This morning around 05:40 am, I was using drive-thru at this location to buy 1 medium double-double. When I reached to pick-up window, I have shown QR code (scan & pay) to the person working there. She had already charged me 6.34 CA$ for 1 medium double double. Then, I told her that it is just 1.91 CA$. Then, she said by mistake she places next order first. I didn't say anything to her and she refund me 3 CA$ in cash. Still I have paid 3.34 CA$ for 1 medium double- double. When I asked her for exact refund she took back 3 CA$ cash and did refund for 3.97 CA$ in my card and gave me receipt. Still it was 2.43 CA$ for me to buy 1 medium double-double. Then, I have left drive thru and parked my car in parking. Then I went inside the store and asked her for exact refund. Upon asking, she was blaming the POS system at Tim Horton's and got angry with me. Then, she did give me 50 cents in cash and I have left from there. After doing all this, I get my coffee in exact price only. I don't mind to pay as I was there to buy it. But in terms of appreciation or to show some regret on their mistake, they should reward something not just make exact calculations and make blunders. This is ridiculous service I have received from this Tim Horton's. First of all, when customer is struggling due to your fault at that time you should at least reward him/ her with something. Instead of that, people working here try to argue with customer and at the end of all the struggle customer has to make calculations for exact price. Wow!!! If customer is in hurry or don't check then they don't even listen to us and charge whatever they want to. I do understand anyone can make a mistake but it should be once not 3 times in just 5 minutes. On top of that, there is no reward just angry words from them. Manager or leader of this team need to teach their employees about customer service.

I asked for a WHITE hot chocolate and in the pictures you can clearly see that it’s not. I even stressed that on the speaker and who ever was taking the order clearly didn’t hear me. Then look at the amount they gave me. I ordered a large was they put a small in my cup smh. They need to stop rushing. They are making to many mistakes. To not be fast and still mess up makes no sense. Just master being correct first. I went back and the employee was telling me there no manager he left. I said left and weren’t where. He looks at me so lost like I was suppose to walk away. He said to another store. So I said ok then do you not have someone next in charge. Where the supervisor or is this location just run by employee only?? He said ok and then went and got her. She changed the drink but brought it to me still half full. Smh poor service.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. I've been coming here despite the rude behaviour of the staff at the driver thru window as it's close to my work place but today was another level. After my order of a coffee I asked that I'd like to recharge my Tim card as well, this girl at the window said I cannot do that as you have to say it while placing the order. I was quite, immediately she said "don't give me that look"! I don't know what look, maybe I was surprised and a bit disappointed but I didn't say a word! This is how they are trained by Tim Hortans? Pathetic behaviour as if they own the world. She didn't give me her name after asking multiple times. But this is one of the worst locations I came across and I've seen similar behaviour here multiple times. Saw other reviews too and it's not just me who has this experience. Astonished on what the level of customer service has become.

Just an average shop with very average layout but placed well in the middle of businesses and shopping areas to use as a catch up place. Services are usual mechanical where your service provider is more into counting the numbers and running through motions like a machine than serving you like a human being by considering himself as one as well. Wellcone to Tim Horton mechanical world where human feelings have gone missing rather gone to fishing with money making ventures. Cheers Canadians anyway

Ordered the beyond meat burger......they forgot to out the entire burger on the bun. When I went in to correct it everyone behind the counter, aside from the manager on duty who was genuinely trying her best, was just absolutely too lazy to do a damn thing about it. I was missing the side wedges as well and I should have checked the rest of the border as the "20" pack of timbits was also lacking a few things....like all the timbits I paid for! Something was wrong with almost every item of the order, the ice cap was melted, the grilled cheese had pickles on it for some reason. The coffees had cream instead of milk......and again, nobody behind the counter could have cared less. There were about 5 different orders ahead of mine getting corrected for the same mistakes. This is what happens when people aren't trained or paid properly.

We visited Tim Horton and the cashier accused me of having someone else Tim Card as I wanted to retrieve my Tim points that's over 2000 points. When I asked him to assist me with retrieving my points his attitude was NOT THE BEST. When the female cashier was trying to help me the male cashier started to talk in his language and the female cashier stopped helping me to get use of my points. I would never go back to this Tim Location. Tim Horton's taste and customer service have dropped drastically. This is crazy a Canadian franchise is going down in a bad way. I wish people would do what I am doing. Create a bad review, that will help people. Lost of people will read your comments. It can make someone else feel good that you're giving them the heads up.

Not impressed. Food was cold and mangled, and the cup leaked. Emailed customer service and they referred me back to the store. They attempted to call me once and didnt leave a message. I then went back to customer service who again referred me to the store. 6 weeks since the incident and they havent tried to contact me. Will avoid this particular store from now on. Also not impressed with customer service for passing the buck. Edit: I gave you two opportunities. Your customer service passed me off to the store both times despite me telling them the store was not contacting me. They said they couldn't control response times. I am not going to contact them a third time.

