Some great little shops here. Pampered Pet, Shawarma Station, and M & M Meats which has some to die for gluten free frozen desserts to take home. Also Bank St Animal hospital is here and they are really great and fair priced too. Wendy's too if you are hungry for that kind of food. Many gluten free options available there too for eg chili, baked potatoes, Jr bacon cheeseburgers with lettuce as the bun..I just think they need to update their look a little more. They have been pretty much the he same since I moved out here 15 years ago

The mall itself is a nice mall with a good selection of small businesses, however with a new owner in the last year and a half it is seeing a slow but steady decline in upkeep. Where maintenance has been done it has taken an extra length of time to complete and not done to the standards expected of such a retail and office site. It's unfortunate that the retailers get stuck with a new landlord who is penny wise and pound short.

The parking is confusing because the entrance and exit are narrow and congested. I only go to Towngate for Bocca Juice (terrific ice creams), and Sweet Castle (or is it Castle Sweets?) which has the most beautiful and delicious cakes/ cookies/baklava. I drove out of my way for them. There's also a decent amount of other little shops ie M&M, Dynacare, produce depot, a pet store, jewlery shop, a pharmacy...

Not the biggest shopping mall in Ottawa and not the best selection of stores... but conveniently placed location and have some good stores like the Natural/ Organic store and now the first "Mon Petit Coco" Breakfast restaurant... very good place that i frequent In Montreal ;) Lots of free parking and accessible by the train and bus station of OC Transpo!

Went to Dynacare and used their online checkin function and it works great. Put my name on the list, met up at my appointment time, was met with a smile, whisked into the blood-taking booth and out the door in 10 minutes. A mixture of technology, functionality, personal attention with respect and professionalism and efficiency.

I am giving this plaza a 5 start simply because produce depot, Gabriel pizza (sit-down restaurant also serving breakfast!) and shawarma station are great finds in the area all in one place! Great place for buying produce and if you line Arabic food. They have a gelato place that does crepes, a shawarma shop that makes awesome meat pies and cheese pies, a Arabic grocery store that serves great meat, smoked BBQ halal restaurant, and an Arabic sweet shop.

Awsome place to get Sharma and Pet stuff. The only complaint I have with this place is that the parking lot is horribly designed, creates a lot of blind spots and I've seen quite a few fender benders happen while eating.

I went to the nail salon for a pedicure, which turned into a manucure as well...the ladies there are so great and accomodating. Clean inside and they dont try to upsell like the other salons.

Went to Produce Depot on Easter Sunday because it was the only place open. Very lucky! It was great. A cross between T&T grocery and farm boy. Good quality and selection. Not just produce.

This is not a mall. It is an outdoor strip. It has very little store..including a gross Value Village that needs some good cleaning, sun tan place, chinese food and pharmacy.
