If you want wine or spirits, this is the place to go. Imagine row after row after row after row after row of delicious delightful wine from around the world. Now, imagine it even bigger and you're probably getting close to what they have there at total wine. I decided to have a wine tasting, so I invited a bunch of friends over and headed to Total Wine. I picked a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Merlot, and now back, a red zinfandel, and a surah. We also bought a couple of white wines that we like that voice to text cannot translate. I even picked up little sample cups so that people could just give it a try and then if they wanted more, we could pour a tall glass from the bottle. Oh man! Did we have fun! Everybody got to try every one of the wines and they were able to settle on one that they really liked, or two for that matter if they wanted two glasses of wine. Along with it we had cheeses, olives crackers, fruits, and small sandwiches. I put all this in because it's all relative to being able to get what I wanted at total wine. Total wine gave me the opportunity to have a great evening with my friends doing the wine tasting! They were awesome! Everyone there was helpful! I have only good things to say. If you're reading this and you think having your friends over for wine tasting would be fun, go pick out a few ones and dive into it! I think you'll have a lot of fun! The best experience and customer service I've had in awhile ❤️.... Armando, as my daughter said, is THE MAN lol. We came to this location to grab a few last minute gifts for Xmas. My family had tragic events which led us to last min shopping. I was truly dreading to go out, but Armando made our experience wonderful. It wasn't a shock to me that most of their stock was low or out. I thought it was a failed shopping attempt on my end. Armando asked if I needed any help, and oh boy, did I need help lol. It was just about every item I needed he had to actually search for in back stock or stock above shelves. I felt so bad working him so much, but he made me feel comfortable. It was more a welcoming comfort, and I got your back no problem kindness. I know he's just doing his job as most would say, but really, to be honest, people have gotten more rude and lazy these days. It's actually going out of his way that made me post this, and he didn't quit searching until all items were found. I even said it's ok at times to stop searching. As other reviewers have stated, staff if unfriendly and multiple team members walk around the store and watch you. Why? I have no idea but they will just stare and say nothing. I’ve been to plenty of total wines all over the country and this is definitely the most poorly ran one. Too many places to go for me to come back here. An fyi to anyone, Trader Joe’s is close by and sells a large selection of wine and liquor for cheaper and with a friendlier staff.

The staff is terrible at customer service the gentleman ringing me and my baby boy up stopped rudely in the middle of doing so to disrespectfuly asked for my id as to already seeing I'm 21 and told me he couldn't sell to me due to me having my 2 year old child with me then the old lady working lane 2 stopped helping her costumer to then stop me and yell get a manager.. and wouldn't let us leave the store until a manager came.

The product is fine. The delivery service...not so much. There is a really rude, overweight black male who has delivered to my home on multiple occasions. Always rude and negative. It made me not want to use the delivery service because it's such a weird, negative experience. Professionalism is such an important aspect of running a business. That rotund, bald male needs to work on that.

Got what we needed but rude customer service. Older man ringing us up rudely had an id check when clearly I am 21 years of age got management, cashier made a rude remark under his breath “don’t come back here again. ” all I needed was 1 bottle of non alcoholic blue syrup so very much unnecessary and we definitely won’t be bringing our business back.

Fabulous experience today! From the moment we walked in, every single staff member we encountered was pleasant, asked if we need help finding anything and helped us get what we were looking for. So friendly and helpful! Alan, the store manager, has a great crew and it is obvious the entire staff follows his customer-oriented lead. Great job, all!

Go here. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a fantastic selection, and any staff is happy to see how they can find the beverage you're looking for if it's not in stock. If they can't get it foe you, they are clearly explain why and they are very good at finding comparable product that is in stock.

Ok selection, their selection on craft beer has gone down significantly. Now I only come here to buy scotch. Also, I’m a young looking guy, and every single time I shop here I’m always followed around and given a random ID check. I just don’t like shopping at a store where I’m always scrutinized and made to feel uncomfortable

If you want selection and service, this is the place to shop. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and can help you find what you are looking for. The classes are fun and informative. And they take returns which lets you branch out and explore! Their rewards program is also worth it!

Big selection, I only went in for 1 thing, they didn't have it, but I got something else to try and ended up discovering a new wine I really enjoy. Also the staff were helpful in trying to double check the wine I wanted was truly not carried.
