I live beside this location so tbh the employees are very lazy, careless and unprofessional. I had many bad experiences as I go everyday. Being tired of often missing ingredients which most of the time I let it go. Unprofessional because I went at 2pm and they were out of soup and i asked will you have more now or later and she said no, once we are out we don't make more. This is the first time Hortons that employees are like illiterates and imbeciles. Just 10min ago I asked for double toasted and she gave me black bagel so I went back and instead of apologizing she said you wanted like this, then I told her to take a bite and she got angry for making another one. I worked at Tim west island before but never seen careless employees like this one. The manager must be high all the time to not notice all this issues. I came here because it's happening every second day now. My recommendation would be to check everything before leaving and don't go if you want soup coz if they are out of soup they won't make it a second time P.S To the owner, please don't send me the copy past reply that you do to everyone, instead I would appreciate if you actually sit and read all the reviews and talk to your staff about these repeating mistakes that is happening. I have no time to go fill a guest form if you want changes do it by reading peoples complain. Your employees are nothing just friendly and that's the only reason I let it go till now. Hope you do care.

Worst Tim Hortons EVER! Ordered from drive-in, took a French Vanilla and the women that is preparing it, ended up over-filling the cup and since she could no put the lid on, she took her dirty hand and actually took off the access amount with her hand. Instead of pouring the access amount off. On top of that, when I saw that, I told her to make a new one. She then gives me attitude saying, why should I give another one. I already made it. I ended up paying for it, she gave me another one, and told me CAN YOU JUST PAY! Will never go back AGAIN. The workers there NEED MANNERS, RESPECT. The whole staff needs to be fired and new employees need to work there. This is not the first time, inside is even worst. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! Go to another Tim Hortons. Unless you want dirty people touching your food and drinks.

If I could've given 0.5 or no stars I would!!!!! This is one of the worst Tim Hortons I've been to in all of Canada!! I went there on a weekend night and the services was HORRIBLE. The staff has no knowledge on customer service nor do they have any politeness. My mother asked for a donut and the girl who was serving us just stared at her with this dumbfounded look. I had to then LOUDLY REPEAT the kind of donut and actually POINT to where it was located. This was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never be returning. Also the chocolate chip muffin I had was stale and tasted like it had been sitting there for more than one day. Not to mention the cleanliness of the place. Does anyone there know how to change a garbage or even use a broom?? Disgusting and disappointing.

The WORST TimHortons you can possibly find in Montreal. The employees are careless specially the Queen of carelessness at the window is sooooo rude, she took the payment of 31$ and kept telling me “ok bye bye” and she didn’t even give me my order!!!! She gave me 2 out of 6 drinks and told me bye i said where is the rest? Her colleague came in and started preparing the order and even so i had to go inside for a missing drink… i donno what’s wrong with her or all these employees are just careless and when someone ask for the drinks u paid fo, they tell u to go away!!!??? Tim Hortons employees are careless and should not be hired!!!! What a waste of a business!!!!

This location does become very busy in the early morning. It's a great location for those on their way to work. Service is excellent, but the volume of cars makes it hard to navigate the drive-thru, but it is still manageable.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I have been going to this Tim since the opening, for years. It's on my way to work so it's easy to grab a coffee. With the years, the service got worst until today, where I decided to never come back. I don't know if the management are incompetent so they hire unskilled people or don't give proper training for the new ones or they just don't care about their employees. I took me 7 minutes to get a black coffee with two milk and cream on the side. (I was with the employee the whole time). All of them were lost and looking for everything and nothing was prepared, the milk, the cream, the coffee machine.

First employees need to listen to the order and stop being lazy. 5 employees behind, maybe it’s because I spoke English and it’s such a confusing language! Lazy, how about let one employee make the orders and send another to clean. I don’t know how these places stay in business. People needs to start speaking up. This is at 8am and the shop is not busy enough to have gotten this filthy in the morning. No clean tables, coffee all over the floor and that disaster in the photos along the windows.

