Went here because my normal hairdressers was full. Wow what a mistake. I knew when I phoned up to book an appt I should of cancelled as the way she spoke to me was abrupt like i was putting her out by my phoning up!!!! When I went in the salon nobody acknowledged me, not remotely friendly at all. To top it off this was quite possibly the worst haircut I've had in years. Looks like its been cut with a knife & fork. Avoid like the plague!

Booked through treatwell, had appointment cancelled the night before it was due, no answer when I called to try and reschedule and no courtesy phone call from them. I only found out by a notification from treatwell, nothing from the salon itself. Won’t be attempting to book here again.

Lovely friendly staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Loving my new eyebrows Becci explained and talked through everything she was doing and talked me through after care would definitely recommend to family and friends x