At 7:35 pm on Drivethru Ordered a Double Double and 20 Timbits. It took three tries for the person to understand Double Double and even after confirming 4 times the quantity of the requested varieties, the timbits were still assorted as per the choice of the server. I had to park outside and go inside to request for the correct items. The restaurant was really a mess as well. Seems like Tims doesn’t care about their quality anymore as my previous orders have also been messed up by drive-thru staff at this location. Sorry folks but this location really needs to improve their standards to match other Tims locations.

Customer service was 100% Great workers I was shocked when a lot of items weren’t available at all ! When ordering these items, the worker informed us that they didn't have anymore (everything croissant, Hashbrowns etc.) We ordered a lot of coffee and food. Because they ran out of everything croissant,we instead ordered the original croissant with eggs and cheese, but sadly, we were not toast at all. I mean they kinda were cold and the cheese wasn’t melted, as we had asked them to toast.

The worst TH in the city, by far. First off, i took a few minutes to place an order, as all the workers were stading around talking or getting drive thru orders. Myself and another customer(the only other customer at the time) stood there for 20mins, after ordering, waiting for basic sandwiches. No one seems to be able to speak effective English here, also. On top of that, they messed up my order, and also used a different bun rather than the usual sandwich bread. In the parking lot, the other customer told me theyd messed up his order aswell. This place needs someone to supervise, because whoever they have now isnt doing anything.

I put in a mobile order from my car and then went inside to pick it up. I waited in front of the sign that says "Mobile Order Pick up". Sounds reasonable. After 10 minutes I asked where my order was, which I thought was a reasonable request. Can't find it she said. There were 12 people working behind the counter and it took 15 minutes to get a simple order. Why? Because no one looked at the order screen. And apparently, I was totally invisible standing there waiting. No one asked how they can help. If you want your coffee hot, don't come here.

This is a review for Tim Hortons ‘Aimco/Dixie’ branch in Mississauga. I am absolutely disgusted at the way the woman took my order. She had such a bad attitude and when I went to get my order on the window and asked her why she’s showing so much attitude and this is not the way customers should be dealt with. She simply replied this is how I talk! I said to her I’ll let the headquarters know you are not nice to your customers, she replied ‘okay do whatever you want’ We come to Tim Hortons to pay for coffee not to pay for someone’s attitude!! This is highly unprofessional! I understand people have a rough day but we shouldn’t be an employee’s punching bag! So disappointing!

Wish if I can Zero star to this location, almost 15 mints to get 1 order , big location with less staff and no respect as I waited 5 mints not attended by any one of them, when FINALLY A SINIOR LADY came she said if you have small order I will help you as I am working on different one, lastly I nicely said you guys need more people here and she rudely replied " go ask owner" i felt like i am in unbranded eatery place ,she did not bother to explain or apology as they dont give a dam. Guys not worth it unless you have free time. I remember when it feels that you are in Tim hortons not any more on this location.

I and my colleague have been going to this Tims regularly during our lunch. The service has been horrendous from last few weeks. The grill machine doesn’t work sometimes, sometimes they don’t have what we ordered so they ask if we would like something else as if we have any other choice, they don’t listen to when we order and confirm repetitively. I would suggest not to visit this through drive through as they are really slow in processing order as well , mainly because things mentioned above.

I just ordered a 50-pack of Timbits to bring to my former coworkers for a surprise visit. I arrive at my destination, deliver the Timbits and see that they gave me literally half of what I ordered. We counted 26. Very unprofessional, it feels like I've been robbed. If you don't have enough Timbits to fill an order just advise the customer, don't scam them. I returned to the location and the supervisor on duty provided me with a new 50-pack, so I have revised my review score to reflect an average of the initial experience and the quality of the resolution.

I have a restaurant in next plaza and Tim Hortons is one of my favourite. Anytime you need coffee or Bagel in drive thru , you won’t get what you order. The staff doesn’t listen or take orders properly, they make you rush while taking order. As soon as you reach drive thru window, on one hand they have machine n other hand is food. As soon as you pay the staff is ready to throw stuff on you. Pathetic service, losing Canadian service benchmarks

They have 55 workers behind the counter and nobody wants to serve the in-store customers. They only wanna service the drive-through they made my order incorrect and service everyone else coming in after me, and made me wait 10 minutes for a coffee that was made incorrect. The workers are rude and have no customer service. The Tim Hortons smells and is dirty, but is the only location around. Such a big Tim Hortons with very little potential. It’s in a great location but it’s the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to.

This place is just OKAY... The premises are shared with Wendy's, and despite appearing large the place is always busy given the industrial area it's in. The busyness contributes to a sense of liveliness but at the same time is noisy and thus a poor choice for studying, that plus the WiFi is slow. Cleanliness is average, service is pleasant but slow, and the bathrooms are unfortunately better left unvisited. If you're just grabbing a cup of coffee do yourself a favour and go through the drive thru, it's almost always faster.

