My mom passed away and having never dealt this closely with death and funeral procedures, I was told to contact Tony Wyllie. A woman named Cynthia walked me through every step of the way and had a gentle, calm demeanour when dealing with me and my family members. I left out giving a 5-star review because of a delay but even the delay could not detract from the professional, reasonably priced and dignified manner of these people. I would highly recommend their service. The death of a loved one isn't easy but when people assist you in the manner they did, it eliminates the frustration.

My Mom passed away on the 27th March. My sister called the number you have, and we were told someone would be with us in 20 minutes. Both of us called back, to no answer. 3 hours after she passed away, we called another Funeral Home, who were with us within an hour and a half of our calling. We never received a call back from you, and no apology was given. This is shocking service for a family who just lost a loved one. I certainly will not recommend your services to anyone I know, as I would not want them to go through a similar experience.

If I could give 100 star rating I would. The service I received was outstanding. From the first moment I contacted them right until i collected my mom's ashes, they were extremely sympathetic, understanding and compassionate. Organizing absolutely everything all I had to do was reply with my wishes. Even the gentleman who came out at 21h00 to collect her body were kind, dressed in suits and handled my mom's body as if it were their own mother. I highly recommend the this company.

If I could give a minus rating I would. This funeral 'home' does not even deserve one star. The service we received on the death of our Mom was shocking, uncaring and unprofessional. If you need the services of a funeral home, I recommend you look elsewhere!
