I have to be honest. I’ve been attending this hospital for a few years. It’s hit and miss with the consultants - you could get someone great or someone absolutely dreadful who acts as though sending you for an MRI will come out of their own pocket. Their admin is all over the place. I had an operation booked and was told I’d be called to arrange a pre assessment appointment for it. I had to call 3 times MYSELF to get it booked in. I called to book in a TELEPHONE appointment with a consultant and was told it had been booked in. I never received a call and when I called them to ask why, they said “you did not attend”. It was specifically booked as a telephone appointment as I’m not even in the midlands at the moment… Some of the consultant’s secretaries don’t have direct telephone numbers, only email addresses. And they don’t respond to their emails either. Other consultants have secretaries that work 1 day a week and have their phones switched off the remainder of the time. When you leave a message, they don’t respond. And when you tell the hospital that you are unable to contact the consultant’s secretary; they try to contact them too and are unable to. Then they say “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. Erm what? A hospital can’t get in touch with a consultants secretary? Overall, this is marginally better than an NHS hospital. I only use it as it’s covered by my insurance and close by, if I was paying for it myself I would definitely seek alternatives.
Please don't go there it's a waste of money and a place where your mental health will deteriorate. Within 5 months we have spent close to 13 to 14000 pound and all we have received is stress and financial instability. They have no patient care it's all about the money we go there with our life savings and trust but we get nothing out of it, it has been nearly a month and my wife still hasn't recovered all she does is cry herself to sleep we have had no support from them after our embryos failed. I wanted to take a picture of the embryos as three were implanted but only was shown the one and was told not to take a picture as they will give me one but never received it. This has made me and my wife think did they really implant the three. I am really upset and angry as my wife is emotionally unstable and we are also financially struggling as we had borrowed the money for the second round. I regret recommending my family friend for the procedure as she also had a failed round which could have been possibly avoided if they had told her to take those extra medications beforehand. I would never recommend this to anyone it's all about experimenting and making money. In future.
I have just completed my 6th and final round of chemo at the Priory. The team there (the whole team!!) are so unbelievably welcoming, made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in, and I still feel like part of their family today. They show so much care and dedication, whilst respecting your space and privacy. My baby was only a couple of months old when I started, and they have all made such an effort with her as she grows before their eyes! I couldn’t recommend treatment at the priory enough, if you want taken care off, with truthful, fact based conversations, a lovely cuppa, tasty lunch and a little comfort and privacy then this is the place for you. One thing I can assure you, the team in the Highbury suite DO NOT stop! I’m not sad chemo is over, but I will miss the team there. Especially the wonderful Sabrina, who truly took me under her wing! Thank you to the Highbury Heroes, for making a pretty rubbish time more bearable!
I felt that the process was fast paced I had two ivf procedures done within 5 months first time eggs didn’t fertilised however 2nd time it did and was told 3 embryos were made I was not informed about the quality and the procedure was done at fast pace. When my husband wanted to take a pic we were told we will be given a printed copy however we were not given one which has now made me think was there actually 3 embryos transferred or not. Nobody has given me a follow up call to check how I am doing and has been a week I was too upset to call but you would think someone would call to check but have had nothing. I have spent about 13 to 14 thousand on these procedures I feel that the whole procedure was an experiment done by them just to see what is hit and miss. After spending all this money I have gained nothing apart from stress, loss of money and depression.
From entering the hospital to leaving I could not have asked for better care. All staff from reception to porters, to nurses, doctors, caterers was fantastic so friendly and polite nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Everyone explained every step of my care to me and made sure I was fully comfortable before going home. My husband was made to feel welcome and shown where he could get food and drinks from while I was in theatre. It was just such a lovely relaxed atmosphere that put me at ease from the get go. I've also received a phone call from the hospital to check I'm ok following my surgery three days ago and if I had any concerns or worries, and if I do get any not to hesitate in ringing them. Absolutely first class service so glad I was able to self fund at this hospital with my surgeon and the finance options make it so easy.
