve been there (who knows for how long) but they neglected to call and inform me, again, very sympathetic to pet owners who’ve lost their beloved companions and paid for this service. I head over to the clinic the following day to collect his ashes - I tell the clerk and she disappears to retrieve the ashes (or so I hope). I stand waiting for 15 minutes, see the clerk come and go doing other tasks and finally ask another clerk, explaining I’ve been waiting for what I’d expected to be a very quick task. She then retrieves the ashes in about 60 seconds apologizing. During this entire time the clerk who actually managed to retrieve my cats ashes was apologizing to another client stating how the pet insurance they purchased was essentially useless. Not a good clinic at all. Terrible experience and services except for Nina the vet (the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one). I truly hope Nina gets a job elsewhere and the London Animal Hospital recruits some caring and competent staff.

24 hour vet service. This is the second time I have had to use this veterinary service at short notice. The first time was for an animal that did not belong to me in very difficult circumstances. They fit me in at very short notice and offered a professional service in a nice environment. Their prices were commensurate with local practices. The second time, our 5 month old kitten sustained a paw injury in a burger heist gone wrong (long story). With the storied selfishness of all cats he decided to do this late Saturday evening. We called and explained the situation and with professional honesty they assured us that it was very unlikely we had broken him & to monitor for a few hours to check. As my daughter was deeply! distressed combined with the fact that we were due to go away overnight the next day we elected to attend to ensure kitty was not damaged beyond repair and I would not be cruelly abandoning a damaged infant. They fit us in and after a short wait they confirmed what they had told us on the phone and prescribed some anti inflammatories. This was an after hours service and expensive. Approx triple the price of a standard consult. We are not insured so felt the impact. The service was very professional they conducted an obvious test (with hindsight) and reassured. I liked the environment, their responsiveness and professional opinion. I'm honesty it would not have been hard to 'convince' us into an unnecessary MRI etc. If my regular vet was not so fantastic this would be my vet of choice. I am happy to have a backup I trust.

Easily the best vet for miles around. After trying a number of other vets in the area, and with my confidence shaken that we would ever find a trustworthy vet, the London Animal Hospital was a revelation. The staff here are completely informed and up to date, have a far better understanding of canine behaviour and how to treat dogs in a calming environment, and genuinely care about their patients. This is in sharp contrast to the casual, uninformed, and conveyor-belt like approach i'd received at other practices. When my dog ingested grapes, the staff kindly allowed me to stay with her during the treatment, which was extremely reassuring for both of us! We also had her laparoscopic spay performed here. The recovery time was incredibly fast and she was back to normal within 24hrs, pretty much as soon as the sedative had worn off. I cannot recommend this practice enough. I feel incredibly lucky to have them on my doorstep! One detail that is worth noting however. Previously London Animal Hospital was one of very few independent practices in the area, and was one of the reasons I chose them. However, they have recently been acquired by Medivet, which is worth noting as this has potential implications for care, costs and prescriptions offered, and (i have heard from others) has impacted quality of care at other practices. However, i have only had excellent experiences at LAH to date, and our vet, Will, is fantastic so we'll be staying as long as he does.

DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS YOUR FAMILY PETS LIFE YOU ARE RISKING. Took our dog in and advised £400 maximum and collect in the morning. The next morning they say £1100 and sorry if their was confusion but the costs are the costs there is nothing we can do. We then take our dog home and she is fine for a few days and then back sickness so I call back and get told we advise you to bring her in again and based on your last visit we advise etc. I then questioned “why am I only getting advice when I call you? What about if I hadn’t called you? Would you have called me?” I was then told sorry if there was confusion we don’t do follow up calls etc. I was told to email in as the vets are all busy and this is the best route to get advice. I then get an email saying “we cannot give medical advice” I call up and am told to admit my dog in to emergency again for them to look in to. ABSOLUTE JOKE. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE. There are 2 excellent vets in streatham that actually do their jobs. The camberwell vets are either charlatans or novices. Neither are the type of people I would want to put in charge of my dogs life.

