i took my bmw 120 in for its 1st service, they fitted genuine parts, my warranty was not affected and it cost me less than half the main dealer quote. the people were very friendly and dropped me off and picked me up once it was ready, all in all a really refreshing experience, and saved over £100 too, fully recommend 5 star

Left car and paid for a diagnostic as had heater problems it came back that the Thermostat was the problem. Price quoted £220 thought a little expensive so took to local mechanic who did the job for £140 it turned out it was not the Thermostat at all did not sort out the issue.
