I would give Zales in Zona Rosa zero stars if that was possible. My fiancé and I have had nothing but issues with Zales ever since purchasing my engagement ring about a year ago. We ended up buying my wedding band at Zales too and they sized my ring too small then tried to stretch it back out making it too thin so I asked them to send it back because the band looked so thin that it could break. Once they finally got it back (almost 2 months later when we were told it would only be 1 week tops, by the actual store manager) they never called to tell me it was in until I filed a complaint, then the store manager called me. He said they did get it back but that it didn’t pass their “quality test” so he had to order me a entirely new ring and get that in the store then send it back out to have it sized smaller. They have made mistake after mistake and never once apologized or offered anything to make it right. The manager told me “we expedited shipping to make this right for you.” When it’s THEIR fault there’s been so many issues! They should be expediting shipping! So I got my wedding band back almost 2 months later (wedding is in less than a month away so they were pushing it on time.) Also, the employees at the Zona Rosa location are ALWAYS rude and have made excuse after excuse to justify their terrible service. And the quality of their rings aren’t the best compared to other places. I finally got my wedding band back today and we will never purchase anything from Zales or Zales Outlet ever again. If you go on their BBB there are so many complaints! Please, do yourself a favor and go across the street to Kay Jewelers, or even Helzberg.

I bought an engagement ring and wedding band in May, didn't need much help, the price and requirements of my fiancee were met. In June we went back to get the rings resized and found out that Zales had lost all of my fiancee's previous purchases, the staff was rude when she brought in about 25 previous purchases to be examined and put back in the system, which they then refused to do. They did not have the rings done when said they would be. When the rings were ready, as well as a missing blue diamond warranty repair to be picked up, Annette the manager dealt with us poorly as only one of the rings was resized and the tri-color ring missing a blue diamond came back with a poor repair and a green diamond was missing before it ever got back to us! Also, the ring that was resized was the wrong size (still too big). So tonight we decided to get another band for the other side so when we hit our 5 year wedding anniversary then she will have both sides. With intention to buy a ring, Brittany, was upfront rude and did not have any intention on helping us, claiming that we were rude customers. Thanks to her insults and unwillingness to let us help her commission, I returned the $2000 set of rings and we walked across the street to Helzberg diamond where they were happy to help and we happily spent $5000 worth of jewelry. Thanks Helzberg!

I had worked with Zales to custom design my wedding band prior to COVID-19. I had to send my engagement ring away in February for them to custom fit my wedding band with it. We were contacted on a Saturday that Zales would be closing and that having my ring sent back to me wasn't an option even though we offered to pay for overnight shipping via FedEx. We then thought okay maybe we just stick it out and keep forging ahead. It has been 5 months. To this very day, I have received no communication that I will receive my ring back at all. They want nothing to do with me. They are holding something that means so much to me hostage. Every other company has been so great with customer service during these trying times. I can't believe how poorly Zales is treating their customers. I also read an article that was published over the weekend that they have been working tirelessly with customers to get their custom orders back so I reached out after reading this article and they still will not return my ring. If you want to be treated like a decent human being, please do not use Zales for a custom order as there is no guarantee you will see your jewelry again. Protect yourself and your jewelry.

Went in to look at upgrading my wedding ring. Jeff was so helpful absolutely 100% understanding of my budget and that I was nervous about the sentimental value of my current ring. BUT the store manager David kept dropping by and sticking his nose in the sale and he was terrible, he did not care about my budget or what I wanted. I decided I wanted a day to think on it before pulling the trigger and David kept ignoring what I was saying. While I was getting Jeff’s card and he was being understanding David told my husband to convince me today to buy it. This is the rudest sleeziest thing he could have done. I feel so disrespected, my feelings did not matter just that I was spending money. I probably would have purchased with Jeff had David not given me such a bad experience. I really feel bad for Jeff not getting his commission but David just left a terrible terrible taste in my mouth I probably won’t be buying jewelry anytime soon. David the store manager is probably better equipt to sell used cars.

Here's the review: I walked over to kill time and figured I'd stop in and see what they had. Walking in, I was surprised by how well I was greeted. I've been in other jewelry stores and have never gotten such a great welcome. Soon after, Rachelle came over and gave me a tour of the offerings, and we had some get to know you conversations and arrived at the ring pairing you'll find in the attached images. She helped me connect my story to my diamonds, which was super amazing. So, we chose the one I loved and got everything all set up for that special purchase to arrive just in time for our 8 year anniversary. So, there you have it, my review. Gotta say, this is a no for me. It’s the closest to us since the one in St. Joseph closed. I went in to get an anniversary bang and the sales rep was horrendously unprofessional, rude, and just completely uninterested in helping. Their whole system was completely stressful in the amount of emails I got. The day it arrived in store to pick up I got 5 emails saying I needed to pick it up or they were going to return it. Then an email someone had picked it up because they misplaced it and just put it as picked up. I showed up to pick it up and they had no idea where it was. Micheal was extremely nice but the other saleswomen didn’t even get off her phone a single time I was there. Overall just extremely stressed by their operation skills and will be going to a different zales for all other ring inspections

