After dealing with two different employees and the owner I knew I was in the excellent hands. Within months I had moved all my insurance needs to them including, cars,house,cottage and business. I was helped by two of the men working there. They know their stuff, and can explain complicated information in ways that I could better understand. It was frustrating that I wasn't able to easily switch my bank accounts that insurance is withdrawn from because my uncle owns the car I use, but they can't violate privacy laws so no point getting riled up about it. Overall, I left with a good experience and information on how to solve my problem. Good place.

I’ve used Turnbull-Whitaker to review my Autopac auto insurance for several years. They’ve been generally responsive and helpful in answering questions. Sometimes, I’ve been asked lots of questions to make an informed choice, and others, they have just processed and renewed insurance with little interaction. So, if you want additional information, you may want to assert yourself to gather additional information. Decent place to go for Autopac needs.
