One of the best parks I have ever been in. I stayed long term and was very satisfied with the cleanliness and price. Very quiet parks with minimal amount of children when I stayed there. manager was a very fair guy and a straight shooter in his dealing with residents.

The old manager was great, he seemed very eager to help me move in, and very helpful to make sure everything went smooth. However I’ve heard that he is no longer there, and that the new manager is horrible. So sad to hear that.

I have been living here for over 4 years now. I have everything I need in this park.A mail box, laundry room, exercise room, pool and space for my trailer. The park is litter free and everyone waves to each other.

Staff is absolutely atrocious. Previous member that was fired was sued for discrimination. Ironically since then, service has gotten much worse. Would not recommend this place to anyone under the age of 75.