Worst jewelry buying experience ever! Do not waste your time going to this place. Just walk across the street to Helzberg. The Zales manager and employees are extremely rude to every customer. They made it clear they do not want customers when Brittany actually said she couldn't wait for us to leave when we went to buy a wedding band. Plus, when you have a problem with your jewelry, they will blame you. My wedding and engagement rings were sent for resizing, after 4 weeks they came back with the engagement ring done at the wrong size and the wedding band not resized at all. Another 3 color diamond ring was sent out to have a blue diamond replaced and it came back missing a green diamond. Insulting and Incompetent are the only appropriate descriptions for this store.

My husband and I went to this store 11/5/21. They opened late, the store wasn’t ready and there was a line. The lady who helped us was clearly in a hurry she didn’t want to take the time to sit with us. We had ordered a ring online but wanted to look at more while we were there to make sure we picked the correct one. The sales lady just wanted us to sign for our ring and go. She told us well, you have 30 days if your not happy with it. I realize that’s their policy but if you had a chance to up sale at that point why wouldn’t you you? what good sales person wouldn’t take the chance to do so? So disappointed with this store we will never go back.

Horrible customer service. Unless you get the manager. Went in to have my rings inspected and waited for about 10 minutes (Which is fine) because both employees were helping other customers and the old lady behind the counter had acknowledged that it would be a minute. When the old lady finally finished with her customer, I started walking towards her and she instead started helping her friend that just walked in the door. Waited about 5 more minutes and she refused to acknowledge us waiting, so we left. I always have a problem with the staff here unless I somehow get the manager.

I had an awful experience at this location. I ordered some jewelry online, and just came by to pick it up. Both the manager and the sales associate were helping someone when I walked in, and told me they’d be right with me. Other than that, I was the only other person in the store. Finally after 30 minutes, the sales rep finished up with her first customer, but then starts attending to a couple who walked in 20 minutes after me! I ended up waiting an hour to be helped. Employees here do not care about who comes in first. I will find somewhere else to do my business in the future.

I had a horrible experience at this store. I had to get my ring repaired and received awful customer from the store manager. He was very rude to me and I didn't feel like he valued me as a customer. I did receive great customer service from Molly and another gentleman at another time. They were both very helpful and understanding. However I was treated so poorly by the manager that I will not return to this store. If you have an issue I would suggest calling Zales customer service. They were much more helpful.

I went in to Zales (located in the Zona Rosa Town Center) with a couple of pictures of engagement rings that I had found on their web sight. The young lady that we talked to looked at the pictures and automatically said they did not have them. Instead of trying to help us with anything similar she just looked at us like we were wasting her time. We ended up going across the street and was greeted and helped by a couple of nice ladies and we walked out after purchasing a bridal set.

I have no issues with the store directly. Beauriful store and we'll kept with very knowledgeable employees. All I needed was one prong on my ring flattened back to normal, and it cost me $20. My ring isn't expensive. I paid $80 for it, so I didn't quite like the price of what I had to pay for the one prong. I'd go back if I needed work done on a more expensive piece. I don't wear any of my expensive jewelry since they're mostly heirlooms, and I'm so scared of losing them.

Raschell at the Zona Rosa store was excellent. She greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and ask if she could help. What was really impressive about Raschell, she continued to wait on me when another customer, that was in a hurry, tried to get Raschell to take care of her business. Raschell politely told the other customer she would be with her in a moment and continued with me. Excellent customer service! Thank you Raschell! You were fantastic!

Michael took great care of my husband and I today when we came in to pick out a wedding band and have diamonds replaced in my wedding ring. He was super helpful when helping me decide on my band, and not pushy in any way. He showed me detailed shots on the microscope of what my ring looks like, and explained the unique numbers that are associated with the diamond. I have a better understanding and appreciation for my jewelry after visiting Zales!

He was very informative and knowledgeable on everything about the whole process from sizing, material weight, and financing details. Then he asked what we had in mind I showed him some pictures of what I had found online and he was able to find the perfect ring and band in store. Horrible help inside this place, They don't even know how to place special orders on their own computer system and they don't call you when your order arrives for pick up. I will not be back to this location. Also "male sales associate", lets just say id rather poke out my own eyeball or die a slow painful death than have to communicate with him again.

The staff was very nice but it took close to two months for my ring to get back to me after being resized and in just two weeks the ring had fallen to pieces. We took it back to the store, and got it back in one month only for it to happen again in a few days. Another jewelry store is handling my ring from now on.

Sales associate was very short and rude to me. Went in to purchase the 4 day special pendant and the associate told me there were out and dint offer to order one online till another associate told her she could. I chose not to deal with her since she was rude and her tone was not very nice.