Stayed at the Priory Birmingham 7/7/23 and the support before, during and after my surgery was exceptionally brilliant. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and very helpful and very thorough and thoughtful. Particularly want to mention the nurses Mandy, Esmee and Roma who were totally brilliant and very understanding and provided round the clock care as true professionals. A special thank you to all other staff (porters, cleaning staff and therapists) and of course Mr Patel (anaesthetics) and the surgeon Mr Ford and their lovely support staff. They all made the experience very relaxing and Mr Ford was brilliant before, during and after surgery. Everyone was very assuring and true professionals. I am truly humbled by my experience. Thank you to the Priory what a fabulous world class hospital. .
Everyone at the BMI Priory were very welcoming and professional. My consultant, Mr Baghdadi was very professional, kind and incredibly supportive, thank you for everything Mr Baghdadi. All the nursing team were fantastic. The recovery unit nurses were amazing because I felt very poorly when I came round from my anaesthesia due to my very low blood pressure and the doctors and nurses all looked after me so very well and with great kindness, thank you. My main nurse, who looked after me back on my ward was amazing. Very caring, knew my needs and was a great, very caring and patient nurse - I want to say a huge thank you to her for her follow up calls and advice. I also want to thank the catering staff and porters, they all helped me so much. A huge thank you to everyone.
Had a rotor cuff and bicep tear after dislocating a shoulder - Mr Massoud and the hospital team were fantastic - especially over appt dates and updates by email- as I live 3 1/2 hrs away.(came here as It was close to my mother - and I live middle of nowhere) - I had the operation in July and had 3 corkscrew anchors put in by keyhole surgery. My recovery went exactly as Mr Massoud said it would go, with me being fully fit for a key date in Oct. I have full mobility and strength back - and I am back to swimming, yoga and back to skiing in Feb. The day hospital visit was very good - I do suggest pre ordering ice cream as I my throat was sore from the op, and thinking how easy it will be to eat any food ordered with one hand. - can't thank them enough.
I had Diep Flap surgery in July at this hospital. I am delighted with the results after having a Mastectomy and several implants due to previous treatment that I had due to Breast Cancer. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and no longer suffer from depression due to uneven breasts. I am like a different person now with lots of confidence. I wish I had of known about this treatment earlier as I would have had it instead of the other surgery. It is much better for patients in the long run as we only have to have 1 operation. I must compliment the staff, especially Mr Warner. He is a fabulous Doctor. This service is very important as it improves the mental health of women who have been through horrific trauma in their lives.
This is one of the worst experiences I had with the hospital, I had to get ultra sound done for a procedure firstly they made me wait an hour! Then got my name wrong. I wanted to take someone with me as I am nervous patient and they denied it! It took them over a month to forward the results to the hospital! How can an ultra scan take soo long? Now I want to get my ultra scan results and no one, absolutely no one is picking up the phone or even calling back. How can a hospital that you pay for be so careless?! And it's actually been weeks now. I would have given the imaging department 0 stars if that was possible, truly the worst experience I have ever had. This is a third class department.
I was referred to Priory Hospital for antonyms, then I was told it is hernia. No scans were done to make sure it was hernia. Just a physical check. After I had the surgery done for hernia The original pain I heard on my testicles is still there. So it makes me think did I have hernia or was it something else? Just been told by the surgeon that it might be something else so why was I not checked properly before the surgery. I was discharged straight after the surgery with no follow-ups, and there was no after-care. I have been told now to go back to the GP so he could refer me to someone else for the original pain I had in the first place. I don’t think I had hernia in the first place.
There were a few points where the communication wasn't great which delayed treatment. I was ready to start but I couldn't get through to the correct person. The relationship between P4 and The Priory was a bit confusing. My treatment overall and any meetings with the staff were always good and most of the staff are really nice and put you at ease. I felt the scans, appointments and procedure itself ran smoothly so I wasnt stressed at all. The only problems I've had is phoning in and getting hold of the correct person. Dr Jeve is very good and knowledgeable but it would be nice to know if during the rest of the process he is kept informed about how it is progressing.
Brought my wife for an for a chest X-ray after talking to radiology who advised to come before 7.45 PM. But when we came at 7.00 PM, there was no radiographer! They closed early, it seems. We were advised to come the next day at 9.30 AM. We turned up in good time and waited for more than 45 minutes before she was called. Their CQC rating displayed shows 'Requires Improvement ' in 4 of the 6 parameters. Public perception is that private hospitals are better organised places than NHS. I would say NHS is certainly better organised and if it were not for the long waiting time in the NHS, private hospitals would have gone out of business.
