I decided to head over to purchase four medium iced coffees with an espresso shot. However, upon reaching the counter, the lady informed me that they were out of espresso. Disappointed but understanding, I asked if I could have less cream instead. As I placed my order, I made sure to mention that one of the coffees should have no sugar. After waiting patiently, I finally received my order, only to find that all of the coffees looked excessively milky. I specifically requested less cream, so I approached the lady to address the issue. Surprisingly, instead of apologizing, she remained defensive. I explained that I wanted iced coffee, not a milky beverage, and she asked me to park my car while she prepared a new one for me. I parked and waited for a couple of minutes until she returned. To my dismay, she handed me the exact same coffees as before. I kindly refused to accept them, but she insisted that someone else hand them to me. This person, named Navleen, was incredibly rude and insisted that I take a refund instead. I explained that I came to the establishment to get coffee, not a refund, as they had made the coffees too milky. To my surprise, she mentioned that they were even out of regular coffee. How unreasonable is that? Tim Horton's ran out of coffee and didn't bother to inform their customers. This location desperately needs new employees who understand how to handle customer complaints and provide adequate service. I am definitely not planning on returning to this location, as all they seem to do is display rudeness.

I wish if there is any negative stars which i can give to this time hortons. I frequently go at this tim at night around 1:30am. From last 3 days my order which I am getting is wrong. I do not have time to drive back and complain at store regarding this that is why I am adding this review. I ordered french vanilla with quarter coffee they gave me double double secondly i always order rocky road cookie and always mention them to warm it and i always repeat at drive through to warm it up i never get the cookie warmed . One fine day i ordered two and I got just one of them . Management must check the night staff they are not delivering orders properly.

Tim Hortons standard has lowered a lot specially in Brampton/missisauga stores, took a coke with meal, they filled with ice also, i asked them for no ice, replied, if with no ice quantity will be only 3/4 or may be less, asked them since when,replied thats policy, i said ok, took 15 min for dine in order, got cold potato wedges, needed to replace them, i dont have any more words for them, there name is just helping them run otherwise everything is ruined inside stores, supervisor was scolding employee for stock in back which they ran out, drive thru employees are smashing with each other in rush..

Visited the place on a weekday for a quick bite. Ordered a Blueberry Yuzu Quencher and a Chicken Cilantro Lime Loaded Wrap. Got the Quencher quickly but waited so much to get the wrap. The wait was worth because it was tasty and satisfying. The washroom was neat. The best thing about this place is that, it is very close to the Runway 05 of Toronto Airport and we can see a lot of planes sitting here. Really hoping to visit again soon.

I don’t normally waste my time rating fast food chains however today I thought needed one. This Tim’s location is horrible at taking correct drive thru orders. Not only did I speak slow but I clarified each item in my order and what went with my combo. I didn’t get all items in my order and on top of that the girl who took my order blamed me for the missing items. She was running around inside putting things in bags. How are you supposed to take a simple and accurate order when you’re running around doing other things. If you’re taking orders, ONLY take orders! I bet you the orders you take will me accurate.

There's a girl working at this tim horton I believe her name is Komal Sidhu..She is very racist towards Indian community even though she Is Indian herself.. A week ago I ordered a Ice coffee and she ruined it 3 times when I ask her to remake it then She was very rude towards me.. even today when I was at tim horton drive thru nobody was behind me and she did notice Its me again and she served me very rudely and literally ruined my morning. Bad service, waited 10 mins in the back of the parking lot for doughnuts, coffee, one wrap and a white milk. I had to come inside to remind them I was waiting. People who order inside get priority from what the staff told me. When they finally Brought it out they forgot half of my order. When I said something I thought the gentleman would of gotten both of my items (the milk and wrap) they forgot, instead he only gave me the wrap in a separate bag. I understand that in drive thru they have goals of how long a customer is to take the order to when they finish but I feel at this location they have multiple people at the drive thru window and rush you. They thrust the debit machine into your face expecting every customer is paying with debit and when you’re trying to put away your payment, they are thrusting your bags in your face. They don’t repeat your order at the speaker, they don’t give your total at the speaker, they just stop speaking until you move forward. Then they get your order wrong.

Very busy location, I've been the drive thru and dinein. Their drive thru is pretty quick on service. Their in doors is the same, however the food wasn't so great. My bagel was lathered in butter (you'd think I asked for extra butter). Service is nice, the staff always say good morning. Tables and floors remain pretty clean.

Shockingly, there was no manager on duty, and the supervisor struggled with English, making communication nearly impossible. Absolutely filthy. And when I approached the staff to tell them the stall requires attention, they blamed the "cleaning duties" on the other restaurant's staff. People beside us who said they frequent this place said its always like this, and that each restaurantconstantly blames the other. For the record, I was trying to change my son.... I did it on the table in the dining room instead.

I understand that they are in a rush in the morning with the long line ups, but this is unacceptable. I've had several bad experiences at this location, enough is enough. It's not worth waiting in line for this. Tim Hortons - located at the south corner of Dixie Road and Mid-Way boulevard. This Tim Hortons share the premises with Wendys. The service are quick even there is a long lineup inside. I was there just for a snack and coffee. The staff are working very fast on the orders. The restaurant is clean and well kept. A lot parking spaces.

The team member Amandeep Aujla taking drive thru orders do not how to deal with customers!!!! Her accent way of dealing is zero!!! Look into it !!!

My coffee was literally cold, I ordered turkey melt ( I saw on the screen) I got bread with cheese. Traffic was too big to come back. Not happy with this location. Edit: by the accident I visited this location one more time. Same story.. Vanilla latte with 2 sugar taste like black coffee, no nutella croissants., bad communication.

Great location to watch airplanes take off and land from YYZ. Located directly to the West of one of the major airplane runways. Seating area windows look on to runway across the road from the airport. Easy to get to, free parking. Grab a drink and a bite and watch the airplanes in comfort! Great place to bring kids

The store was empty and the drive through no line, at least 8 staff working .. took 8,5 minutes to prepare a sandwich.. there were 2 staff just chatting and the order waiting ... a customer had the same issue than me, he was very upset - I hope I do not need to use this facility again.