The London animal hospital are fantastic!! Our puppy, Daphne, consumed something she should not have and required swift emergency treatment! I contacted the surgery who advised me to come in straight away and we were in the room with a vet within 5 minutes of arriving. They swiftly came up with an appropriate treatment plan which they put into action straight away to give our pup the best chance at a speedy recovery. Despite me being terrified and worried about our dog, all the staff were calm, professional and confident which kept us at ease. Our dog was kept in overnight but we received two calls with updates on her in the morning which we really appreciated, as well as a comprehensive explanation of the treatments she received when we collected her. I would really strongly recommend the London animal hospital for their kindness, professionalism and expertise in their field, as well as their consideration for worried pet owners! Little touches like the phone updates are really appreciated. The facilities are also of an excellent quality and very clean.

All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect. They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!

If I had listened to the vet I saw today and not insisted on an emergency referral to the Royal vet college hospital I think my dog would have died. His suggestion for my dog who had a fever of 40.7 of unknown origin was to have an injection of a non steroidal and see how she goes for a day or 2.. Had he examined her properly he would have seen she had mastitis and sepsis. The vet yesterday also didn't take her temperature of 40.5 seriously saying it was due to stress/pain which I now know is impossible. She then prescribed a dose of gabapentin I now know was 4 times higher than a recommended starting dose. Will at this practice was amazing in 2017 with my dog but the place is now largely run on locums. Today they were so understaffed I was seen 2 hours after my appointment time. The vet was rushed and did not follow basic guidelines for a fever of unknown origin. I will not be going there again.

With our gravely ill Jack Russell who succumbed to a very virulent strain of HGE. Feeling helpless it was not long before the staff rallied round us with such compassion explaining things very clearly and with great patience. A human patient would be lucky to receive such high standards of care. The care provided was second to none with members of the team calling us to provide periodic updates, this did put our minds at rest. The ethos is is focused purely on bringing one's pet back to full health rather than fleecing one's pocket. The LAH is fairly priced and becomes irrelevant with the exceptionally high standards of care given, hand feeding our dog fresh chicken no wonder he did not go into a deep sweat whilst re-entering the premisses. I cannot heap enough praise upon the LAH and the dedicated staff, thank you to all of you for saving the little chap's life.

  • Ben Wilson

Great service, caring and they really wanted the best for my dog and not just trying to make money like I have felt in other vets. I went to see them as I wasn't happy with my current vet and how they were handling my dogs illness. Matt was the sharpest vet I have met and interpreted the blood data we had. From there I could really understand the process. The hospital has all the equipment so I could get my dog tested in one day, my other vets wanted to send him different places for the tests. They also managed to scan him without sedating him which I was worried about. Sadly my dog had a very severe cancer which had spread all over the body which could not be treated. However, Everyone was really caring and helpful throughout. In the future one day when I get a dog again the London Animal Hospital will be my go to place for his furry needs.

I had a great experience with this clinic: my cat was in a lot of pain for a cystitis, and we had to rush to the hospital at 7am, as I was due to catch a flight later on that morning, and this clinic was the only one open at that time. Everyone has been helpful but vet Alison has been extraordinary! She spent 2 hours on my cat running all the necessary tests, administering the medications, and sorting out the logistics and medicines for the following days of care - as I was not going to be home. I was amazed and reassured. My cat healed completely within 3 days. They have a dedicated room for cats so they won't get upset smelling dogs, and they have good equipment. The post-visit assistance was great too. I used to work in the veterinary industry, dealt with dozens of vets - The London Animal Hospital and vet Alison stand out! !

Had to put 1 star because I couldn’t put 0, just spoke to someone very rude after I was waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes, the lady said they are emergency hospital but it looks like they only money maker and whatever happen after once you left is your problem obviously before you go they don’t care about anything and need to pay the bill in full, you can make the claim through the insurance but good luck when they want to get in touch with them to gather the informations. They don’t pick phone call, emails and receptionist are very rude, they also state they have huge amount of claim to confirm and will take up to 2-3 weeks. This is just an advise if you are so busy please take someone else onboard to get the paperwork done.

