The Reject Shop is my favourite shop, I visit one, usually a different one every week. I visit this location often, it isn’t huge and the prices are pretty much standard with any other Reject Shop HOWEVER the best part is the friendly and helpful members of staff. A MASSIVE shout out to Helena who is resourceful, friendly, informed and extremely accommodating! I am a non-binary, disabled person and she has brought me something to sit on when I needed it, checking in with me making sure I am okay, as well as making me feel seen and respected in regards to pronouns and gender presentation. Helena might not always get it right, but makes efforts to correct themselves, every time! Thanks Helena, I don’t experience this amount of effort shown very often and I BEYOND appreciate it, you are the main reason I have continued to patronise this particular store, you are a wonderful, hard-working, respectful young person KUDOS Reject shop

Did not get a good experience today. Wanted to purchase an item that had lost the price tag. Shop keeper couldn't find price in computer but he didn't do anything about it even though we wanted to purchase it. Instead of getting assistance he said "The manager is around somewhere" but did not proceed to find her to ask about the price. I asked "Well how are you going to sell it?". Was annoyed at the lack of help. Lost our business.

Standing at the checkout. Looking for staff so I could pay for my things and leave. After a minute, I phoned the store while standing at checkout ... Staff came promptly to me as they were heading to the counter to answer phone. I told them it's me looking for someone that worked here.. It's my belief am the female staff was asleep out the back as she looked like she just woke up.

I bought glass items when asked for them to be wrapped in either tissue or bubble wrap, the girl had a quick look & said they don't have any. Never bothered to get someone to look out back. These things should be stocked first thing before opening registers. Or if there's none there ask for someone ro look outback for some.

I needed a small box to put jewelry for a gift as well as batteries and disposable salad bowls. I expected to find these easily at either K mart or Daiso. In the end I purchased them from the Reject shop at a very economical price. The product range is exceptional along with very friendly customer service.

Not always cheaper then kmart but does have much better quality than all other cheap stores and some things you cant find anywhere else. Plenty of gift ideas that look like they cost more. Love the kids craft, bathroom accessories, and even some garden supplies.

Amazing customer service, well set out store and very tidy. I always come by on my weekly shopping trip to see what new bargains they have, and I'm always pleasantly surprised. Will pop in again once this lockdown is over (hopefully soon)! …

Regardless of the personal opinions of the staff, it is important for a business to remain neutral on devicive political issues. Someone should remind the cashier that 'served' me today of this. I'll not be back, I went to Daiso instead.

Good sized Reject Shop, but a little weirdly laid out. As with all discount shops know your prices well as while there are good bargains, some grocery items are cheaper at the woollies across the hall.

I find the Staff and Management always friendly easy to talk with a smiling face on their face and very helpful and the variety of products always with in a good price bracket

The umbrella price tag show $7...they charged me $8.50....I asked them why? They tell me the price tag is wrong and they still charged me $8.50.

Selling Radiant Commercial Blend with Fake Contents that isn't radiant washing liquid, smells like cheap dish washing liquid with no scent.

Why are you closed at 8:30pm but showing open till 9pm on google maps. Came needing something so was dissapointed to see it closed

The downside was the greeting card I wanted was not available due to supply chain issues affecting most businesses.