The care I have received from Shahz Ahmed, Consultant ENT and Skull Base Surgeon has been excellent. Despite his extremely demanding schedule, he has gone above and beyond to help me and in turn, my family. He has a calm and informative manner. A brilliant surgeon but also down to earth and approachable. I trust his judgement 100% and absolutely could not recommend him more highly. He describes his position in treating patients as "a privilege"- however, in my opinion, if you need treatment then it is a privilege to be cared for by Mr Ahmed. Thank you for your ongoing support , Mr Ahmed and to your highly efficient secretary , Farah.
BMI Priory Hospital Edgbaston, Birmingham - Does Dr Joseph De Vincent Giovanni still work at This hospital because my blood test found which I had last week found out My vitamin b12 levels are low and can be caused by palpitations. I feel my heart is not beating properly slightly faster than it should be / supraventricular tachycardia. He saved my life on Wednesday 14 January 2009 by doing radiofrequency ablation due to an extra pathway at the back of my heart. I did see Dr Ashish Chikermane at Birmingham childrens hospital aswell october 2008. If it could be sorted ASAP as I don’t want it to get worse.
The actual operation & recovery procedure were excellent. Full marks to the surgeon & anaesthetist for their professional expertise. Great credit also to Kate & Marty on Aston Ward for their attention to detail, kindness & discharging skills. Overall the staff were sympathetic & thoughtful. However, the television could be improved & sleep was impossible because of overnight noise & the vibration of the machine which is necessary to avoid blood clots. Nursing could be improved on some overnight shifts. Generally, the experience was commendable & very professional.
It was a lovely experience! I felt cared for all the time and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were both intelligent and caring and I had some most interesting conversations with them. I was impressed that so many had come from abroad, gained degrees here and spoke such excellent English (better than many British people speak!). Such a good idea to let many work part-time so they are not over-stressed and over-tired. The standard of cleanliness was also superb. Many thanks to all who made my stay such a pleasure.
Thank you to all the staff on ICU , and the Aston ward , Dr Botha my surgeon and Dr Clift my consultant from Queen's,HCAs ,nurses ,physio and catering team . I had waited for my ASD closure for 3 years so you can imagine how much this has ment to me . I am a HCA myself, nothing was too much trouble everything was greeted with a smile . Having private care has put my mind set for recovery in a different place ,which I feel in a positive position to begin my journey. I carnt thank you enough Kind regards Karen Johnson
My stay was very good and the staff were fantastic. My only negative would be that i was told which room i would be in before and after my surgery but after my surgery was put in a different room which was a little distressing however when the Stoma nurse arrived and could see I was distressed this was discussed with the staff and the problem was resolved. I was moved to my original room and told there had been a mix up. The staff were all very pleasant, understanding and professional.
I'm very happy with the hospital service and the Fertility Centre staff. I felt treated always with respect and I'm very impressed with the high quality stardards of professionalism and knowledge of all members of staff. Each of them has a great sense of respect for patients and humanity. I felt guided and looked after throughout all my IVF journey in my choice to become a mum by choice. I cannot thank them all more for being absolutely stars. Exceptional service. Thank you so much.
After many years I finally picked the courage to see a surgeon concerning my nose. Mr Shahz Ahmed was recommended to me and he immediately put me at ease answering all my questions and fully explaining the procedure. Nothing was to much trouble for Mr Ahmed, his secretary Farah and the staff at the Priory. The after care has been superb. My nose is now straight, I can smell, taste and breathe through my nose for the first time in years. Thank you
I had an amazing consultant and anesthesiologist. I would recommend them every time! He listened to my concerns and I was very happy with results. However, during my stay I felt the nurses was less empathic. I felt rushed like they just wanted me out. My nurse towards the end didn’t even speak to me, a healthcare assistant discharged me and the actually nurse almost wanted nothing to do with me. I think bedside manner could be improved.
I came into the Priory hospital on 19/6/23. The staff could not have been more helpful from upon entering the hospital to the Staff on ITU who are amazing. I had 2 Stents put in by Dr Basaverarajah he was excellent and the staff assisting him In the Cath Lab were outstanding. I was a exceptionaly nervous patient but was put at ease and very very well looked after. The aftercare was wonderful. And Mike and the porters were excellent.
