I don’t know where to start, “VERY DISAPPOINTING” like majority of small businesses they start off customer service focused, then the bigger they grow the more greedy they become. This is for Trend car rental’s AKA: Auto System Vehicle Rental.. the same business just another name It’s unfortunate that greed overcomes customer service and longevity of having returning customers, when Melvin was running the show he was doing good however now he has a manager Anthony running the show he clearly does not care about the company he is working for Some people need to learn the hard way and in doing so they will realise where in the business needs focusing I have been using this business roughly for four years and will NO longer be using them or recommending anyone else to like I have been since the time iv know them Very disappointing, this is the ugly side to greediness unfortunately

Excellent advice and efficient service. The whole process of hire took very little time once Trend understood my needs. Anthony took the time to ensure he understood my plans and advised accordingly supplying me with a vehicle to suit the driving I’d do. This was done over the phone, took minutes. The whole process was very smooth to get me on the road and on schedule. Personalised service was the key to ensure my trip was what I wanted it to be. I can’t thank Anthony enough for the care he took to make sure I had what I needed. I won’t hesitate to use Trend again and definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thanks so much for making my trip so smooth and easy!

Enquired about rental van for an interstate trip, where most other enquiries were met with either disinterest or no response Trend went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements. Could not fault the service, communication or vehicle provided, top shelf. Where I was unable to return the vehicle due to quarantine requirements, Trend arranged to collect the vehicle from me,... above and beyond the call. Autosys rentals have a great range of vehicles and you can count them for giving you a good vehicle for the best price even during the peak periods. I booked a vehicle from 24-29th Dec 2020 & Melvin gave a free upgrade for the same price . It was the best deal in the town since I shopped around for prices and it was more than half less than the other rental companies. I would definietly recommend Autosys rentals & going forward I will only rent cars from him since I know none can match his prices and quality of vehicles.

What can I say, wow talk about service, The guys at Auto Sys help me out beyond belief. I explained to the guys my situation in a slightly distressed manner in which they understand. They went above and beyond to help me out as if I was doing them a favour. Not the case they did me the biggest favour. Honestly if you are in need of buying a car, leasing a car or in my situation renting a car you will never feel more comfortable with getting it done though these guys. Guys I can’t thank you enough

I booked a moving truck at short notice (Thursday for a Saturday hire), the guys worked with my short notice and also had no problem with me changing my plans on the Friday. The truck itself was neat, clean, and the guys were very helpful showing me around and familiarising me with it. They were flexible with me dropping off on the Sunday (came to meet me and get the keys at 15 mins notice, no problem). Easy going and great guys, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant car rental agency and very decently priced. Needed a 4x4 at a very short notice and got a superb car. Clean, well looked-after and kitted with everything needed to carry out the job. Great shuttle service to/fro the airport too, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very flexible and easy to approach, no cues or long waiting on the phone. A pleasure to have rented with you guys and will certainly rent with you again when I get back to SA.

We hired a 12 seater van to make a quick dash to assist family after an emergency. Unfortunately we had an accident the service & support we had from this company was exceptional. They provided us with all necessary information, they were respectful, calm & very matter of fact. Looked everywhere for van/small truck rental and needed unlimited kms. All the big companies were so expensive and would only provide 100km. Luckily I found Autosys Vehicle Rentals because they were half the price and allowed unlimited kms. They were very flexible and even came in on a public holiday for me. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend you choose local and contact them for your next rental or car purchase.

First experience renting a vehicle with Trend Car Rentals. A little intimidating with the costs and fairly sizeable excess fee, but had an overall great experience with the vehicle and the staff. Anthony is an absolute legend, who helped us last second get a van to help move some large furniture when we really needed it. Will definitely have TCR in mind for future vehicle rentals.

The service was impeccable, the vehicle, a Landcruiser 300 series, was in excellent condition. They dropped the vehicle off to us at the airport with no need for additional paperwork and had an Uber waiting at 6am to take us from the drop off location to the airport. I would give them a 10 out of 10 and strongly suggest you use them. I certainly will on future trips

Needed to hire a minibus for a week to head interstate. Trend were extremely good value, staff were helpful. For a small fee we were able to get unlimited kms, The vehicle we were supplied was practically brand new. We don’t need to hire vehicles often. But when we do, we would come to Trend first.
