I went in for a simple assessment re a health complaint. Given a referral and told it wasnt too bad. Paid upfront $70 with a $47 rebate to come from medicare. On the off chance i went to another GP for a second referral. Sent straight to hospital, turned out i had a somewhat rare complication that required surgery, and course of IV cocktails to resolve. I was in real pain but now feel fantastic one day on. So happy i went to a bulk billed medical centre as a backup. Only thing i dont feel happy about was ever going to trinity gardens.

Doctor Mack is FANTASTIC. Always helps and knows EXACTLY what the issues is and how to treat them. The reception staff are lovely. No idea what the other reviews are on about. They are there to help, you come in with a negative attitude, you’ll get it right back! Been to this clinic for some years and never had an issue with Mack or the front desk staff.

X-ray done Tuesday and received by Trinity Gardens Medical Centre Tuesday afternoon. Doctor can’t review until he’s back at work Wednesday afternoon. Doctor fails to review and is not back at work until Friday. Receptionist advises that if we book appointment for another Doctor we will have to pay. Awful service. Won’t go back.

If you looking for a skin specialist . This is not the place . Had a wart burnt off on my had and 2 moles removed and tested . Doctor rushed me out at the end of the session with no information and I got an infection where my wart was burnt off . As I write this I've just left another GP 2 days after my visit , on antibiotics.

I needed a doctor fast, on Sunday, as I felt dreadful. It was easy to get into Trinity, very good facilities and Dr.Owen was personable, caring and professional. Making an appointment was efficient. Yes bulk billing was not available, but it was worth it to receive quality care. Will continue to return here.

I have been visiting this place since 1997 when it was located on The Parade in Norwood, and I have been coming here for almost my entire life. I am extremely pleased with the doctors and staff here; I have never had a negative experience. I would highly recommend this wonderful establishment to anyone.

Can't assume that medical reports/info have been forwarded to other medical practitioners prior to appointment. Unreliable admin system, request for phone call to confirm has been done, doesn't happen. So, appointment either to no avail or has to be postponed.

Dr Turner is a very experienced doctor and is extremely thorough. She's very happy to do referrals and send you for bloodtests to ensure your ongoing health, and you'll get recall reminders when tests are due. She listens and allows you time to ask questions.

This centre is scam This guys took money from me as well as from my Medicare and receptionist she said she doesn’t know how this works I would say this guys is scam I’m going to take action through services Australia

Dr Omma was very patient and helpful. Edit: Dr Owen excellent knowledge and empathy. Greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this clinic. Everyone has been very friendly patient and take the time to really help.

Nurse Ami has done excellence vaccination for my three kids. Normally my kids cry a lot but this time Nurse did it Perfectly and They did not feel at all. I will keep coming for this great service by Nurse.

Had our appointment canceled because our family doctor here hasn't seen us in a few years. He is our family GP but because we've been healthy we haven't needed a GP for years. Punished for being healthy.

I recently had a last minute health issue and was able to get an appointment at this doctor's clinic on short notice. I was very impressed with the level of care and professionalism that I received.

Dr Mark Rogers is competent and straight to the point, the 2 qualities I look for in a GP. Can clearly see the difference between his consults versus an overly busy bulk-billed practice.

Rang up to see if they had a doctor available if i came in the next hour… was told yes… then when I got there 10 mins later, the girl at the reception says they are fully booked

Well and above your average "medical center or superpractise. GPs listen and care like a local practice. Only thing that could improve is bulk billing booked appointments.

Dr Rogers here is an A grade GP. I Rate him highly, my whole family now comes here to see him, nice clean, large , complex, large waiting rooms with tvs

Terrible administration. No calls after testing and failed to book my appointment after calling them personally. They need a serious front desk review.

40 minutes past the appointment time, I am still waiting and no one has ideas on what time the consultation actually may happen.

Waited over half an hour for an 11am appt only to be lied to about the doctor seeing the person before me.

Paid more and the doctor didn’t even spend 30 seconds looking at me even when I was in extreme pain