Superbly attentive, proficient, helpful and friendly staff. From checking in at reception, to the porter, the catering teams, to the theatre team. The ward's nursing team were particularly noteworthy. My experience of The Priory Hospital in Edgbaston was first-rate: the staff, my room, catering and crucially the medical provision both in theatre and subsequently in my room on the ward. The Priory Hospital exceeded my expectations.
I have had several procedures and surgery at the Priory Hospital and have been very pleased at the standard of care provided by the medical staff. Being able to access care during the latter stages of the covid pandemic when the NHS had stopped carrying out routine and essential surgery was very reassuring. My surgeon and the other members of his team were at all times professional, courteous and supportive.
Everything was fantastic, in particular the nursing staff- Camilla, Marty and Mandy were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and kind and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The food selection was great (even for fussy vegans like me!) I had a few issues after my surgery but the nursing team were brilliant and really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect.
Generally very good experience and felt well looked after! Very friendly, caring and attentive staff. Good catering too. Only a couple of points that weren’t ideal: Day patient ward booths felt a bit cramped and “open” though. And the person who conducted my pre-op assessment call also didn’t instil much confidence, and sent me to the wrong site for some pre-op tests.
I had an appointment 23/05/23 at 11am. The nurse was wonderful, helpful and very kind. She made me feel very conformable in the mini surgery that i had for my toa. Doctor martin was very kind, helpful and experienced. They both did a good job. And i was very happy of the mini surgery that they did on me. I couldn't remember the nurse name. By mohammad yasin ali
Overall I was very happy with my surgery which was NHS funded and I wou ld recommend this hospital. When I had a complaint about delay in surgery being listed it was dealt with efficiently and the problem resolved. The staff were cheerful and professional. The only critism is that the bed bays were cramped and lacked privacy from the neighbouring patients.
Very poor customer service from surgical secretaries. All patients are vulnerable ,if you work in healthcare this should be a basic understanding. When you are self funding treatment and paying a lot of money you do not expect to feel someone is too busy to help with a simple request.i have worked in healthcare for 45 years and am greatly saddened by this.
From catering staff to consultant and everyone in the team, Professor Ishaque, Dr Da Silva and Sister Shirley took exceptional care of me during my stay and were professional, caring and courteous. Room was clean, staff were efficient, theatre staff were kind and thoughtful, I cannot thank you all enough. Well organised and professional hospital.
Couldn't fault the care I was given, the nurses on a night time were especually lovely and helpful given the times they had to wake you up and the tablets you were given - 10 out of 10 for service and kindness for the whole 2 nights I stayed there. Pain medication was kept on top of - which really helped with the whole experience. Many thanks
I felt ALL staff members were courteous and friendly; always with a smile on their face too. My stay was very peaceful and I felt any issues I had (I didn’t have any) would be dealt with efficiently. My consultant and the rest of the medical staff were very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. The unlimited drinks helped ha ha :)
I had an MRI scan on my shoulder here, they were a very friendly and professional team in Imaging. I then had a steroid injection a couple of weeks later by my fantastic consultant Marcus Green, he explained everything fully and showed care and compassion. And they were a lovely team in outpatients too. Would definitely recommend to others.
I was greeted by reception on arrival. Taken to my room by porter named Sue who was easy to talk to. On arrival at my room, was shown all workiings. A short while later the sister came in and went through my admission in great detail. Then followed by nurse named Emma who was very informative and reassuring. The rest was as per normal.
I have been a long term chemotherapy patient at Highbury and have found the treatment and care from my Oncologist and the nurses exemplary. Chemotherapy is never a ‘look forward to’ experience but the care provided by the wonderful nurses make it as comfortable and agreeable an experience as possible. We often share a laugh together!
From start to finish everything was exceptional! All of the staff from the surgeon and his team, to the nurses, porters and catering were kind and caring and although I was having surgery the whole process was actually enjoyable because I felt safe. Thankyou everyone Ps 10/10 to whoever made the rhubarb and mandarin crumble
My mother have a consultation appointment with doctor in outpatient department, generally reception and doctor are friendly and helpful. Just a little unsatisfying as the doctor come 10 min late as the appointment time. Personal Love the environment and interior design. Would recommend to other and frd ,keep it up
I had a shoulder operation on each shoulder here. After the second was completed I stated it didn't feel right. Was to it would be fine. Now a few years later without private health care I'm waiting g twelve weeks to get an mri scan as the physio believe it wasn't successful and needs doing again possible.