  • Dean Hornibrook

Absolutely amazing staff completely understanding and helped me while i was having a melt down thinking the worst but the staff are so proffesional very kind and dealt with me and my cat very well and shes now bouncing around the house like a jack in the box honestly if u need reliable well mannered and good service for your pets this is the onè to go to and the lady that dealt with me on the phone was so well mannnered and presented her self niceley and well spoken and helped me get thru every single stage and helped me baring in mind i. Autistic so these things do confuse me this lady that dealt with my phone call needs a bonus at the end of the month

  • Frances Russell

My cat was referred here for overnight care. He was wearing a collar at some point during the night his collar was removed so he chewed through his line ( did they think it was a fashion statement ) The hand over which, was called a consultation and I was charged £45 for the member of staff was brusque to the point of rudeness. On collection no collar and on checking the bill was being charged for things my own vet had provided. So it’s a great idea but really needs some work to make it great in practise. I did complain to David Cuff he did get back to me straight away saying he would look into it and to give him a day. Still waiting nearly a week on.

  • Ana Maria

Avoid this clinic , i’ve been there without an appointment because my dog shaking and doesn’t want to eat anymore and dr Caroline Alms tell me if is happen one more time to be without an appointment she have the right not to consult my dog anymore , also i tell her to give me a wormig treatment for my dog and she said “ ok let’s give you the most expensive worming treatment “ wich i find verry rude and she was ironic because i tell her from the beginning is not a problem the money , i just want my dog to be Ok.... so guys if you want your dogs to be treated well and not like a just quick look go somewhere else or avoid dr CAROLINE ALMS!!!!!

  • Paul Komarek

Amazing team, both vets and everyone else there. I always feel confident the care is the best possible. Good access to diagnostic tools. Blood tests, multiple types of ultrasound and x-rays, and CT scans all done on site. They're only missing an MRI. Multiple vets with good surgical qualifications. The number of patients they see is large enough for them to be familiar with diagnosing and treating uncommon issues like pericardial effusion and various blood cancers. Generous hours for non emergency access. Quality night staff when you have an emergency. Front desk has always been amazing for me, helpful, courteous, and kind.

  • Lisa k

The London animal hospital is beyond great! After being unhappy at our local vets who charged horrendous amounts, we started coming here. The fees are more than reasonable and the staff are outstanding. Everyone makes a fuss of our old Lab Oscar when we go, in fact he loves going here! Their expertise is great and they are able to help us with advise and different treatment approaches on his farily bad arthritis and hip dysplasia. The other great thing about coming here is that there are never many other animals in the waiting room when we have been, this makes it more relaxed for us. We are so glad to have them!

  • Abraham Fessahaye

Absolute money grabbin pet murderers. Sending me back and forth multiple times charging hundreds each time. Leading to my puppy dying. Literally one hour after being sent away and charged more money my pet passed away. Compensation will be had. The only people that could rate this high are middle class and couldn’t care less about wasting hundreds unnecessarily. Over the year I’ve been with this vet they’ve tried to force medicine that wasn’t needed just to charge extra for something. Ranging from eye drops to ear drops. To infection cream. To which all I declined. Never ever go to this vet. Your dog will die.

  • Rodney Pinder

Our lovely 14-year-old Lab Brodie was admitted because he was not responding to post-operative care with our regular vet. Unfortunately he could not be helped because of his age, despite best efforts, and we had him put to sleep. The team at the hospital could not have been more sympathetic, helpful and efficient. Although our efforts failed in the end we were glad he came to the end of the road in such good company and conditions. The final chapter was closed in the most sympathetic and understanding of ways. The vet and nurse were super. RIP Brodie and many thanks to the hospital team.

Love these guys! I adopted Frank the cat, who is 8 and had a grueling tooth infection. They helped me with advice, big and small on generally looking after Frank, as I had never had a cat before - once it came to the tooth operation they did a great job, Frank received a lot of TLC before and after his op and healed very quickly. They genuinely care about their animal patients and it's great to know that I can bring my cat for small check-ups as well as serious interventions to one place and that they'd know him well and address concerns with lots of care. Keep up the good work

  • Sian Hughes

I took my elderly rabbit Victor to the Animal Hospital with a large dental root abscess for a second opinion regarding his treatment. I saw Will Chandler who changed the subcutaneous injections for oral Baytril and like a miracle Victor's abscess has disappeared. Will is an amazing vet with a practical and holistic approach towards animals. Thanks to his intervention Victor has avoided major surgery, which he might not have survived given his age. It gives me real peace of mind knowing the Animal Hospital is open 24/7 and I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

  • Maxwell Knight

Do not use their website to contact them. I tried this a week ago, and have just been told that it shouldn't be live and that they now just use the Medivet one. Also, their text alert system doesn't work, so I have missed the checkups I pay for, as well as medication not being prescribed when it should be. Keep being told this is being looked into, but nothing seems to change. They have also prescribed incorrect medication for my dog twice, despite a note on their system. Am still a paying customer, so hoping that they can sort these things out soon!

