Tiffany and her staff are great! A few years ago, I sold off my car in SF and Allstate abruptly canceled my umbrella insurance because I no longer had automobile insurance. Tiffany and State Farm were willing to sell me an inexpensive non-owner auto insurance policy so that I could maintain my umbrella insurance coverage. I had called around to multiple insurance companies, and no one else was willing to do this for me, except Tiffany and State Farm. And they did this for me despite the fact that my homeowner insurance was still with Allstate! Tiffany and her staff are the best!

Was helped by Wesley, who was very calm and attentive to my particular situation, not to mention quite relaxing with whom to talk. Before calling the office, I had been dreading sorting out a cohort of insurance policies, but Wesley's competence and smooth FM radio show host voice was comforting to the point were I began to enjoy the State Farm calls, ironically like the commercials said I would. When there was an unforeseeable policy complication from my end, Wesley involved the right people at the office and it was all sorted out quickly.
