There are a lot of pet stores around LA but Urban Pet is always the #1 place I go for all of my pup’s supplies. We’ve been bringing our dog here since she was 3 months old and every time has been a wonderful experience. Everyone we encounter here is welcoming to us and our dog, they’re knowledgeable and always take time to give our dog treats and attention if they’re not busy with other customers. We love their loyalty program and will continue to come back!

Amazing selection and I went a little overboard but that's a good thing. I'm curious about the new foods but sadly the staff was non existent nor friendly. I would be back just because I love my dog enough to spoil him but I'm no fan of the staff. I spent the majority of my time reading the labels because there wasn't much help. But if you're looking for a great selection of delicious foods for your little baby then there's no other place I'd recommend.

The Urban Pet is nice! I strongly suggest that you do yourself and your dog a favor and call Zack! He really knows his stuff and believe me.They've got two locations with friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a huge selection of supplies for our dogs. I usually go there to get some food for my dog and my dog is developing more with this food and is more healthier than ever before.The staff is VERY helpful and friendly.

Always a fun place; dogs wandering around to greet us. Only the highest grade crunchies, like Orijen & Acana. My cats love Weruva, including Truluxe Mediterranean Harvest. I've been keeping my cats tip-top with Urban Pet for years. Close to Erewhon; not far from Blick. All on the #14 route. I'm going to Blick for prismacolors tomorrow; walking over to Urban Pet for 20 more cans. After that? Qui sait?

I always fancy Urban Pet on Beverly at Gardener: right near my belovèd Erewhon, which has utterly transcendental local lattuca right out of Jacques Tati's "Mon Oncle": irresistible. And the Coke Farm tiny tomatoes: umami with hints of honey. Urban pet carries Wellness & Weruva. Even Weruva hinokl & green tea kitty litter. No stink, only sweet scents of the tea ceremony + the forests of Japan.

Excellent service and products! I'm new to LA and immensely thankful I recently found this establishment. I was before going to another pet store with healthier options for pets but the food selection was not great and the food products often stale. At Urban Pet, the food I purchased is so much fresher and the welcoming staff support can't be beat. THANK YOU URBAN PET.

Misadvertising. On this Google business they clearly state that they selling puppies, while they don't. It's only pet supplies store, no life animals there. However, they trick customers visit they store based on false statement "puppies sale" and than sending them to their puppy sellers (don't know who would it be, someone clearly they have interest in)

Very lovely aesthetic. Theres a koi pond amd a seating area inside. Many natural products I to chose from. Designated parking on right side of the building. No public restroom and the park has their restrooms closed. We drove nearly 2 hours to come here and to be unable to use the restroom in am emergency is my deciding factor to not return.

We favor this Pet Shop! Exceptional things for every animal and mind boggling costs too. Also, obliging people. Every request I expected to present, they answered without even batting an eye, so that shows that they comprehend what they are doing. If you haven't been to this Pet Shop beforehand, it's a spot to take a gander at!

Large store with a lot if different snack options and treats. Parking in the back. $25 wellness check with sweetest Doc, Concepcion. Usual teeth cleaning includes wellness physical check $140. Second and 4th Sundays. Teeth cleaning area is up the stairs in the loft area. Located across from Pan Pacific Park (dog friendly).

This pet store is amazing. As a cat parent they have so much for our cats from speciality food to grooming care. Staff are knowledgable and super helpful. We have a fussy cat who does not like all foods and we were told we could return the kibble if our cat did not like. 5 stars - would recommend to any pet owner

Great store with many options. The prices are a little crazy. But there are done good deals. And if you live in the location it's convenient. But for food and typical tails things I always go to a chain. Which I hate doing, but it saves me money. But still like to support these guys.

Just started training at Urban Pet. This place is great! The staff are beyond helpful and super nice! The classes are reasonably priced, and our puppy already knows some basic commands. Just after one class! They foster a real sense of community which is nice in this vacuous city.

Loving this place, great selection in food for my dogs and the staff is surprisingly knowledgable and helpful. Downside, the Urban Pet seems a bit on the pricy side, that said, the extra money is probably well spend for dealing with staff who actually knows about the products.

This is a cool little pet store. I appreciate they have samples of dog snacks for you. They also house a studio upstairs that takes "Furtographs" definitely recommend that. There's also a huge park across the street which is dog friendly (not off leash though)

This place has a great selection of cute dog products. One star deducted because they are pretty pricey, but if that isn't much of a concern for you, this place would be a doggie heaven! I like to get my baby treats and toys here occasionally.

5 stars for the gorgeous layout. I came with friends to pick up some prints. I know little of the services offered but the seating area by the koi pond is a nice touch. Designated parking to the right of the building and open on Sundays

THEY HAVE A BIG PARKING LOT! They are new in that location but as soon as you go in, it's well worth it. High/middle price range, but really good products. The guy behind the counter was very helpful & nice.

Stopped in here on a stroll and picked up some toys for my dog back home. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The store selection was extensive in fact I wasn't expecting this much when I came in.

We love this shop. Zach and his staff are truly there to help you show your pet the love that they deserve. Today, we were in for teeth cleaning. They took such good care of our little kitty.

They have the best cat section of any pet store I have been to in LA. They have these little knit catnip toys and I gift them to all my friends with cats and of course, my little cats.

I needed to get a name tag for my cat and surprisingly, the price was more affordable than competitors. The staff was friendly, as well as helpful. All in all good experience.

While this shop is more of a boutique experience, the environment is comfortable and the staff are very easygoing. They were informative and helpful with any questions I had.

Everyone is especially nice and ready to help. If your pet is with you, always treated like a king or queen (with a treat at the ready for them) come and have fun!

They have everything! Prices are a bit expensive but the have great sales if you can wait. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend.
