Hidden Gem… Recently did hair makeover at The Spa by University College of Birmingham. The booking process was extremely simple. Hair service was done by highly talented and skilled student supervised by a senior tutor at a state of art facility in the main campus.

Good service and very clean salon. Went back recently for a facial, even though my beauty technician was in training she did a wonderful job - I was relaxed and treated professionally. You always get a warm reception and prices are unbeatable!