I felt a burden, staff were rushing around, my fears were not dealt with. I wasn't told the problems that happened before and during my surgery. My face and neck ballooned, chest tight, struggled to swallow water and it all seemed okay and normal after only having gallbladder removal via keyhole surgery
From the first visit I was treated with empathy and care. Appointments were on time and I had clear directions from the moment I have contacted you. Special thanks to Barbie, Kris, Joshua and Dr Kavita Singh, but everyone involved was caring, polite and went extra mile to ensure I’m ok. THANK YOU!!
Fantastic hospital, I was looked after very well during my stay. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for me. My surgeon and his team are amazing. I would definitely recommend this hospital. Many thanks to Mr Afifi and his team in gynecology. …
From entering the reception of the Priory and entering my room then onto the theatre room and recovery including consultant and anaesthetist plus restaurant servise I was given fist class care and made feel welcomed comfortable and cared for it was excellent.
I was looked after well nurses checking on me all the time and also a lot of care from the fertility team. Everything was explained to me well and to my Patner. Everyone around me was very positive and smile , making my day in hospital very pleasant thank you
World-class care and support. My surgery, and pre and post assessment, performed by Mr Ahmed was conducted with empathy, respect and experience. He's sorted out my long-term issue and I cannot recommend him and the team at The Priory Hospital highly enough.
All staff were lovely friendly and helpful. I felt very cared for. Mr Basu was extremely reassuring and helpful explaining everything about my diagnosis and treatment. I felt very happy with my choice to have the procedure done at the Priory with Mr Basu.
Every single member of staff that we encountered from the receptionist, potter, catering manager, nurses and all medical staff were always smiling and very attentive. I could not have a picked a more perfect consultant or hospital. Thank you so much.
I received everything I needed, everyone was absolutely adorable with me. They took care about me in all the best ways, considering I m managing the post surgey by my own. Thank you every one for every thing for making feel no alone and well cared.
From the moment you arrive in the carpark, the Priory Hospital has a lovely calm air. This continues as you progress through your treatment schedule, consultation, pre-op., and surgery. The professionalism and attention I received was excellent.
Over all the whole team was amazing. There was only one nurse that wosnt nice and informative. She manage to push my mental health right down. Luckuly the rest of the staff was more than amazing and manage to cheer me up. Mr. Javee is AMAZING!
Farah and Mr Ahmed have been fantastic throughout. My stay at the hospital was easy, fast, efficient and as pleasant as it can be. Facilities are clean and staff are all excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to be treated here again in the future.
Ally and her team in Pathology (Anike, Ivana, and Rome) are absolute stars. They all put me at ease and were so kind and patient with me as a needle-phobic patient. Ally was professional, whilst also being kind and entertaining to distract
I can’t fault the care and kindness of everyone who was involved in my surgery and on the ward afterwards. I had surgery two days ago and my surgeon was brilliant, he talked through everything with me and came to personally visit me on the
The doctors I encountered at this hospital were never responsible or helpful, and they didn't take the time or effort to look into my injuries, which included a finger and knee injury. They completely disregarded and ignored my condition,
I had surgery on Tuesday (18th April) on both of my big toes which were both infected. It didn't go well at first, because I was in a lot of pain. But I wouldn't of gotten through it if it wasn't for Dr. Harvey, Nurse Tina (don't know her
Too many nurses who didn't communicate with each other - they should organise themselves and focus on less patients per nurse rather than covering many. Catering disorganised, orders not taken accurately and was very late on one morning
I used the hospital to have the services of Mr Afifi as I was due a hysterectomy due to endometriosis. Katie, his PA is excellent and always on hand to help and support. However, the booking staff were terrible with communication. I
Img stay at the priory was a lovely experience. All the staff from doctors, nurses, catering and cleaning were all lovely friendly and happy to chat to me. Everyone was brilliant and made my stay enjoyable and all put me at ease
The fertility clinic have been amazing. We are still going through treatment but the standard of care we have received has been fantastic. I've been able to have some wonderful banter aswell which has destressed me instantly.
