I recently took my car in at the Square car wash. A few minutes after collecting my car I realized that I had left my work cell phone in the car of which was nowhere to be found after collecting the car. I reported this to Sanjeev who is the owner and I was invited to view the camera footage which showed exactly who was working on my vehicle. In addition to this an investigation was immediately started to find the phone and the criminal that took the phone (at this point I had no hope to be honest). BUT WOW...the owner with the help of an investigator found the phone and took immediate action against the employee that stole the cellphone. The Square Car Wash did not take this incident lightly and made every effort to retrieve my cellphone and went as far as getting an independent investigator, which I can assure you most car washes will not do because as you know...its your responsibility to remove all valuables from your vehicle. I would like to thank the Square Car wash for not only the exceptional service they provided when it comes to cleaning our vehicles but the professionalism that I experienced with my unfortunate incident. I took my car to Sanjeev at The Square Car Wash & Valet Centre 2 weeks ago for a wash. When I went to fetch my car, Sanjeev informed me that the car was leaking huge amounts of oil and he was concerned that if I drove my car out for the valet, the oil might damage / cause the engine to expolde. I must say, that I am truly grateful to Sanjeev as he managed to call a collegaue of his who works at Car Service City (Rivonia) who came to inspect the vehicle. Not knowing much about cars and meeting Sanjeev for the first time, he was with me throught the process of getting my car fixed. He called me the next day to find out what the issue was with the car and he also gave me ample of advice on what should get fixed / prioritised. Sanjeev - I am truly grateful for your assitance and for taking the time to assist a stranger! May you and your business be tenfold and let me not forget to say, that your crew at the car wash cleaned my car until it sparkeled. Not an inch of dirt was found! Thank you to you and your amazing team and especially to you for all your assistnace. 12 / 10 service!!!!!

Forced to come here as Speedy in Sunninghill Center had closed. Pathetic service in comparison, they took 20 minutes just to wash, then I was not happy with the fact that they are working so slow, and the supervisor then comes out and starts to help them dry the car, he has keys sticking out both pockets and proceeded to lean against the car all while his keys are rubbing against the car. I told him about it and then because I questioned him, he stopped helping. How can a car wash supervisor not understand about paint work care and how not to damage paint work. Truly pathetic service.

This car wash is a hidden gem in an undercover parking area. The service and standard set by the owner (Sanjeev - if im not mistaken) shows he has a passion for this business especially when he gets down and dirty helping staff wax and polish cars. Professional, high quality service with phenomenal customer service experience. My new favorite car wash! Safe and secure , there is a seating area, toilets, smoking area and plenty of food outlets and bars one floor up.

One of my favorite places to get my car washed. They do a fantastic clean and they have a little office which makes me feel a bit better about giving them my car keys and doing my work there while they work on my car. At other car washes I feel like I have to be very vigilant. I also like the fact that they are based in the basement so you don’t have to wait in the sun and they have a proper seating area with tables and chairs to wait at.

They work very quickly and use quality soaps and waxes. I wasn't very happy with the way that they cleaned the inside of my car as they missed half the dashboard. Their pricing is not the best. These are small issues which they can easily resolve, however ensure that you check your vehicle when leaving as the lights on their premises are deceiving as they are too dim for proper inspection.

The square car wash sunninghill could remove the sting of seafood from my car boot and back seats as my kids spilt the whole tray of prawns In my car the service I received was so professional and with a smile. My car had to stay there for 2 hours they kindly dropped me home and picked me up at no extra cost. Would recommend them to anyone. Rock on square car wash

This to me is the best Carwash in JHB. In the short time I built a nice relationship with the Owner. He is on top form and the service that you get is unbelievable to be honest. Best wash and service I received from this Business. Found the place I'll bring my car to everytime. They assisted me to get my wiper sprayers unblocked no problem and works 100 now. Definitly would recommend this spot to anyone looking to get a good clean for their car woth the best service!

Such a lovely non expensive experience, I had a mini valet, my ten year old car looks and smells brand new. I was offered a free drop off and pick up while i waited. They made sure every last spec of dust was clean and the service was so friendly. Great work ethic.

The staff at The Square Car Wash are so helpful! I had the worst stains on my car seat which they managed to get out. I also had a horrible dent on my rear bumper that they managed to get out at an affordable price. 5stars for quality service and convenience!

Brilliant service! Staff are friendly and really go the extra mile by paying special attention to detail. Over and above the wash, had my headlights polished using their signature brand Turtle Wax. Two months on and they still look crystal clear.
