I've always found the staff to be extremely helpful and very friendly. I lost something that was very sentimental to me and the young lady noticed that I was in tears. It turned up and I received a call from there and their genuine empathy was just amazing. A well stocked and run store and they care for their customers very much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart guys. ❤️

Has everything you need for cooking & party snacks items for serving food, catering,storage,packaging& wrapping presents,hair and beauty products toiletry items and really neat party items . If you can't find what you need just ask the really helpful staff.Yes GF groceries and snacks to be found at the Reject Shop.

I don't know if I'm biased because I have shopped in a number of Reject Shops around Australia during my travels and if asked then I would have to say that this store is far superior from all the others in that the stock is of great quality

Low in staff ! Specially on the weekends, when it will be busy,they had only one staff at the counter, and (we needed to query for something) he has to call other staff to come on the floor and assist,well he did came and wasn't sure about

Would help if prices were on things instead of having to find a staff member. The lady has the worst customer service little old lady was having a lovely chat to her and she just looked other way not one word back show some respect

This store I have been many times and always find a bargain there and today no different the markdowns had another 50% off the the already markdown price staff polite and helpful

I don't think anyone has anything bad to say about the Reject Shop it's fantastic low prices you can pick up just about everything you need their

The prices cheaper than Woollies, Coles.Have found same brands and more superior ones.Never found problems. Food or household.

Clean. Always stocked with new and exciting items. Always stop here before I head into the grocer. Cheap. Saves you money.
