Management over there is very rude. My Wife got hired there but before starting she got better opportunity somewhere else. She informed the management through text that she can not join the The Source. The management over there kept calling her on private phone After some Time Management texted her to return the T-Shirt. Due to This many call from his private phone she so got scared. We requested to return the Source T-shirt on Kildonan Placemall through text. He forced her to return it on Portage place only. Even After text he kept calling her. As she was scared, I went there to return the T-Shirt with respect The Management there started talking with bad attitude. Management said How dare i came to his store without his permission. I replied I am here to return the T-Shirt only. Then He started talking loudly. " What is your problem" "You can not talk me like this" Not to come in my store again or so and so. I replied look this is public purchase location not your private office. And I have no other wrong intention. He kept insulting infront of every body. I felt so bad at that time. As an human you should not treat any body like this. People do get better opportunity and they move on constantly. And that is freedom in Canada . If my wife wanted she would have obtained a training and earn some money and then quit The source when her new job starts but she did not do as she tried to be honest. I use to be The Source customer but not any more. Even i would suggest never apply there for an employment. You will face worst experience of your life. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANY ONE TO WORK THERE OR TO BE IN THE SOURCE at PORTAGE PLACE . HE ACTUALLY DOES NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE AS A HUMAN AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SMILE FOR SURE.

I got up the other day, frustrated and annoyed at myself and the world, going over all the things in life that were holding me back and now looking back it's silly cause, I just hadn't met Paitin at The Source Portage Place yet. For context, I'm not great on paper. I have terrible credit history, a shady past and some unresolved issues over food and lodgings but Paitin didn't really care about all that. All she cared about was providing uncompromising customer service and helping a customer (me) who was depressed and dejected get a new phone that kind of had started to feel like a metaphor for my life. I went through every other possible place to try and sign up for a phone, every mall kiosk and store and even online and NOBODY could give me a phone. Some wanted preposterous deposits, some just scammed my money, but I spend 25 minutes with Paitin and I left actually being a brand new human, a less angry one for sure. When you are so used to people looking at you with either disdain or annoyance, feeling like I was just a Joe Anybody was a very comfortable feeling for me, and knowing she did her best to make this whole transaction happened is the cherry on top. Listen up The Source...hire more Paitins cause you will be the better off for it!

This source location prides itself on lieing to make sales the commission they make is more important to then then customer satisfaction bad training both in proper electronic sales on phone and in person understanding they are short staffed it’s no excuse for shady business none at all do not shop here Reasons lied to about warranty would have gone to Walmart as I know they cover it bought product 4 days ago not properly explained information about electronic warranty nor product nor the info on receipt no important information gone over very poor cashier /clerk training The source lies about warrentee would have purchased somewhere else I have a small Child and kitten the combos awful I’m still learning so I went and asked and got sold extra warranties I can’t use I have only had the headphones for 4 days they gave me 3 different reasons why they won’t do anything and didn’t explain nothing right before I left the store I feel very attacked as a customer I love you’re product and to have found a pair in my city Astro a10 ps4 colour was disappointed by there lack of customer service and they attempts to belittle and make me look a fool due to their lack of training was upsetting

The customer service I received today is absolutely unmatched anywhere else. It was such a pleasure to be helped by Paitin, she was amazing and so friendly. I came in just for a single item, and in the process was told about a current phone plan promotion. I happily switched to virgin plus after being told more details vs my current plan. Highly recommend anyone needing assistance to visit this location! Ask for Paitin , or be helped by any of the other associates! This was by far the best purchase experience I've had anywhere in a long time!

Exceptional service! We were helped by Assem, who was incredibly patient as we made up our mind over the course of an hour over what to get, and then he proceeded to give us deal after deal. The rest of the staff, including the manager, were also incredibly helpful. I've never before had a positive experience at a telecom, but I gotta say this time I was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend to anyone!

I am not knowleageable in IT technologies at all. Never had a cellphone in my life. and I needed a basic, good cell phone hardware and service line to begin with. Kazi at the Portage Place location in Winnipeg was very honest and helpful. had patience and care to guide me through all my options. I am recommending Kazi to my other not tech savvy friends. After calling and And about an Xbox one controller they said they had I go to this location and it's locked. With no sign be on the doors saying why and nobody is answering the phone now. I waited 40 minutes before traveling to Walmart. This is so unprofessional. Mall security said this is when they usually take their break. Seriously? take it at different times.

I ordered an open box phone and they said 10/10 but when I received it I found damage on the side and I talked to them and they are super slow and no one back to me till now also if I returned I will lose 20% from the regular price. So really it's a too bad experience and I am not suggesting this store to anyone

If I could give 0 stars I would. I lost my receipt to my item that I purchased. The lady working there wouldn't give me a gift card for the lowest sale price in 30 days for the item when it clearly states on their website they do that. Educate your staff on the proper return policy please!

Colby was a great salesman! He helped me get my new phone plan up and running and answered all my questions with a positive and quick attitude! The store was so clean and the rest of the staff were so friendly as well. I'll be returning to this location specifically for the great service.

Aweful. They told me I could have one cell plan which was less than I'm paying but with less data, 5 min into signing me up she says "Ooops, that plan doesn't exist, you have to pay more than you were paying... for less data than you get now". I walked out.

First day back in Canada and needing 2 phones, Icah was very helpful in answering our questions and making sure that we get the phones and plans that we need. She goes above and beyond to make sure we get the right phone, colour and plan.
