After spending a couple of thousand dollars on multiple items including a purse and a dog collar that was about $200 a bottle of perfume and a pair of sunglasses in one stop Well on a business trip to Kansas City Service in the store was great as far as I could tell. Until I realized that the sunglasses did not Sit nicely on my face. My idea is to give the sunglasses to my mother for her birthday. I politely called up and spoke to a man and a woman asking them to provide me simply with the bag with the dimensions and length of the rectangular box for the sunglasses as their policy is one bag per item but I purchased multiple items so the not so gentleman told me that he want to launch a full investigation into my purchase and that it would take a week I just called back again. And now I talk to a young lady who is just as rude and inconsiderate and don’t understand that not only did I spend thousands of dollars in that store Flip back in New York City my husband dropped $11,000 on a dragonfly Broach.. and these people want to give me a hard time about sending me a paper bag and I simply asked “I don’t understand why you just won’t give me a paper bag it’s not made of diamonds” I wasn’t even shouting or talking to her in a demeaning way I just could not believe the level of disrespect I was getting over a simple bag! This is the kind of thing that is so petty that it is going to make a great brunch story to all my friends and every time Tiffany and Company comes back up in a conversation for the rest of my life Thank you for the Tiffany blue macaroons thank you for the little book you gave me I think it’s very sweet I enjoyed the people in your shop but apparently the people picking up the phone or absolutely ridiculous trying to make an investigation over a paper bag which cost about $.15 to make I even offered to pay for it and she said it was against their store policy so now I get to just hand my mother a Tiffany blue box with no bag . In New York City my parents and my husband have spoiled me with Tiffany dishes dog items, jewelry and charms my entire life. So absolutely disappointed that my relationship with this company is now severed all over a paper bag

My husband and I, have long been customers of Tiffany & Co., maybe around 9-10 years now. Any jewelry we buy, whether it be for anniversarys, birthdays, or holiday gifts, is from here, including my engagement and our wedding rings. Customer service is always professional when we visit this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, I feel like the complimentary services like ring cleaning has changed and am quite disappointed with the time it takes to simply clean your ring. I am not sure exactly how busy this place is, but we dropped by on a Sunday to see if I could clean my ring as we were in the area running errands. We were told an hour... Before, we'd visit the Tiffany & Co. in Indianapolis and ring cleaning took as short as 10-15min. I can understand if such policies have changed since the time we purchased my ring or maybe it was because they were busy?! (Not many customers in store at the time requested) but I had hoped to get my ring clean without having to wait an hour. I also believe you get what you pay for and if we are going to invest several thousands, the service should be superb. We left disappointed as we didn't have the time to stick around.

I requested a $32k engagement ring to be transferred to view before purchase. They called me, left a message saying it arrived, I thought great, I’ll check it out this weekend. I arrived that same weekend, as we had planned, only to find out they shipped the ring somewhere else and did not even bother to give me a courtesy call saying it left. Don’t waste your time here at the KC store as they clearly are not concerned about you. Lastly, I was warned moving forward I won’t be “allowed” to transfer rings to see before purchasing without a deposit - insinuating I had actually done something wrong by attempting to see a $32k ring before committing to purchase it. I frequently purchase luxury brands, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc and have in fact already purchased 2 rings from Tiffany’s for over $22k - I’m not a “window shopper.” I’m so furious and disappointed with how they treated me. I just can’t believe it. I’m going to really have to think about if I want to return to a different Tiffany store someday. Until then, I am most certainly purchasing elsewhere for this next ring I’m purchasing.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here on 6/3/19 with Becky C. It was our second anniversary and I have always dreamed of owning a piece of Tiffany & Co. jewelry so he surprised me by taking me. We live 3 hours away from the nearest T&C so I had no idea what to expect. I was blown away by customer service we experienced. It didn’t matter to Becky how much we were spending, she was just focused on providing a great customer experience. She offered us drinks to celebrate our anniversary so showed me whatever I wanted to see. The piece we ended up picking out was a small necklace with 2 small icon iconic Tiffany tags on it. She explained the process to clean and care for it thoroughly and packaged it up beautifully. I would rather drive the 3 hours to this T&C than go to any of my local jewelers. Thank you Becky!

