You need to have at least 1 cash/cashier option. Having only credit card option is not at all in the best interest of your customers. People are already stressed with family members receiving treatment and now they can't pay for their food. Also, it is not the responsibility of customers to fix the problem. Since June 22nd I have paid for 3 customers' meals and 1 customer I used my card for and he paid me in cash. Aramark get it together. This is shameful. You did not think this through and now have made this at the very least a burden for everyone.

Been coming here for a year and a half now.. I am getting treatments..I have to say that all employees in the Truett cafe are so rude and like very unhappy with what they do. We are afraid to ask questions anymore because they look at the customer like as if they were interrupted. This place needs serious customer service coaching or new employees!!!! The excuse about no employees or pandemic is no longer the excuse. Have some pride in your jobs people and hospital administration... you must not care about these departments!

This is the main cafeteria for the Baylor health center. It is open from 6:30am to 7:30pm. Not all areas of the Cafe are open all of the hours. It has a Chic Filet, a salad and bagel station a grill station and a steamer section with prepared entrées. The food is mediocre. Staff is not very friendly or accommodating. There is a Which Wich that is open to 1:30am. They also have a Gelato station in there.

Nice place inside the hospital. Only got Gelato, which was very good, but unfortunately, they ran out of the flavor I wanted.

This is the largest Cafe found at Baylor campus. It is located on the basement floor of the building. You can find different kinds of food here. Chick-fil-A, Which Wich Superior Sandwiches and Paciugo Gelato are among the stores found here.

Giving this location a little bit of grace because I’ve been hospital a employee at multiple locations, not just in the Baylor system, but this cafeteria is in a league of its own. Truly terrible.

Super friendly staff. We were here for an extended period of time and the staff at Which Wich made sure we were comfortable and kept our mood light in lieu of our situation.

I have never met a ruder employee than the one at the a la carte menu tonight. He never once smiled and snapped at me a couple of times. Made me feel I was disturbing him

No variety on hot food line for breakfast. If u don't eat it today it comes back tomorrow n a chili r stew r goulash