I am appalled by the state of the bathroom. I spoke to Wendy's and they informed me that Tim Hortons was responsible. Garbage everywhere, blocked urinal, huge puddle on the ground for someone to wipe out and crack their head on the toilet and ground. I went back in to check to see of it was addressed 30 minutes later. And it sure was not. After I write this, I will be submitting to Peele health. How can you let your restrooms get like this when everyone has a phone and camera? Zero pride.

This location has so bad customer service and preparing food, that it is the second time they forgot a hash brown, and when I checked the sandwiches they forgot to put bacon in it. Thank God the second sandwich was right. The worst thing is they take a sandwich and put the bacon in it, they did not through it, they through only wrapping paper. This location was excellent before, but around eight months ago they went down.

I have ordered a chicken parmesan pizza and a tea from here, i must say they pizza tasted like rotted chicken, and it even had a bad smell. The tea was nice. I'm very disappointed with the pizza. I never ever will try it, or I'll even tell my friends about this pizza. I don't know i just wasted around 10 bucks for garbage.

Went through drive through, ordered my coffee and I forgot to get something when ordering, come up to the window and I ask if I can add 1 more item(bagel) they simply responded with we can't I'm sorry too busy, there's a line behind you, I look behind me and there's no one. If I'm the only person in line and they think they are busy, wondering how they survive the day when it does get busy.

Best service around GTA. I asked hot water in my own bottle, the lady at the counter was very friendly to fill my bottle with hot water for free. It was the first time in Tim Hortons where the service was best and hot water was free with own bottle. Other Tim Hortons roughly charge customers 20 cents whatever you bring your own bottle or ask a cup. Therefore, this Tim is best one.

Stood at the cash and waited 15 minutes to be helped and I was the only one in line. The lady kept serving drive thru orders one after another... I was extremely annoyed when all I needed was an apple juice for my crying nephew. Very frustrating and terrible customer service . It's a shame they are not capable of multi- tasking or alternating between drive thru and in-person customers. Better training required!

Their service is very slow, even in the drive thru. I spent 20mins with only 5 cars in front of me. All I ordered was a coffee. The staff are very unfriendly and unpleasant! I don't complain, almost never, about service as I've worked in restaurants when I was younger, but come on! Franchises have standards of costumer service which are not being followed here.

We have several families come to this Tim Horton every Sunday for over past 10 years. It was so sad to see that the staff got changed every few months. Now staff have no training and don't know what they are doing. Coffee become so watery, bagels are so burnt. Even the facility are getting worse. Tables are rocking, pads are wiped. We can't stand it anymore, so we decided to move to nearby McDonald.

Management should treat walk in customers like drive through. Having one cashier to attend to all when a handful on drive through is rude to walk in. While I get it's hard finding labour right now train them well , I shouldn't have to ask for what I paid for twice . I've worked in fast food so I know what customer service looks like and spending 15 minutes to order and leave is not good service.

This Tim's had the filthiest washroom I have ever used. Most Tim's make cleanliness a priority. Also the main dining area needed a good sweeping too. This makes me worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Thank goodness I only bought a muffin and a few donuts!

It is 6.00 o clock in the evening . If i would have given the 0 star i would have given this tim 0 just visited its drive thru and the lady taking order was super rude. We just by mistake say wrong drink name she harassed us by laughing at us and she got paid for her job why put your work frustration on the customers. Do we pay for harassment? Shame shame on the customer service.

First time at Tim Hortons and for an American this is the first Canadian coffee you want to visit and it’s worth it, I got the timbits and a French vanilla ice cap and they were both good even though the ice cap was very sweet they put too much vanilla syrup but it was fine after being mixed with the ice.

I have been going here for the past 5 years. They always have everything available unlike other tims i have been to. Best tim's in town. Love it. They're have your change ready before you even have your money. I have never gotten a wrong order here. Also service is really fast.

Their corporate needs to staff this location better. Drive through was running smoothly but counter service was abysmally slow. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to order and get 2 dozen doughnuts. They need more than a single person for the early morning rush.

I come here often, the number of times I get my order wrong is beyond me. The training must be severely lacking. You have to repeat the orders multiple times and still hope they get it. I mean who doesn’t understand toasted bread from warm bread. More

Ordered a coffee and the egg bites around 6 am, coffee was wrong, egg bites were ice cold in the middle, I was at the window for 5 minutes but I guess it wasn’t enough time. They re made the coffee correctly and gave me money back for egg bites.

Waited 25 mins in a drive thru for a coffee and a pastry. Even with wait times, the order wasn’t delivered properly. They had not added sugar in latte and warmed up pastry even if we had asked them specifically.

This is the worst Tim Horton's I have visited. Male cashiers are rude. They just just stare at you and mumble. The doughnut was hard. The muffin was decent, but not great.