If you are looking for a nice gift for your SO go ask for Kim. My husband went in the store knowing minimal about jewelry and with Kim’s help, they knocked it out of the park. My husband was off that day and went in in running errands clothing. My husband said Kim treated him no differently than if he would have walked in from work in his suit. Kim was very professional and even helped him get around swiping a card for me to find a credit card or bank transaction. It was a complete surprise. Very satisfied customers.

I decided I wanted to see what Tiffany & Company had to offer. Immediately upon entering the store a sales associate approached me and asked what I was looking for this evening. I definitely was in the market and intended on purchasing something that particular day. After I explained what I was looking the sales associate seemed uninterested and proceed to speak with another couple. She came back around and showed me a few options but her primarily focus was clearly on the other costumers.

Drew is the best here at KC Tiffany's! He is very kind, attentive and most of all, very sincere, not like any salesperson. He got a talent to make you feel really comfortable. I have been helped by Drew many times and every single time, I am there with him, I feel very comfortable to shop around and he has excellent eyes to help me to decide what looks good for me. He is also my husband's favorite person to get a help for the gifts for me.

Ok, so you know how when you walk into a high end store and the sales people look at you like "why is SHE in here? She can't afford any of this!" Well, unfortunately as an African American, I DO! My wife needed a necklace chain repaired so we stopped in. When ahead and purchased a replacement chain and have the original sent off for repair. The staff was courteous and got us setup with what we needed. There wasn't any pressure from anyone trying to sell, like you'll experience in some places. Next time I'm in the market for a special gift I'll be visiting this Tiffany & Co. store.

I was on edge going to the location due to hearing some places in the plaza tend to follow people of color in there establishment. The moment I walked in I was greeted and Karri, helped me with my first time purchase at Tiffany&Co. I felt welcomed, I was comfortable to explain my budget and not once did I feel overwhelmed. I will definitely be returning in the future.

This is the most wonderful shop here on the Plaza. Beautiful pieces, welcoming client advisors, and sometimes, a refreshing drink is offered! While looking at some of the negative reviews, most of them do not understand the store policy, or just plain being snobby. Seriously guys, come on! In the end, Tiffany and Co. will continue to earn my buisness!

I ordered the wrong bracelet on line 3 days till Christmas I was not in good gift giving shape. We don’t have a location in town so a 2.5 hour drive it was. Very glad I did. Drew is the best! I went in trying to replace a bracelet that was stolen and is no longer sold at Tiffany. He worked so hard to help me recreate my bracelet. He was so understanding when I was really picky and specific. The store did not have what I picked out, but he got it sent to me so fast! I will always be asking for Drew on future visits!

Tiffany will sell you their jewelry fast but has a terrible policy on repairs with very poor unwelcoming customer service. Be aware of their repair policy on missing diamonds or stones before purchase. Your memory of celebration and happiness will cost you more down the road, with questionable jewelry quality that they won't stand behind.

Awful company and even more terrible customer service! For claiming that they offer quality products that people pay a higher priced amount for they shouldn’t break within one day of being fixed and then told that they won’t do anything about it. Been a loyal customer of Tiffany’s for years and will never shop there again.

In store service is great. Sales reps are professional and nice. However, if it turned into service orders that go to their NY service center, things changed. Your order will be slow and delayed. Covid19 is part of reasons, but why other jewelry stores can catch up and have a quick service lead time , but not Tiffany's?

My friends and I were in KC and on a whim stopped in the store. We were in shorts, ball caps and flip flops for our drive back to DSM. The staff still cheerfully greeted us and provided us with great service. Kudos to the staff for not judging us by our appearance and providing us with an excellent shopping experience!