  • Orsolya Fekete

The lovely team went out of their way to help out our kitten Pippa, who had a rough start in life. She was just over 400gramms at 8 weeks, after a long but successful recovery she is now around a 1400! Thanks to their patience and dedication she is feeling better than ever, very playful and energetic. We are really grateful for all those who supported us and helped our kitten - it was a few weeks of struggle, but thanks to the amazing vet team we got through it. Special thanks to Will, Costas, Emily, and Grant. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

  • nakedtotheworld

I didn't know about this place till our Cat got referred here by our Vet for treatment. It's a really lovely place. It felt totally calm and peaceful and it was clearly evident that the reception staff really love animals as do the Vets! Our cat is pretty ill and was here for a week. The vets here phoned me at approximately the same time everyday and gave us updates that were very clear and concise. I was very happy with the service and treatment that we and our Cat received and although our Cat is terminally ill they were really supportive.

  • anne remy

We brought our dog here after being told by another emergency vet that we should put her down because her body was riddled with cancer and an infection. The amazing team at London Animal Hospital had a look at her xrays and were able to perform an emergency surgery on the infection which saved her life- and found no cancer in the process. They were so kind and caring to us as we dealt with a potentially traumatic situation and two months later our dog is happier and healthier than she's been in ages. Thank you so so much to everyone here!

  • SP

Initially seemed like a nice calm place at 3 am in the morning only to find that the consultation was very weak, the prescription incorrect to the problem and subsequently made my cat worse. It seems as though this is a prelude to being asked to keep returning and paying for more so consultations with no resolution. Eventually got the help my cat needed from a local charitable trust having spent too much wasted time and effort consulting with the staff at The animal hospital in Camberwell. A very disappointing experience unfortunately.

  • Ruth Lang

The staff are incredibly patient and ensure that your mind is put at rest about your pet's wellbeing, and the procedures they might need to go through. I've previously had vets who seemed to be afraid of dogs, and who leapt straight into suggesting expensive and invasive treatments (for a broken nail...) so this was a welcome relief that they took such care to explain everything, and follow up afterwards too. Added to which, it's actually a really well designed space which is a relief to spend time in when things go wrong!

  • Bia Alencar

Murderers and irresponsible!!!!!!! I had the worst day of my life in that hospital! My dog went to have an exam and they applied the anesthesia twice and he passed away. Please look for another responsible and reliable hospital so that the same thing doesn’t happen to your pet. My dog was only 4 years old and was healthy. The London Animal Hospital killed my dog with their failure! Ps: The nurses are incompetent (if they are nurses). I really hope the animals are blessed to never come near you.. MURDERERS!!!!!!

  • Lee Elkin

Have visited The London Animal Hospital several times with my dog. Each time the care and treatment she gets is amazing. All the staff are so kind and caring and spend so much time explaining everything to you. You also get a summary email explaining treatment after each visit. They really do care and do everything they can to put both you and your pet at ease. I cannot recommend them enough. They are open 24/7 which is such an asset to have in the local area. This practice has now become my regular vets.

  • andrew heywood

Our dog had a major fit at 3.30am in the morning called this place and was asked to bring her in when we got her there she was not in a good way after a short time we was told our dog had not made it and sadly passed away ......... the staff were really understanding and compassionate with us. With the covid pandemic it took us a while to get money together for our dogs ashes and urn as we was furloughed they kept the ashes and didn't even bother us with phone calls or letters like most vets do

  • Capri Clouds

They misdiagnosed my cat multiple times. I spent a lot of money just to get told the wrong thing. Eventually we went to a FREE clinic and guess what? my cat got diagnosed straight away and was given the correct medication and advice. I honestly believe if my cat was diagnosed on time it would have prevented her illness from progressing and the rate that it did which resulted in her having to be put down eventually. The second vet we went to said that it was entirely preventable.

  • Ian Iqbal Rashid

Our cat was scheduled in for a biopsy. The appointment time was changed without anyone letting us know. We wasted a trip and two taxi journeys. So not a great start. But then everything improved: the surgeon Will who biopsied and looked after our cat was thorough, informative, caring and very clear and articulate. The best thing about this hospital is that it's actually a hospital: they provide all procedures in-house. Makes everything faster and more efficient.

