Without fail this tim Hortons regularly disappoints. It's unfortunate because this is a small yet nice location. There are always lots of people working yet It takes forever to get served and when you do finally get your food there is often a problem with the order. If it's not a problem with your order, it's a problem with the order of the person in front of you. It's also not uncommon to see someone return their order because it was wrong and come back upset again because the replacement order was still wrong. There can be nobody in line in front of you and it still takes 15-20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Here are just a couple of examples from my recent visits: - I ordered potato wedges, I got a ½ full container with soggy potato wedges and was told that was the serving - I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, the bagel had so little cream cheese you would think it's butter - I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon, they forgot the bacon. When I went back for my bacon they made me a new bagel with bacon, but almost no cream cheese. - I ordered an iced coffee with no ice, they filled the cup ½ full and told me that was the serving if you don't take ice. - coffee is often burnt This location does not respect recommended serving sizes. Don't expect to receive the food you ordered based on what you saw in the photos on the menu because you will be disappointed. I have reached out to Tim Hortons customer service multiple times and they say the same thing every time: it's a franchise and they will pass the information on to the franchisee and they will get back to you....but they never do.

Waited in a long line up in the drive-thu (not a problem as it was rush hour after work), & once at the ordering screen, I hear a barely intelligible, strongly accented and bored "allo?", as if someone was answering a personal call vs the typical business greeting. I said my coffee order clearly (in french), and I got a mumbled reply which I didn't understand, so I said (in french), I didn't understand you, but I will repeat, to which I then repeated my simple coffee order. I think he asked if I wanted anything else, to which I said no thank you, that is all. I drove to the window to where a woman held a small carton of milk and a coffee and asked in a bored, I'm dead inside voice and attitude, if this was my order, I said no and repeated my coffee order, she then put the milk carton aside and handed me the coffee, I was holding my Tim's points card to try to have her scan it, she didn't even look at me while she held out the debit machine out the window, I had to get her attention to let her know I wanted her to scan my card, she then scanned it quickly (it didn't make any sound, I don't even think it actually registered), then I paid for the coffee by paypass. I left not even trusting that my coffee order was correct, or knowing if I was charged for the milk or not etc. This is a location on my way home from work in which, should the service had been even decent, I would have gladly continued to buy from there every day on my way home. I will definitely avoid this Tim Hortons in future.

I ordered through the mobile app for drive-thru, upon arrival at the window I was told "due to COVID, all orders are delt with inside", I find the drive-thru is more safe, especially if you have a mask on but they refused to serve through the drive-thru. When I entered the Tim Hortons I then had to wait in line for over 20 minutes with multiple people. This was somehow "the safest option". Finally I reach the counter, my order was two wraps and a latte. I am told the latte machine is broken, I could match the price of the latte with several regular coffees or I could request a refund, I requested a refund. They told me they could not give me a refund and that I would have to write a request on their app. By requesting a refund I was also not allowed to recieve my wraps. I walked out of the store $15 lighter and with nothing to show for it. I wrote an email to their help service, they claimed they would get back to within 2 working days. They did not. I wrote again, nothing. I wrote two more times and I was met with more silence. 12 days later, I was shown on the app that I was allowed to a receive a refund on the spot through the manager but they told me they could not.

If I could put a no star I would! I usually make big order at Tim and each time they would mess up my orders. Once I asked an employee to repeat the order I just made to ensure there will be no error this time around. She told me that she will not repeat it because it was already on the screen. I was livid. An other time, I ordered a large order and was missing a croissant. I told the employe that a croissant was missing. They told me that they gave me the order already and that they would not give me another croissant. I told them to pull up the receipt and you will see that indeed I purchased 5 croissants. He told me that he wants back the order to verify how much a had already received. As if I was looking to steal a croissant. Then when I asked for the manager’s name. He refused to give it to me. I will never order there again and I will see to it that something is being done because I left there with no apologies for portraying me as a stealer after realizing that indeed they did not give me 5 croissant.

Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons but the customer service is pretty bad at this location. Evening employee ask me drive back around and make the the line again because he did not take my order when I thought he did. I only asked for a small coffee too. I apologized to him for the confusion but he was adamant to punish me and do the line again. Another day the morning supervisor told me they did not take mobile orders in the drive through. App gives you the option to pick it up in the drive through. Supervisor demanded my friend to get in the back of the drive through line to place her order in the speaker again or get out of the car and walk in to pick up at the front desk. This was not in a polite manner. I try to avoid going to this location as much as possible. Other neighbors have advised me of similar experiences, so sad.

I never have a good experience getting food here. There’s never anything in stock, the employees never understand what we’re saying and it takes forever for a simple food order ( ex: a donut ). This morning I went in to order instead of drive thru and when the woman was taking my order, without saying anything, left. I was so confused and kind of disrespected. She didn’t even say excuse me. This other young man took my order but didn’t understand any english so I had to retell my order in French. Only giving it an extra star because at least the food is half way decent. Would not recommend.

Erm to be honest, this is probably the worst ever tim hortons that could possibly exist. Everytime i come here, they have no caprese like i wanted, no bread for my sandwich so i had to replace it with a tortilla, no choices of donuts nor timbits ANDDDD i asked for a cup of water and the employee charged me for a bottle??? of course i didn’t realize until he gave me the water bottle. then he dares to ask me if the bagel is too cooked??? like yeah man it’s burned come on. Anyways i would rate it a 0 stars if there was an option.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I've literally ever been to. Unfortunately I live nearby so I go on occasion for the sake of convenience. Without fail they get my order wrong every single time. They're usually rude aside from a few employees, and most of the time the person taking my order doesn't even know the menu! To add they're out of things all the time. If you can avoid this place, I recommend doing so.

Thé worst Tim Hortons in Montreal . Any time you come the drive through is extremely slow , waiting for 20-30 min. Crew is not trained properly, lots of mistakes with good even with coffees, Tim Hortons head office should really do something about this place , close it or throw the owner out. Seems like the store runs with no leadership, so sad for the employees cause they get yelled at , truth is it’s the employees fault they aren’t trained properly .

My original review (1 star) was 6 years ago, and unfortunately this establishment has not improved. Service is inexplicably slow (10-30 minutes for a coffee at the morning drive through), the restaurant is dirty, items are regularly not available, and the grounds are consistently littered in garbage. Tough to get a Tim Horton's wrong, but this one isn't ready for prime-time.

This is how they serve an extra large French vanilla. It's ALWAYS half full, but you pay the price of an extra large!! If I wanted a medium, I would have ordered a medium. The guy at the drive-thru was absolutely rude. It just may kill him to say HI to the customers This location on Victoria Street in Lachine is still horribly managed!! You NEVER get what you pay for, ever!

Bad services, waiting 15 mins for two sandwiches after I had the drinks(because they missing my sandwiches until I asked), and finally they gave me the wrong things, I had to go back inside for change, and I’m rushing for my son’s game! The people are sleeping, not focus on the job, I’m the big fans of Tim, but so disappointed this time!

They literally don’t understand the orders, every time I go there’s something wrong with what I order! Unable to speak either French or English. You want to be fast and go to the drive through ? Forget it they don’t talk if you don’t shout “Hi or Hello” in the mic. Just go somewhere else you’re wasting money.

I love that place so awesome. I go to it daily to buy coffee, hot chocolate so good but not 5 stars because I hope they would pay more attention while putting the timbits cuz last time I ordered 20 timbits I only got like 3 or 4 chocolate. But the rest is pretty good delicious highly recommended.

The service at this Tim Horton’s is terrible. Two times now I ordered soup from here, only to get home and see they gave me the wrong kind of soup I ordered. Also, the soups here are watered down and does mot seem to be the same quality as other locations.

Drive thru line can be long at peek hours, mostly during morning rush hour, but still rolls faster than McDonald's across the street. Want a coffee quick, choose Tim's over McDonald's. May occasionally get your order wrong in the drive thru.