Everything was perfect. Quickly seen to and had the job done in less than half a day. Incredible hospital and amazing staff. Thank you so much for what you’ve done for me. I can now go through daily activities without pain.
Surgery was cancelled without any real reason given, after I was already admitted, spent two hours there, had eye drops applied that affected my vision even on the following day. Care staff and food were very good though.
All the staff, the Consultant and anaesthetist were excellent, professional and caring. Could not improve on excellence. Room was very clean, fresh and comfortable. My journey through has been very smooth and stress free.
The nurses and doctors in the Highbury ward are of the utmost incredible calibre. I could not recommend them enough. The level of care is fabulous and they treat you with such a high degree of care and respect.
Excellent service this morning from receptionist ‘Lynn’ in the out patients department of the hospital when I informed her that my title is MX not MR…Professional and friendly without any awkward questions..
The staff were bubbly and caring , and the ITU ward was spotless. Bella the nurse was wonderful, I couldn't praise her highly enough for her friendliness, kindness, nursing and communication skills
All staff very pleasant, understanding an helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Though I had some unrelated medical issues after my operation they dealt with them in a thoroughly professional way.
Excellent care given by absolutely everyone at the hospital … nursing staff , Lynn was excellent, as was my surgeon, prof Clark, anaesthetist, and kind gentleman who looked after me in recovery.
Throughout my stay i always felt respected and was treated like a king, this was one of my best experiences being in hospital and i cannot find any faults during my stay, they were great!
the staff were very professional and attentive the whole of the time i was being treated at the Priory Hospital. nothing was too much trouble and they made me feel at ease during my stay.
Professor Clark was approachable and made me feel as though I was in safe hands during the most terrifying time of my life. All staff encountered were friendly, professional and caring
Took my money and then told me to use Protopic which is what I’ve been already using and it took £65 just for her to tell me that. Worst experience, would not recommend to anyone.
Staff thought out process were excellent from reception team. To catering and nursing and dr were amazing at all levels of care keeping the treatment patient centred at all times
My overnight stay at the Priory was amazing, the food choice was like being in a very nice hotel, the ensuite room was well quiped and all the staff were very caring and helpful
Free parking and free drinks in reception reduce stress and the Dr sends a letter immediately. Awaiting main treatment still but outpatient care has been prompt and excellent
All the staff were very considerate and I felt I was treated very well at the hospital and informed fully of the risks of my operation and the side effects of medication.
The staff were very caring and supportive. I suffered a lot of anxiety, staff took time to talk to me and reassure me throughout the process. Thanks to the whole team.
All staff who I encountered were excellent. Cleaning, catering, nursing/medical,physio and admin staff performed their duties that reflected highly on the hospital.
Efficient consultation and referral, it did take too long to actually get a surgery date, but once booked in I was very pleased with the treatment and level of care
Couldn't fault the care I received from Dr Varma, Helen in ITU and the cardiac catheter suite team. Everything was explained fully and care was excellent.
Everyone was brilliant & service & care excellent & timely., Marty in particular was so lovely & caring. I have already recommended you to my friends!.
I hope my positive experience will help others to choose the clinic because I am extremely happy with all the experience I've been through there.
The staff was amazing they should be proud of them selves I mean all the staff I’ve never ever felt well looked after ever keep up the good work
All staff were considerate and kind at all times. I felt fully informed of my condition too. I would highly recommend Ms Waters and her team.
It was brilliant. Great care. Friendly and professional staff. Everything on schedule. Very high standard facilities. Good food.
Well appointed room. Assigned nurse efficient and effective. Wonderful egg sandwiches. Gracious reception and kitchen staff
Nursing staff were excellent, food good, housekeeping thorough, ambience of kindness with a quality professional focus.
ITU and ward care was first class. No request to small and all nursing staff were well briefed on my condition.
Only a day case. First time at Priory Hospital. Very impressed with care/staff and Hospital in general.
Felt very comfortable, nurses couldn’t do enough for me,looked after very well from start to discharge.
The care I received was excellent, a big thank you to all the staff, and the consultant mr singh