  • Linda D'costa

I have been going to the London Animal for a few months sadly this is were my dog was put to sleep the staff was so lovely done every thing imaginable for me including allowing me to come back to do a paw cast which now looks amazing and somthing I will have for ever I can't thank every one enough for the amazing service we received these people generally care and it's not just a job to them. I couldn't of asked for a better place to be for my boys final months

  • Jennie Haslett

We have a very anxious cat who can have a meltdown for weeks following a routine trip to the vets. Grant at TLAH has been a lifesaver! He is the only one who can keep our sassy cat calm. We recently made the mistake of booking an appointment on a day when Grant wasn't working and our cat is still in a nervous funk over a week later. If you have a nervous or sassy cat that needs treatment I would highly recommend booking an appointment when Grant is working.

  • Albina

Best practice Ever!! If you have multiple cats as I do you will be very pleased with the service , lovely and very helpful doctors! Thank you so much for advising us and providing so warm service to our 6 cats :) Price very adequate, plus you can drive in ,and they are working 24/7. Special thank you to our Greek doctor who took time and explained all to us❤ and those lovely nurses ! Big big thank you !! I wish all vets would be so professional and warm !

  • Anne Vogt

Our 1.5 years old female British Blue female seemed to have a UTI (on a Saturday at 8-9pm) so we called the London Animal Hospital and they said that while non life threatening she must have been in pain and they could see her soon. The vet and the nurse on call were both super kind and would explain everything in details to us. You can tell that they love animals and are super competent. I couldn’t recommend more this place to look well after your pets

  • Corey P

The best experience I have ever had at a veterinarian and that is including over 20 years with dogs in the US and in Europe and the UK. From the reception greeting, to the quality of care and the fantastic new facilities. And it has been nice to have everything in one place for testing, etc.. And the most important factor is that I could tell the entire staff, from doctors to nurses truly cared about my dogs and our comfort in the process.

  • Toni Tuesday

We came in with our Hamster Bumble when she was very sick. Although we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep, I cannot say enough good words about our experience here. The vet Alison was kind and understanding and I treated our baby girl with the love and kindness that we did. Even when I melted down in tears, the staff were so sweet and it made that hard day much easier. I can't recommend this practice enough.

  • Sarah Lou

Up most care and professionalism when we had to rush our boy in. Sadly he couldn't be saved but the vet was quick to diagnose and respected my decision to go ahead with surgery even though my boy had a slim chance of survival. Only thing I would point out is other staff being more considerate of a situation that is going on and maybe not be as loud around the animal and owners during a stressful and difficult time.

  • stephen chen

Excellent animal hospital i highly recommend how ever wasn't happy to be told I had to pay for medication n collar under section C4 to have my cat neutered but other vets totally free under section C4 scheme, but had to re edit my review as was misinformed by several staff regarding C4 scheme but totally free else where including meds n collar, hence cancelled my appointment for my cat biscuit

  • Ricardo Mamude

The staff are so nicely and friendly , unfortunately sometimes when I have to make a call to get some information about my dog healthcare the guy who answered the phone I don’t know her name ( but she’s so stressful and unhappy ) I don’t know if something happened on her family or if she have any another problem like everyone else but she should be more professional on the call with costumers

  • Isabelle Hatton

Honestly can't fault anything about this vets. Every time I go in with my pup, their knowledge and care is amazing. The reception staff are also brilliant and help straight away with payments and plans. Plus I can call up if unsure about something and they have a chat with the vets, or give advice on the phone rather than push people to go into the surgery if they might not need to.

  • Cleide Santos

My girl had to have an emergency op. We found the service to be brilliant and our girl was really well cared for. We were kept informed all throughout. To top it up the rates are really competitive and in fact more economical than many 24 hr emergency services. Happy to have a good and affordable emergency service in London we previously had to drive to either Sutton or Putney.

  • Erin Dumitru

In an extremely tough emergency situation, the whole staff of the London Animal Hospital was compassionate, professional, and so kind. Will sat with us to answer our questions, and everyone we spoke with was equally well informed. Our cat ultimately passed away at the hospital, and I feel some peace knowing that he was well loved while he was there and given expert care.