Cashier doesn’t know what an Ice Cap is... had to say it completely in French. they also didn’t put wip cream and I had to ask for it, and I had to point out like the picture. After they add on the whip cream, they gave me a flat lid since they ran out of higher lids. When they could’ve put it in an upper sized cup to not squish the whip cream... The garbage cans are full and overflowing, plus the place is filthy and it was a Sunday noon. I guess I’m coming back here. Disappointing experience. Maybe that’s the experience they want me to leave with?

They asked all the cars to park which is annoying because you want your stuff right the way at the window. Today the parking lot was full of cars and they don’t bother to look at the side of the store, leaving me waiting in my car just 2 sandwiches for almost 20mins. Don’t ask your customer to park if you don’t even look for the car.All you care about is your drive through timer, lesser the time spend at the window the better score you get, never mind the real customer experience. Lol

Honestly this place is a disgrace. The cashier I dealt with was extremely rude and stupid (came around 2pm on a Thursday). The employees have no regard for hygiene. They don't even have a full menu here (or the menu panels were messed up). The cashier didn't even know about the sandwhich + donut + coffee combos. What a joke. I was also annoyed by the kids behind me who were very pushy and rude too. Maybe this whole area is just bad. I just left without buying anything.

I don’t know if it’s Tim Hortons that’s hiring bad people or you’re just getting bad luck with stupid employees I highly do not recommend going here.

Finally a great experience going through this drive thru. A courteous and smiling young man! It is always nice start to the day to see someone smiling…the food was hot and actually given to me in a bag. Thanks to this young man, I will be back. (It was a Saturday morning at approximately 10)

A regular TH but not sure why this store is so dirty. It smells bad as you walk in and the tables, floor and chairs are absolutely filthy. Can’t complain about the service and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Waited 15min for a coffee only to find out that they had forgotten about me! One employee was doing it all while trying to train two new employees. He should not have been training two at the drive though when it was as busy as it was. But, I’m sure the manager was enjoying themselves self because they were nowhere to be seen!

I came here while waiting in line for my son's passport. The staff are nice, the lady who took my order was friendly, perfectly bilingual and my food was prepared quickly with no issue. The bathrooms are kept very clean compared to the average fast food restaurant. After several bad experiences, I don't expect much from Tim Hortons restaurants anymore but this location surprised me.

The cofee is not as good as on my country. I tried all there. Star bucks and tim horton are the same. All have the same smell, and taste. No matter you order. All people are used to buy drinks there, but they dont know what they are missing. Just go to the balcan and you will remember me. The food in general here in canada is BAD. This is one of the things I miss from my country.

The service was okay. What concerns me was the lack of hygiene. There were a lot of flies and more than one walking over the food (muffins, doughnuts, etc.). I pointed it to the staff but they didn't show any concern about it. Obviously I didn't buy anything for eating as I intended, I bought a coffee and left. I don't think I'm coming back to this Tim Horton.

First of all, we've waited a long time to receive the order, and then they gave us the wrap sandwich with the fries they forgot to put our coffee with the order so we turned back to take the coffee, and this is the amount of the fries and they forgot to put mayonnaise or any sauce or napkin very bad service honestly I'm disappointed from Tim Hortons

Hands down the best Tim's I have ever been to. I usually get 1 or 2 coffees thru the drive thru - they are super efficient, multi lingual, always smiling and never have to wait more than a minute even with 5 or more cars ahead.......simply the best and much appreciated :-)

I really want to call out an employee Yasseen. He was such a delight. I asked for a bagel and he served it with a smile. His warm nature was shining through! This Tim Horton’s is a disgrace. I went in at 5:45 in the morning. The bathrooms were a horror show. Garbages were full to overflowing. The whole place was absolutely filthy! I actually threw out my doughnut as I felt sick after seeing the state of the place. They had just opened

The bakers don't wear gloves. They would use their bear hands to handle food. I asked an employee is this normal ? She replied she doesn't know. So be careful . Matter of time you can get allergies or what.

I’m being generous by giving them a 1 star if i could give them a 0 i would. WORST customer service ever, staff are clueless they don’t even know how to make a coffee. There was a huge line but had two cash open and the staff work on one coffee at a time.