  • Maxine Vogt

Kind, caring and helpful! My 3 months old kitten got sick and was hospitalised for 3 days. These guys are the best - from the receptionist to the vet. They have special rooms for you to hang out with your pet, and don’t make you feel like you’re asking to many questions (even when I called several times a day to check on my kitten). I can’t thank them enough

  • Stuart Crowder

I really love this place and all the staff. I unfortunately ended up here by sad circumstances but I would recommend them to anyone with a pet. So helpful and friendly and polite and when I had an emergency they were prepped and ready and did everything they could. If I decide to get another pet in the future I will 100% be coming back here to register

  • Robert Ferry

Registered and taken our dog there several times for both routine checkups and a couple of health issues. The surgery and facilities are great, plus the staff are all fantastic, providing top quality and such a friendly service. Having a veterinary hospital open 24 hours a day within a good distance is such a benefit and massive peace of mind.

  • Jiawei Li

Took my rabbit for an emergency appointment at 3am on a Monday. The staff there were very attentive and the examination is very thorough. Very happy with the vets and service there. Suggest to put the consultation prices online, so we know what the prices are before going. Recommend to anyone looking emergency treatments for their pets.

  • Ben Tilley

Have been here with both cats now and brilliant service both times. Sometimes a bit of a wait which is fine and find it best to park on the road outside (as long as it's out of hours for parking restrictions) as manoeuvring in and out can be tricky, but the facilities are fantastic and all the vets and staff we've met are wonderful.

  • Anastasiia Sorokina

I'm very grateful to Konstantinos Katsarakis. He is amazing specialist and I can really tell he care about his clients. Despite the fact that my cat pass away I'm sure the doctor did all the best possible way. It was an emergency situation and he has done everything he could do. I can highly recommend The London Animal Hospital.

  • Avishkar Bhoopchand

Both our dogs go here for their regular vaccinations and checkups and they love it because they get so much attention. Our Newfie puppy has also unfortunately required 2 minor surgeries which were conducted here and both were very successful. The staff are professional, highly competent and clearly love animals!

  • Kate Underdown

We took in our puppy having been hit by car, they were so calm and professional, and looked after her really well. On arrival she was instantly taken into to be looked at. We got multiple calls with updates and they made a really horrible and stressful situation as good as it could be. Would highly recommend.

  • Sara Romero

I didn't take my pet here because I asked for the price of ultrasound which was what my dog needed and they want to charge me £700 just for that. I found another very good vet in South london, The Vet, Morden (Mitham). They are really good treating the pets and owners and the price is very reasonable.

  • Joanne Davis

Fantastic vets and animal hospital. They looked after our poorly cat with great care and compassion. Really good at communicating with us throughout the whole process. We are very grateful for everything they did for us and would recommend them if you are looking for a vets practice in SE London.

  • Catarina Alexandra Ferreira

The very best place! My dog loves going to the vets simply to be pet. Although she knows she isn't going to be the happiest once inside the room her excitement when she arrives knowing she will get lots of cuddles and treats always make me at ease that she knows she's in good hands

  • Mark Fielding

I had to take my dog in as an emergency as he'd been attacked by another dog. The staff were excellent! Truly caring and concerned for not only our dog but also how I was feeling following what was a traumatic experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  • toto Moscato

At 22:56 I contacted the veterinary about a blood result which was taken at 1:00pm, and spoke to this vet named Victoria. The call was brief and abrupt, and she hung up the phone on us. We still do not know the precise result and implication of the blood test.

It was great to be able to get an appointment so quickly and they adapted the treatment given our holidays which has given us greater peace of mind knowing Benny has the antibiotics he needs without someone struggling to give him tablets. Thank you!

I haven’t ever seen any vet as honest and caring as the doctors of this hospital.their diagnosis is always right and they never push you or your animal through an untruthful procedure. Lovely staff and utterly reasonable prices. I really trust them.

  • Bernie O'Leary

Thank you for looking after Boxer and referring him from Kennington to Camberwell for overnight accommodation. Ironically that’s where he is heading. 18 year old terrier with a spring in his step in Myatt’s Field. New lease of life. Guardian Angels.

I already thought they were great during check ups for our kitten Link but he recently ate some Lily flower and had to spend seven days in the hospital and everybody was absolutely incredible. They were available 24 hours a day, kept me
